• Canan (5/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay - Die 2+1 Wohnung war gross und geräumig. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum war in Ordnung. In der Umgebung gab es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber, in einer Schlafzimmerkommode lagen 2 nasse Badetücher (wahrscheinlich vom Vormieter)…die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr spartanisch,wir mussten um Besteck und Pfannen bitten.

• Ivan (7/5): Ну такое, сойдёт - Уже который раз сюда приезжаю, в целом всё нормально. Ощущение что отель испортился. Уборка плохая. Везде пятна. Полотенца грязные. Напор душа почти никакой. Вода еле теплая. С днем рождения не поздравили. Хоть бы словом сказали… да и вообще встретили и заселили как-то без особой радости. Словно на отвали.

• Zoltan (8/5): comfortable apartment with front desk: would go again! - I really liked that it was a large apartment with a front desk where people were really nice and helpful (kinda obvious in Turkiye:)) The place has had an underground parking and since we had a rental car we could move around easily as it was close to larger roads. please note we visited in winter!! the water coming from the shower was lukewarm. not cold, but could have been hotter. pretty sure it is different in the spring - summer - autumn time. If you don't have a car (or spend on a taxi) old town, airport etc can be far

Buchungsnummer: 5530988872 Zimmernummer: A15 Hotelname: Mini Suites, Antalya Check-in-Datum: 01.08.2025 Check-out-Datum: 11.08.2025 Während unseres Aufenthalts war der Hotelpool in einem äußerst unhygienischen Zustand – das Wasser war stark grün verfärbt, was auf Algen und mangelnde Reinigung hinweist. Trotz mehrerer Hinweise an das Hotelpersonal wurde nichts unternommen, um die Situation zu verbessern. Leider ist meine Tochter während des Aufenthalts krank geworden. Sie hatte Fieber und wurde von einem Arzt untersucht. Die Diagnose lautete bakterielle kryptische Tonsillitis. Ich füge den offiziellen medizinischen Bericht bei, der dies bestätigt. Dies stellt ein ernstes Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsproblem dar. Wir haben den Pool nur aufgrund der Beschreibung und Fotos im Buchungsangebot genutzt, und die tatsächlichen Bedingungen entsprachen in keiner Weise dem beworbenen Standard. Ich fordere daher eine vollständige Rückerstattung meiner Zahlung sowie eine angemessene Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten und die gesundheitlichen Folgen. Als Beweismittel füge ich folgende Dokumente bei: 1. Fotos des Pools 2. Ärztlicher Bericht 3. • Kirill (6/5): Норм, но уже требует ремонта, вгимания и генеральной уборки - Просторно, хороший район, вид на горы Было грязновато, номер требует ремонта. Под окном школа, очень шумно днем. В последнюю ночь был ветер, что-то создавало удачный звук ударов, Оказалось это дверь на чердак. Попытались закрыть, замок был сломан. В итоге только в 6 утра получилось сделать это шваброй.

• Razvan (1/5): - Parking It's the first time I give a bad review and such a low one. We received an apartment at the 4th floor, with visible water damage and very bad windows. Some of them were bolted in and all of them moved like crazy from the wind outside, we felt like in a horror film. The floors and doors had visible water damage, and it felt like there were wholes underneath. Towards the balcony the room felt it was leaning. We didn't had hot water, I don't know what type of system they were using but I didn't manage to get warm water only for a couple of seconds. Overall a bad experience and I don't recommend it.
• П. Петрова (7/5): Леко разочароващи условия, но може би е защото бяхме там извън сезона - Хотелът е разположен в подножието на величествени скални канари ( планини). Много живописни! Кварталът е малко извън Анталия, но е близо до плаж и си има всичко. Като малко курортче. Магазини, кафенета, ресторанти, поща, място за разходки, парк. Апартаментът е голям и модерен. Има подземен паркинг. Леглата са удобни. Има прилична тераска и удобна кухня с голяма трапезария и холен кът. Фурната е висок клас и всичко се готвеше мн бързо. Уредите бяха добри. Бяхме там за нова година, времето беше хладно. Като се настанихме не беше отоплено. Има два климатика, а стаите са 3. В едната спалня няма климатик. В другата пък не работеше добре. Топлехме се само на климатика в голямата обща стая. Не знам как е при горещини и дали охлаждат достатъчно ефикасно. Топла вода нямаше навсякъде. На мивката в кухнята течеше ту гореща, ту студена вода, но не и топла. Нямаше нито веро, нито шампоани. Имаше само някакъв разреден течен сапун. Нямаше кафемашина или поне кана за топла вода. Нямаше нищо от типа на захарчета, дозички кафе или чай, сол. Нямаше кърпа за ръце в кухнята. Имаше дъска за гладене, но нямаше ютия. В малката спалня с двете единични легла, няма нищо друго освен леглата и нощно шкафче между тях. И контакти има само до едното легло. Прозорците бяха много мръсни, през тях трудно се виждаше. Нямаше огледало в цял ръст, а всички други огледала бяха без лампа наоколо. И в двете бани беше много тъмно. Дадоха ни само един ключ, а бяхме трима възрастни. Човекът на рецепцията не ни обясни нищо за проблемите с климатиците и топлата вода, само ни подаде ключа.

