- LEANNA AND TE RUA (3/5): - Staff were extremely helpful great team and communication breakfast buffet was amazing !! Hotel room was very old fashioned slot less amenities than expected for the price however convenience I guess was a plus room was very stuffy and humid had a bath tub but no plug ! So couldn't have a hot bath to relax the bathroom smelt like old piped or mould lying below the tiles also you can hear everything through the walls !

Bathroom was dirty, tiles missing, mould in shower and dirt from a rusty can of some sort that left a mark on the bathtub, no toiletries not even a bin liner for the bathroom. Paint missing and chipped off the walls. I could not open the main door far enough to get my suitcase in. The lovely man next door helped me. Power point in bathroom and the window side of bed not working. So only 1 PowerPoint. No chair or lounge to sit on to get work done or even watch TV. When I called reception several times to discuss there was no answer, so eventually got over it and went to bed. When I told reception in the morning it'd apparently a new thing then have that we need to request toiletries, I processed to say I tried to call and was told I should have come down. No apology or anything... Very poor if you ask me.

- Troutman (8/5): Novotel Parramatta the place to stay! - Loved that everything is so close. Food, Light rail, entertainment, footy stadium. Loved the friendly staff and so helpful with anything and everything. Made our stay so enjoyable and will definitely be looking to come back to stay again one day. The bathroom had a shower in the bath. The bath become very slippery and when I went to step out, which is a considerably high step out I slipped and if I hadn't grabbed the glass with both hands it definitely would have resulted in a very serious accident. We ended up showering with the bath mat in the bottom of the bath for safety reasons.

I think need a chair use the for the table for offical customers need to sit and operate the computer. hotel value for the money.

- Nathan (4/5): Was good until Saturday morning - Location was good The bathroom had a shower over the bath, it had no hand rail, no non slip mat, however it did have a 1.5M long GLASS shower screen. Saturday morning was getting into shower, slipped and smashed my Shin on the side of Bath. I feel at minimum there should atleast be a grab rail. Very lucky and very unsafe.

- rogerlE8398LS (2/5): Appalling - High tea at Novotel parramatta. When first arrived there was only one table there dressed and that was for us so gave us warning signs if we were the only table. Only one waitress /bar person there to look after us and with the EELS playing, she had lots of customers. Eventually she came to us even with a bar full of customers so run off her feet. She managed to get tea to us an hour through us being there. Food arrived which looked good until felt the sandwiches which curled up at the corners so obviously made many hours prior to us arriving or previous night and had not been covered so very stale. There were dried up cakes and scones where obviously cooked a number of days prior to the Sunday we arrived. Being my 70th birthday party I can only say the event was appalling. I have had around 10 high teas in my life and this one was the worst ever. No wonder the place was empty. If only I knew about this pace before I would never have come. A waste of $400.

Right in the heart of Parramatta it was great 😃 - The room aand bath That the cot didn't have a mattress so we couldn't use it and our baby fell off the bed in the middle of the night. He also hide a glass table with his head on his way down 👎🏼 No to glass tables and 👎🏼 No cot mattress

- Terence (5/5): Fair only - Location was terrific. Staff were good to very good. bathroom was dirty, hairs in the shower/bath from previous occupants, so cleaning should have been done better. Hard to get air conditioning right. It was set at 18 degrees. Very light bedding eg no extra blanket so room was too cold to sleep in. Staff had to manuaaly adjust air con which took ages to do. In the interim we were very cold in the room and didnt have any jumpers or anything to put on.
