• Heiko (8/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt für Neapel-Entdeckungen - Sehr gute Lage nahe Bahnhof, Duomo, Obstmarkt nur wenige Meter um die Ecke. Gemütliches Zimmer, sauber. Kaffeemaschine arbeitet sehr langsam und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Hatten zeitweilig laute Nachbarn (Schallisolierung, besonders beim Duschen später abends)

• Hajnalka (9/5): Rövid kiruccanásra megfelelő - Jó helyen van, séta távolságra mindentől. 2 éjszakát töltöttünk ott, csak aludni mentünk fel. Erre a célra teljesen jó. Előbb elfoglalhattuk a szobát, ami nagyon kényelmes megoldás volt. Nagyon hideg volt, mint ahol jó régen nem volt befűtve. Légkondival nehezen de sikerült felmelegítenünk a szobát. A fotók kicsit fel vannak javítva, már kopottasabb a szoba. És a matrac is megérdemelne már egy cserét. Jó lett volna előző nap még itthon információt kapni a bejutásról, mert az első pár óra a szállás keresésével és bejutással telt neten keresztül a szállásadóval, aki nagyon kedves volt, de nem szerettem volna már ezzel foglalkozni, telefon nélkül akartam volna kikapcsolódni.

Nell'appartamentino ci sono due stanze e la nostra stanza molto piccola si trovava in una vecchia palazzina, al terzo piano, gestita completamente da remoto, in una zona di napoli adiacente alla stazione piena di stranieri giorno e notte. La stanza dotata di confort base era sprovvista di bidet, e il letto traballante e poco comodo. L'ascensore ha funzionato a momenti, in alcune occasioni abbiamo fatto tre piani a piedi con il passeggino e il bambino piccolo. Abbiamo richiesto una culla ma mancava il materassino, Fino a tarda notte è stato impossibile dormire un via vai di traffico schiamazzi urla clacson, il culmine alle 4 di notte degli indiani nel palazzo probabilmente al piano di sopra che sbattevano e urlavano come se stessero festeggiando. Consiglio altre zone. Assenza di una vera reception, anche il servizio di deposito bagagli dovevano essere lasciati alla merce' di altri ospiti, nel corridoio comune. Avrei voluto sapere certe cose prima di prenotare. Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativa. Purtroppo la votazione che c'è sul sito, probabilmente si riferisce ad un altra stanza della struttura, che è in primo piano nelle foto e confonde in fase di prenotazione. • Cruzado (7/5): El sector malo - El apartamento estuvo bien, todo limpio, amplio. El asensor es muy antiguo y merece hacer al menos limpieza. El barrio parecia ser peligroso, barrio sucio, calle llena de negocios ambulatorios, para uno que hace turismo no lo recomendaria, porque te da temor ademas todos los edificios estan totalmente descuidados en ese sector.
• Mariana Costa ROLLERI (8/5): - La atención de la dueña, su pronto contacto, nos dejo hacer el check in mas temprano porque tenia disponibilidad.Se comunico en todo momento, nos envio mapa de la ciudad, telefono de taxi, y siempre estuvo atenta a las necesidades. La ubicación, es una zona muy baja con mucho ruido por la noche también.No conocia Napoles entonces lo cual elegi por cercania a la estacion de tren. No se puede andar muy de noche.

Le seul bémol c'est peut être que dès qu'on ouvre, on entends la rue mais celà fait partie de Naples ! Et dès qu'on ferme la fenêtre, on entends plus rien et il y a la clim ! On a fait une nuit ailleurs après et je peux vous dire que c'est très calme ! Juste il manque peut être une indication pour arriver à la location. des fois, des problèmes d'ascenseur

• Diana bica (9/5): - Locatia este foarte buna. Aproape de gara, dar si usor de ajuns in centru vechi si alte obiective turistice. Zona este putin dubioasa, dar nu periculoasa.

• Laura (8/5): - Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema all'arrivo ma Rossella ha fatto il possibile per venirci incontro. La stanza è carina, la zona invece non è bellissima ma a onor del vero è molto comoda per la stazione dei treni e degli autobus che sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti. Gentilezza da parte dell'host nel farci lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out.

Hermoso lugar para pasar unos días en Napoli. Tenía la toallas, shampoo, jabón de baño , café , máquina de café en el cuarto , sabanas limpias , etc.Volveríamos con gusto. Gracias por todo. Nada. Todo fue excelente. Nos sentimos muy a gusto.

Stanza pulita provvista di aria condizionata e fornita anche di macchinetta del caffè e bollitore con annesse cialde, tè, tazze e cucchiaini. C'è anche un minifrigo dove l'host ha lasciato dell'acqua fresca per gli ospiti. Ineccepibile.

• Madalin (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect for a tourist: 10 min walk from the train station, a lot of restaurants in the historical center and also a lot of attractions are at walkable distances. The room is clean and has everything you need.