У нас здесь уже все кошки знакомые и пес :) Это очень удобное расположение для нас в Анталье. И всегда знаешь, что ожидать. Круглосуточный ресепшен. Стабильный интернет. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, всегда идут на встречу. Удобно для компании из 4 человек: 2 спальни, 2 ванные комнаты. Просторная кухня-гостиная, и большой обеденный стол, который можно использовать и как рабочий стол. Классный вид на гору. Подземная парковка тоже плюс. Из минусов - пожеланий: есть ощущение, что требуется местами ремонт. Жалюзи почти нигде теперь не работают. Бывают сломаны вешалки для полотенец. Как-то был сломан фен. Кстати, удобно было бы иметь фен в обеих ванных. Слышно соседей, и даже когда мало жильцов, селят всех рядом, и часто попадались соседи, которые шумят по ночам.

• Anonym 456 (5/5): Etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Lage ist für uns top, da mit dem Auto alles innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar ist. Große geräumige Wohnung Tiefgaragenstellplätze vorhanden Klimaanlage in allen Schlafräumen, sowie Wohnzimmer vorhanden. 2 Zustellbetten wurden sofort bereitgestellt obwohl es bei der Buchung untergegangen ist. Personal freundlich. Pool nicht beurteilen, da es nicht verwendet wurde. Diesesmal leider nicht so zufriedenstellend wie vor 2 Jahren. Sauberkeit hat deutlich nachgelassen. Küchenutensielien sind für eine Ferienwohnung bzw Langzeitwohnung nicht ausreichend/mangelhaft. Wohnzimmer Balkontüre lässt sich nicht vollständig schließen, ein Fingerbreiter Spalt bleibt offen und hat in der zweiten Nacht einen kompletten Durchzug verursacht. Das Wetter war sehr windig und es pfeift fast an allen Fenstern durch die Defekt Balkontüre. Erste Nacht war in Ordnung aber die 2te war einfach nur Katastrophal. Aufzug im Wohnblock wurde repariert und das bis spät in die Nacht rein. Wir haben Nachts um 22.30 rum angerufen und darauf hingewiesen, dass die Hämmer und Klopfgeräusche direkt neben bzw. über uns stark störend sind vorallem weil wir frühs raus müssen und die Kinder jedesmal erschrecken. Die Antwort war es müsse fertig gestellt werden, die Geräuschkulisse nahm etwas ab aber die Arbeiter waren jedoch bis spät nach Mitternacht immernoch hörbar. Letzen Endes war der Aufzug dennoch nicht repariert und wir mussten mit 2 Kleinkindern vom 4ten Stock mit sämtlichen Gepäck in Kelleretage zur Tiefgarage.

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, komfortabel Leider an den Tagen wo wir dort waren, konnten wir nicht schwimmen, denn das Wasser im Becken war sehr dreckig. Sie haben sich natürlich drum gekümmert aber wir konnten nicht benutzen 🙁

• Lidia (10/5): Un sejur liniștit si relaxant - O cazare excelenta într un complex rezidențial prevăzută cu o piscină publică, verdeață, siguranță și liniște. Parcare subterana și lift. La 100 m se află trei marketuri (Bim, Șok si Cooperatif). În coltul complexului se afla și stația de autobuz. Se simte lipsa unui administrator prezent permanent in zona piscinei și spatiilor verzi. Nu toți oaspeți înțeleg respectarea unor reguli elementare și necesare.

• Maria (8/5): - The place was clean and spacious. When we arrived, we were kindly offered a larger apartment at no extra cost, as we had requested an extra bed—thank you for the thoughtful gesture! We also asked them to print our boarding passes, and they were very helpful and did it for us without any problem. Overall, the experience was very good, and we had no issues with the accommodation. The only minor downside was the distance to the beach—we had to take an Uber to get there. However, this was clearly mentioned on the Booking.com listing. The Uber ride was inexpensive, costing around £2.50, as the beach was just 1.5 miles away.

• Joanne (9/5): Exceeded expectations - Really nice clean apartment. The staff were lovely and always available and happy to help. All the appliances were good - at first the kettle wasn't working properly, but they came with a new one straight away. The location - not really close to any big shops or restaurants, which you kind of need when self catering, but we got Uber taxis everywhere which was affordable and convenient. Not busy at all. Had the pool all to ourselves alot of the time.
