• ruxandra (10/5): - I had a perfect stay at this hotel. All the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely throughout my visit, which really made a difference. I had a small issue with my room initially, but it was handled very efficiently and I was moved to a new room the very next day without any hassle. The reception staff were especially kind and helpful at all times, and the lady from the restaurant was also very friendly and welcoming, making each meal even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options available and different choices offered each morning, which kept things interesting. The pool area was also lovely—clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. A special mention to the cleaning staff, who were fantastic. My room was cleaned promptly every time I requested it, and always to a very high standard. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again. Nothing

• Mile (10/5): - The stay at the Awen Hotel was very good, the staff was always friendly and helpful. You can book activities directly at the hotel, and there is also a shuttle service to certain beaches, which worked perfectly! Very clean and quiet rooms. Very satisfied with this choice.

• Farah (1/5): Horrible - Location is dodgy. Lots of night life around and people up at all hours of the morning. No great restaurants. Not close to many tourist attractions. Really bad sound proofing inside the hotel rooms. Lots of planes and noise at night, wasn’t able to sleep. Bathroom had an intense bleach smell. Beds are uncomfortable. The hotel manager Abdullah was really rude and not helpful. The other receptionist ladies don’t really speak much English and can’t help you much. Appears that this hotel is great for local Europeans or anyone looking for a quick trip to get their teeth done. If you are coming from somewhere really far away, avoid this hotel. You will be disappointed.

• Sevgi (8/5): - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel mi octobre. La chambre est petite mais nous avons apprécié le confort. Le petit déjeuner et complet et très bon. La piscine est jolie, mais en cette période le coin transat n’est ensoleillé que jusqu’à 12h-13h. LA CLIMATISATION !!! Très pénible car nous ne pouvions pas modifier les réglages nous même.. nous ne pouvions qu’allumer ou éteindre donc il faisait soit trop chaud soit trop froid ! Je suis allée à plusieurs reprises à la réception pour qu’ils modifient les réglages mais ça n’a absolument rien changé.
• Kasongo Charlotte (9/5): UN HOTEL MODERNE, PROPRE, MAIS MAL LOCALISER MALHEURSEMENT - Cet hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel , la chambre, le fait qu'il y'ai un balcon, le personnel est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est très complet, la piscine tout est propre et agréable, le confort du lit, le design de la chambre ( par contre je n'ai pas réussi à utiliser Netflix et le wi-fi) POINT NÉGATIF : ce qui me chagrine c'est leurs localisation, malheureusement car je pensais qu'il était vraiment à Antalya hors ils se situe dans la province d'antaya, à un peu près 45-1h, le soir on ne se sent pas du tout en sécurité, sachant qu'il y'a énormément de chien errant devant l'hôtel. et dans les rues voisines, et il n'ya absolument pas grand choses autour, le quartier n'est pas vivant, c'est la seule raison qui fait que malheusement je n'y retournerais pas très dommage pour eux car ils ne peuvent rien y faire. si votre séjour nécessite d'être prêt de l'aéroport foncer et si vous allez essentiellement Bougé, prendre des taxi foncer, si l'hôtel est juste pour dormir et y resté foncer, mais ne compter pas sur le quartier.

• Dalati (5/5): Déçue du séjour - Hôtel neuf et design. Joli piscine et équipement (salle de sport + spa). Très jolie suite deluxe, bien équipée et confortable. Plage à proximité (8min de marche) avec transat offert par l’hôtel. L’insonorisation est à revoir (chiens, avion, bruit dans le couloir…) Personnel nonchalant qu’on a l’impression de déranger hormis la jeune femme de l’accueil qui était souriante et de bons conseils. Le service de nettoyage laisse vraiment à désirer, ménage non fait tous les jours, sol non balayé et protège matelas souillé. Petit déjeuné convenable mais peu de choix et pas de machine à café. Localisation de l’hôtel loin de tout site touristique hormis la plage.

