- Sol (10/5): - The room was true to the pictures, comfortable and clean. Very close to the train station. Wish there had been better instructions on trash sorting and how to turn on the hot water but you can find good enough guidance online for that.

- おーくぼかずみ (4/5): チェックイン・チェックアウトに問題はあるが、室内は快適だった - 室内の設備は写真通りだった 1・QR コードが認識されず、何度やってもチェックインができない。この場合の連絡先の表示が無い メールにあった電話をして、対応してもらい暗証番号を知ることができた。 到着して入室迄30分以上かかった 2・チェックアウト時、室内にゴミ処理室のカギがあった為、ゴミを捨てようとしてオートロックされた。 暗証番号のメモと荷物は室内に残っており、再入室しなければならないのに、連絡先の表示が無い WEBで電話番号を調べ連絡したが、直接権限がないとのことで暗証番号を知るまで15分以上待たされた オートロックに気づかなかった落ち度もあるが、ルームNO付きゴミ捨て場のカギが無ければ問題なかった

- Ishimura (7/5): 良かったです - アパートのような宿泊施設でとても便利できれいでした。 エアコンの暖房機能を利用しましたが、なかなか部屋が暖かくならなくて寒かったです。 ベットの引き出しにお菓子のゴミがあって気になりましたが施設自体はきれいでした。

- Ilfa (5/5): It's a short train ride to haneda airport. - I liked that it wasn't far from Haneda Airport by train. I liked how close the location was to train stations and convenience stores. Check in was a bit frustrating mostly with the video confirmation needed i had to call 3 times... we did not get to choose which room we wanted, we ended up with the room with the rails/siding on the bed. Not only was the mattress uncomfortable but the siding was quite annoying to get around. We had some difficulty with the ac, I tried to follow the instructions left but I'm unsure it was working. Since it was already an acceptable temperature in the area we did not report it.

- Bent (6/5): At komme sent om aftenen og skulle bruge megen tid og energi på at få adgang til værelserne var virkeligt dårligt. - Værelse ok Hele proceduren om online check-in var meget besværlig og ufleksibel. Det krævede en stor indsigt i brug af telefon mm. (Min forespørgsel om hjælp blev ikke besvaret) Ved ankomst skulle jeg igennem samme procedure for at få adgang til værelserne. Fik oplyst af medarbejderen at der kun var booket ét værelse - selvom jeg havde booket 2!

- Vincent (8/5): Very good - Clean and practical Lots of messages communication from the hotel, making it a bit confusing. It was my first night in Japan after a late afternoon arrival. So I didn't know my mobile data situation on arrival (aka if I could get a sim card), so the fact that it was a "non face-to-face" checking, with check-in from your phone from the properties, induced a bdt of stress (I had picked an hotel to easy checkin, and didn't see that this one had no reception). The person in the chat was really helpful, and in the end, no phone connection needed, as there is a tablet at the entrance for the checkin. So again, a lot of information, but a bit unclear
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Bedroom is spacious and this stay has a kitchen. Non-smoking room, clean inside, microwave and good sized fridge. For the price it was quite a deal. No elevator, only stairs, but still a good value. I'd stay here again. Room can get a little bright with daylight since the windows are large so a sleep mask helps if you're sleeping in.

- D (8/5): Small and almost unusable bed, tricky check-in with no one on site, but otherwise good. - Small but well-appointed. Close to Otoroi station. Quiet neighbourhood just a block from a main street with many restaurants. Nice sushi place right around the corner. The so-called double bed is quite small even for two fairly small people. The mattress was in terrible condition, soft and with huge dent on one side where someone(s) had collapsed it. A warning: NO personnel on site, everything is with the mobile phone. You MUST have phone and data, and keep the messages sent by the apartment. Otherwise you will be out in the cold. There is an emergency number but I don't know if they have control over the doors.

- Simapartap (10/5): Exceptional - Many shrines are within walking distance and Haneda airport is only a 15 min drive away. The neighboring city Kawasaki is only a short distance away, the Kawasaki dashi as well. The train stations are not far either and many restaurants close by.

- Stine (9/5): Superb - Good location , nice and clean apartments with good space and comfort. The larger apartments also has balconies and washer and dryer for clothes. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet area , but still not hard to get around with subway or bus. Alot of store and restaurant options in the neighborhood.
- Lynnette (10/5): Great place, was pleasantly surprised! - This is a clean, modern, comfortable well-priced room in Tokyo. It is well-outside the city center but near a train station that can take you anywhere you want to go within 20-40 minutes depending on what you want to see. All the amenities you need for a week stay are there. Everything was great.

- Joan (7/5): Clean, simple and worth your money. - The location was great! Sushi chain restaurant nearby, 7 Eleven at the end of the block and a nice flat walk to the train station. I also really liked how close it was to Haneda airport. The check-in process was easy, rooms were clean. I had some trouble turning on the hot water but the staff were onto it very fast and sorted it out. The staff are very fast at tending to your needs. The amenities in the apartment are really great and useful especially if you're in tokyo for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The beds in our particular apartment had side bars (like a cot) and it was really annoying but that was just a small thing and just a preference for me. I do think all the apartments are different. Otherwise nothing really bad.

- Evelyn (7/5): Pleasant stay in a self-contained self-checked-in apartment to get to Haneda airport. - The location is very convenient for getting to the train/bus to go to Haneda airport. The facilities in the room are very adequate, and provide a washing machine with in shower drying, fridge, kettle, stove, microwave, dishes and cutleries. There is no lift so it’s a bit of an effort to carry the luggages up the stairs. One of the towels smelled really bad like it wasn’t washed and wet smell. The first time using the shower the hot water got cut out somehow, but the supply was stable after that.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 長期滞在に最適 - 2週間滞在しました。生活に必要な家具を備えたアパートタイプの施設で、長期滞在にいいと思います。スタッフは常駐しておらず、滞在中の部屋清掃サービスもありませんのでホテルサービスを希望の方には向いていません。設備はきれいでよくメンテナンスされており快適でした。利用した部屋はバストイレ別タイプの部屋で、浴室に洗濯物乾燥機能があったのがとても便利でしたが、設備は部屋の間取り等によるかもしれません。冬場だったので加湿器があればもっと良かったです。エレベーターがなく階段も狭かったので大きな荷物を持って入退室するのが大変だったのがちょっと残念でしたが、このような場合は1階の部屋を予約するといいかもしれません。また利用したいです。
