• Sweta (5/5): Overcharged by more than 20% vs promised Booking.com rate - Nice location and warm, friendly host I was charged over 20% more than the promised rate from Booking.com. Even though I paid with a foreign credit card and showed my passport, the 21% VAT was not refunded as it should have been. Neither the property or Booking.com have been helpful in resolving this issue. I feel the promised price was not honored and that I was unfairly overcharged. Also the beds were horribly uncomfortable.

• sara (10/5): Bella accoglienza e stanze comode e pulite! - Il posto è molto carino, ben curato e pulito. La procedura di check-in è stata facile e soprattutto la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disposta a venirci incontro, anche in caso di cambio piani. È sempre sorridente e pronta a dare consigli sulla zona. Essendo un po' fuori dal centro, è importante avere la colazione inclusa. È fuori dal centro, che da un lato è anche un vantaggio perché permette di avere una bella vista sulle montagne .a purtroppo la strada per arrivare oltre ad essere in gravel è tenuta piuttosto male. Per colazione avrei apprezzato anche qualcosa di salato o delle uova. Sono solo piccoli appunti ma il posto nel complesso è decisamente consigliato!!!!

• Sergey (10/5): Милое место с красивым видом из окна. - Прекрасное место, но на окраине города, без машины делать там нечего. Чисто, уютно. Очень милая и вежливая хозяйка. Рядом живёт пара местных птиц, которыми можете любоваться за завтраком.
• ROSANA (10/5): Excelente. Para volver con más tiempo!! - Excelente atención. Si bien no dan de comer nos hizo pizza porque a la noche estábamos cansados para salir y nos dejó el desayuno preparado porque nos fuimos temprano. Además todo muy agradable, tranquilo, prolijo y confortable

• Johannes (8/5): Great stay - Rooms were comfotable and view was great. Breakfast was okay but could be expanded a bit. The location is great and quiet, but you definitely need a car - preferably an SUV for the bumpy drive to the accommodation.

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - The staff here were the best. Very kind and helpful. The property itself is a lovely house with a spacious downstairs common area and a cosy, comfortable room. There is a small space in the downstairs fridge available for guest use. The road access to the property can be difficult to manage if the gravel road hasn’t been maintained as it was in our case. Not the fault of the property. Noise does carry in the property.

• Laura (10/5): totally recommended - the place is spotless! amazing view, big room, quiet surroundings, wifi ok (not best but did the job), delicious breakfast. LOVELY! I didn't like the way I was treated when I arrived. At first the lady was very welcoming, but when I was about to go out she asked me to pay ( I thought this was already debited, my bad) which is fair but why not asking me when I just got there? she told me they only accept bank transfers (in fairness I didn't read the email saying that was the only payment method) since I had a credit card extension I had no access to the actual account to send the transfer so I asked my mother to do it. I told the lady the transfer will be made by the end of the day and she said nothing but stare at me like if I was trying to avoid to pay, like if I was lying. Luckily, the transfer was made immediately and she suddenly changed attitude. After that everything was perfect and she was the kindest, but at the moment she made me feel pretty bad. Even if she thought I was trying to play her, she should have been more professional.

• Rodrigo (8/5): Quiet place with stunning views - The B&B is nice and located high on the hills of El Bolson with incredible views. The rooms are comfortable enough and breakfast was good. Reaching the place is not pleasant, steep and tight unpaved paths that are not easy to navigate and a nightmare in case you have to share the path with another car coming in the opposite direction. Also from a soundproofing point of view, the rooms are like sleeping in a camping tent, you hear everything from every rooms around you. Finally our bed was comfortable but noisy.

• Luciana (10/5): La crítica es para Hoteles.com no para el lugar - El lugar bello la atención espectacular, el desayuno riquísimo..... en lo único que no pusimos hacer nada ni en administración ni yo es el cobro en dólares entendemos que este sitio hoteles.com es internacional pero el precio que yo pague es de $5600 por la noche y ustedes me cobran en dólares 65$ que convertidos en pesos argentinos voy a terminar pagando muchísimo más