Le petit déjeuner a été catastrophique et je pèse mes mots pas grand choix pas de réassort… j’ai beaucoup voyager je penser que c’était bien vis à vis des photo sur Booking.
• Samara (8/5): Angenehmes Hotel mit schöner Anlage, einfach gehalten - Schöner Pool, schöne Zimmer, Strand war relativ nah, Kostenloses Wasser, Balkon und guter Zimmerreinigung In der Umgebung war nicht so viel los, wir mussten eine halbe Stunde nach Antalya mit Bus und Taxi fahren, Ausflüge waren alle zu weit weg leider, Frühstück war oke aber nichts besonderes
• Ian (10/5): Great hotel, very accessible and nice staff - The hotel was really clean, modern and really nice to stay in, the staff were really helpful and kind and there are lots of breakfast choices. How this is not a 4 star property is beyond me! I have stayed in expensive 4 stars and Thai was way better. Very close to the beaches too. Not really anything to complain about. I’d say if I have to mention anything it would be just that the smoke detector light was flashing in the night but that’s me really scraping the barrel to find something that I didn’t like. The room otherwise was lovely excellent really clean!

Дают пляжные полотенца. Удобное расположение отеля, до моря идти 10 минут, рядом находятся 2 супермакета. На ресепшине дают бесплатные билеты на пляж с зонтиками и лежаками. Отдыхом довольны.
• Ireti (6/5): Good for a budget rather than luxury stay - The hotel is reasonably priced, a decent location with proximity to the beach, supermarkets and not too far from other landmarks. Decently sized breakfast with options but not a spectacular breakfast. The spa is lovely and includes a Turkish bath which was great, even without trying the paid treatments. The rooms were comfortable and of a decent size, but aged. There was no information provided upon checking in and we had to ask reception for details throughout the trip. The private beach isn't attached to the hotel, they actually have a partnership with a restaurant that owns a specific part of the beach that you can enter for free. The facilities were average - there was a dent in the wall and my drawer under the sink was missing the bottom and had no toiletries though the rest of my party apparently did. Sometimes water was restocked and sometimes it wasnt, even though it was meant to be refilled every day. The service was inconsistent. Good for a decent stay for a reasonable price but far from luxury.

• Jonathan (4/5): Disappointed - Breakfast was okay. The welcoming was disappointing. Although we informed the staff that we were there for our honeymoon, no one offered to help with our luggage on our arrival. In the evening, while we were heading out, a hotel cleaning staff member was cleaning the alley. Unfortunately, there were no warning signs, and we walked onto the wet floor. He became annoyed and made comments in Turkish. While I respect the work of every staff member, I don’t think it’s acceptable to treat guests this way. The receptionist was also unhelpful. When we reported that the phone and the cleaning button were not working, nothing was done promptly. Our room was not cleaned on the first day, nor was the bottle of water replenished. We had to follow up with the receptionist multiple times. The internet connection kept dropping, which made it difficult to use. Finally, the location is not ideal—far from the city center, with few restaurants nearby
• Nagypal (10/5): Jag kan varmt rekommendera hotellet både för solsemester och affärsresa. - Fint och modernt hotell med en mycket bra frukostbuffé. Hotellet låg nära en privat strand (8-10 min promenad) , dit vi fick tillträde genom en voucher som ingick i priset. Vouchern gav oss gratis tillgång till solstol och parasoll – ett uppskattat extra! Lara strand ligger också i närheten, men där måste man betala för solstol. Stora och bekväma sängar. Det enda vi saknade var att skräpet inte hämtades varje dag – alternativt hade det varit bra med större papperskorgar. Det var svårt att sova med öppet fönster på grund av allt ljud från utsidan. Hotellet ligger långt från centrum (45 min med taxi).

• Samuel (8/5): Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. - Das Frühstück war täglich frisch gemacht. Der Pool und das SPA war ebenso sehr gut. Außerdem hat uns sehr gefallen, dass wir am Amoor Beach Sonnenliegen benutzen durften. Auf die Hygiene könnte mehr geachtet werden.

I don’t want to be eating cold meats salads and olives for my breakfast!

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Außenpool war klein, aber fein und sehr schön, einzig schade war, dass er nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet war.

