• Liesbet (8/5): Ideale ligging en prima prijs kwaliteit voor het centrum van Parijs. - Vernieuwde kamer met goede bedden en een goede douche. Goed standaard ontbijt. De lift is vrij klein en er waren nog werken, maar daar waren we vooraf van verwittigd en er was geen lawaaihinder. De ontbijtruimte zit op -2, waardoor er geen daglicht binnen komt.

Great local cafes, restaurants Train stations. Staff is incredibly friendly Breakfast is worth it I bought it once on my last day and I was very satisfied. It was under construction this visit. I have stayed here before due to the location. Clean, safe areas and excellent customer service.

Але - Дуже класне розташування помешкання, все в пішій доступності : Монтеклер, Мулен Руж, міст Олександра другого, Ейфелева вежа 50 хв ходьби але дуже гарні вулички . Поруч є магазинчики, кафе, метро, транспорт. Дуже зручні ліжка, подушки спиш як на хмаринці. Все працює. Персонал на рецепції привітний. Прибирання дуже хороше і щодня заміна рушників , це дуже зручно . З косметики, лише шампунь багаторазовий та гель для душу та мило, все багаторазове. Також є чайник, чай, кава, цукор, але немає ложечок та лише 1 пляшка води для двох людей 0,5л, це мало і не поновлювалося. Є холодильник. Стан нашого номеру був дуже старим, поношеним, побитим, на стелі у ванній пліснява це не добре для готелю за таку ціну :( і на фото такого не було ! :(
• Louise (8/5): We had a beautiful stay, despite the construction works, and the staff were absolutely fabulous! - The staff were incredibly friendly, gave excellent advice regarding the city, and also were very helpful and understanding regarding the construction work currently being undertaken at the hotel. Louisa in particular was very kind and professional, and a credit to the hotel! The construction works were more than we anticipated, but to be completely fair we were warned in advance that they were taking place, just not the extent. It looked like the worse was over though so I wouldn't expect them to be bad for future stays!

• Naddel78 (5/5): Hotel nicht wie beschrieben - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum waren ansprechend. Das Hotel befand sich in Renovierungen, darüber haben wir leider keine Nachricht erhalten. Vor unserem Zimmer war ein Gerüst, wo morgens ab ungefähr 8:30 Uhr die Bauarbeiter auftauchten. Aufgrund dessen hatten wir keinen guten Blick über die Stadt, der eigentlich nicht schlecht gewesen wäre. Das 3-Bett-Zimmer sah nicht aus wie auf dem Foto, sondern es war renoviert in blauen Farben - glich aber eher einer Jugendherberge vom Stil her. Die bei Booking beschriebenen Sand und Erdtöne sind nicht vorhanden. Die Beschreibung passt nicht.Ein Fenster ging aktuell nicht zu öffnen. Die beschriebene Terrasse (Innenhof Terrasse) war derzeit nicht nutzbar, da dort Renovierung Material gelagert wurde. Der beschriebene Safe und der Fön war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Gegen Pfand konnten wir an der Rezeption einen leihen. Die Beschreibung als behindertengerecht können wir so nicht unterschreiben, da man zumindest vom 1. Untergeschoss mit der Treppe in den Frühstücksraum ins zweite Untergeschoss gelangen musste.

Es muy lindo, muy limpio, extremadamente cómodo, sorprendentemente amplio para ser Paris y tuve un inconveniente en el ingreso pero la chica del hotel se porto muy atenta y me ayudó con opciones. El desayuno es muy rico y la ubicación realmente es muy buena porque tienes metro y buses cerca y caminando llegas a algunos sitios turísticos. Ruido de construcción todo el día, pero al no pasar en el hotel, no nos afectó por los horarios en los que trabajaban

• Senica Ryel (10/5): A Hidden Gem in Paris with Impeccable Service - I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Although it is a small property, the service is truly impeccable. The staff were always willing to help and consistently accommodating, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The hotel was very well kept and exceptionally clean, with a pleasant scent throughout, especially noticeable in the lobby. Breakfast was available and the selection was more than sufficient for a hotel of this size, making for a convenient and enjoyable start to the day. The location is another highlight—it is quiet and peaceful, yet surrounded by nearby establishments and conveniently close to metro and bus stops, making it easy to get around Paris. Price-wise, this hotel offers excellent value for Paris, especially considering the quality of service and overall comfort provided. The only minor drawback during the stay was some ongoing construction. However, the hotel was very transparent about this and clearly posted notices near the elevator to remind guests of potential disruptions. The construction typically took place from midday to late afternoon, so unless you planned to stay in the hotel throughout the day, it was not much of an issue at all. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Les travaux, la poussière des plaques de placo , les boîtes à outils des ouvriers devant l’ascenseur presque à se les prendre dans les pieds en sortant. Les punaises dans le lit / moquette au sol. Le personnel est sympathique, souriant et disponible, que ce soit à l'accueil ou à l'entretien.