• Brigita (10/5): Great new accomodation if you don't the old buildings and not nobel areas. - The room Rose + bathroom were new, very nice, modern, comfortabe, nice pillows, covers, towels, nice shampoons and a fridge. For kettle & coffee machine we didn't have time. Beside the Rose room is a bit bigger Blue room. Corridor has a camera. Room is in the 3rd floor and the buiding has elevator (oldfashined, but it works with no problem). Room Rose has a small balcony facing the street (not the backyard). Te street is ok, looked ok also in the night. Small shop with water and things for breakfast in across the street. During the day there are lots of shops around. The oldest pizza is 5min walk away. We walked to the town and then back. Location is perfeto specially if you countinue from/on Garibaldi railway station. The buidling is old, but has a doorman, camera on the public areas, for everything you need keys.
• Sakshi (5/5): Passable - The room was neat and clean. Everything was available in very small area. Though the location was very convenient but it was very dirty. There was trash everywhere on the street. The lift to the building could hardly accommodate 2 adults and 1 bag. The kitchen utensils were old, scratched and broken. Not apt for self catering.

• Silky (5/5): Didn't liked the stay - Behaviour of the host The room is situated near to main road but the location looks very old and shady. It's not a hotel, it's a bed & breakfast type setup. You need to buy drinking water, not available in the room and also the shower was not working for us. We didn't liked the location & the room much in terms of what we paid. The only good thing is the host, she reply you for all your queries by message and also let us keep our luggage post checkout.

• Araujo (8/5): Our 4 day stay in Naples - It was in a convenient spot,close to bus stops,restaurants and shops The area itself was rather sketchy and slightly hard to find the hotel,specially as a first timer who is unfamiliar with the area,as well as this maps took you on a much longer route from Garibaldi station,which led us to walking in sketchy streets at night. Also when booking it was unclear whether we booked the kitchen room

That they were not told??? what was advertised??, Also advertised as having Airport Shuttle?? which was not true?? Yes the location is close to city centre, but the facilities advertised determine if suitable for ones need or not?. The location is ok and Central to shops and restaurants.

The only advantage is location and what You see in the photos - but inside is not that fantastic, I have felt cold during the nights in February as the aircon didnt work as heating and the owner didn't fix it for 4 days ; Bathroom, very small, was almost clean, but there was no hot water in basin. Room basicly clean, bed comfortable and wide, good WIFI. There was kitchinette on photos with small frigde full of ice inside, no-working white coffemachine - calcified so much that the water didn't come through the pipe, I bought my own coffe capsules kimbo as they do not provide any and I had to quit having coffee there. there is basic kitchen equippement, old kettle. The room is decent size with high cellings. When there are toursit in room behind the wall You can hear every single word they say.............ideal privacy ;))) I am in Naples and Campania almost every month. I choosed this place because of location and price althought some opinion suggested to consider other apartments. Reading tourists opinions and ANSWERS OF THE OWNER I wondered if there will be any issue with hospitality and tourist treatment by the owner. And- there was!. It was February when the nights are cold, but the aircon was at the photos-at 7 p.m first night I realized that it becomes colder in the room- less than 14 degrees( less then outside) - but the aircon switched for heating; didn't work at all!!! The owner didn't fix it for 4 days and didn't even bring blankets so every night was really freezy. In the bathroom basin there was ONLY COLD WATER ideal for cleaning teeth ;-) The same cold water in kitchinette sink. In Italy You would like to drink wine--when asked for wine opener- the owner wrote down that the opener is in the kitchenette; I wrote there was none- he/she wrote: "Because of travelers safety:_)))))) we do not provide opener' and.... "Italian police doesn"t let them have such objects like opener for tourist safety"!!!! I have saved all the conversation with owner so please do not write that it was different. I wrote that there are 3 knifes and 3 forks in kitchinette- very dangerous object for tourist too ;-))) but they ignored this part ;-)) finally I opend wine in nearby restaurant........ during 4 days nobody from staff came there. If You like to be treated as feeble-minded go on with this appartment or do not expect basic hospitality. But I think You can find many more where owners at least write about the reality as it is. and they try to solve the problems not escape from them..........
• Sonu15 (8/5): Cute little room - It was a small cute little room. All the check-in information was shared with us on time and it was a nice comfortable stay. The owner answered all our questions and was friendly. The room was near the station so most of the things were nearby and comfortable to get. Overall it was a nice stay.❤️

• David (4/5): Not worth the money, there are better places - The kitchenette is not clean, and the pictures are misleading. The place is much smaller than what is seems and not enough towels. No soap or shampoo. Not very clean overall, aside the bed.

Difficult to find. Even with GPS my taxi driver had to call the host for directions. There is no way for a taxi to drop off at the door because the building is on a pedestrian street.