• Alin (10/5): - I had a truly wonderful stay at Awen Lara Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very kind, welcoming and always helpful. I would like to give my special thanks and appreciation to the receptionist Hassan. He is extremely respectful, polite and always ready to assist with anything. He helped us with every request we had, gave us great recommendations on places to visit, and constantly made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. His professionalism and genuine kindness truly stood out and made a big difference during our holiday. Thank you, Awen Lara Hotel, and especially Hassan, for such an excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return in the future.
• Namou (1/5): - Honestly, never come to this hotel. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many hotels, but I have never experienced such poor service. The staff is not attentive, and trash bags are left in front of the rooms for hours before anyone comes to collect them. You have to ask for cleaning service (to empty the bins, change the sheets, towels…), and even then, sometimes they don’t show up. One day they even brought us clean towels but left the dirty ones in the room. We had stayed several days in a hotel in Antalya just before this one: it was flawless, with the room cleaned perfectly every day and fresh bottles of water provided. Here, nothing like that. On top of that, access to the pool is restricted after a certain hour for some people but not for others, which makes no sense. The rooms are not properly equipped (no iron, no toothbrush…). The shower gel in the bathroom dispenser was empty from the beginning to the end of our stay. Honestly, this hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. Avoid it at all costs.

• Florian (10/5): Modernes Hotel mit großer Frühstücksauswahl und netten Mitarbeiter - Sehr moderner Hotel, das modernste in der Umgebung -Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl -Zimmer waren sauber und wurden bei uns jeden Tag gemacht bzw. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt -pool war sehr sauber und modern -das Restaurant im hotel bietet auch Burger mit Pommes an, Preis ist gut, würde ich empfehlen -es gibt 2 Strände die mit dem Hotel eine Kooperation haben. Ein Strand ist zu Fuß 5-10min entfernt also ca 600m, oder ein anderer Strand mit einem kostenlosen Transfer ca 10min. Man bekommt eine Karte bei der Rezeption und diese kann man einlösen und bekommt gratis Liege und Schirm -Der Mitarbeit Hakan war extrem nett, hat uns extra in der Nacht Bescheid gegeben wo unser Flughafen Transfer da war, top! Top Service!

• GABRIELA (10/5): Impreuna cu baiatul meu in varsta de 15 ani am avut un sejur de 12 nopti excelent. Recomand ! - Mi-au placut toti angajatii hotelului care sunt extraordinari de muncitori si profesionisti, creand o atmosfera primitoare si de incredere. Mi-a placut foarte mult camera, curatenia si mirosul din hotel. In fiecare dimineata am servit micul dejun bogat si gustos intr-o atmosfera foarte placuta. Daca ar fi sa fac o recomandare, as sugera ca la micul dejun sa fie o diversitate mai mare de fructe si seminte si de asemenea, ar fi placut ca masa sa contina cu predilectie preparate si mancaruri recunoscute si apreciate de localnici, in acest fel clientii hotelului vor avea posibilitatea de a cunoste si de a simti mai bine traditiile si energia locului. De asemenea, mi-a placut plaja hotelului care se afla la o distanta de circa 7 minute de mers pe jos. Statia de autobuz este foarte aproape de hotel si astfel, am fost foarte activi pentru ca, aproape zilnic, am mers cu autobuzul in diferite zone. De la o agentie de turism avand sediul in apropiere am achizitionat mai multe excursii (Combo, mers cu ATV-ul, etc.), facand astfel mai dinamica experienta noastra. Foarte important, sa nu uit sa mentionez, mancarea fast -food tipic turceasca de la taverna Bolero vis-a- vis de hotel iar, in parcul in care se afla cascada Duden este un restaurant unde iti gateste pe loc pestele ales de tine. Pe timpul zilei, era un pic deranjant zgomotul facut de avioanele care treceau deasupra hotelului.

There were amazing supermarkets and convenient supermarkets, exchange shops and pharmacies nearby. - breakfast was nice - the staff were friendly. And always tried to help when they could. - - Free water daily - easy for taxis to get to - free use of beach club - on the first night they booked us the wrong room ( a double instead of a twin) I was told it was because they were fully booked, (despite me booking a while ago). We were told we would be re- roomed the day after, after someone had checked out. But we were to have left by then ready to explore. This meant we couldn’t unpack and this was really inconvenient. We had to live from our suitcase which delayed our trip and us leaving the first day. The view from the balcony was the staircase of a block of flats. - we waited two days for an iron, and toilet roll to be given. Every time I asked it was told ‘5 minutes’ I had to wait in the lobby until I received it. - the gym. The one treadmill stopped working after 2/3 minutes. It was dangerous as it kept sticking and I almost fell off it. You can use a neighbouring gym but their machines are pretty poor and feel flimsy. - room walls were stained and had marks all on them - the fans on the neighbouring flats were extremely loud and could Hear them with the balcony window closed.
