- Susan (8/5): I enjoyed my stay and felt that the hotel was cheerful and good value for money. - It was fresh, clean and well kept. The staff were kind and professional. The bed was a bit lumpy and I could hear water rushing through the pipes.
- Alexandra (10/5): We felt like home - Great hotel location on a quiet street, very close to Olympia, the Kensington Gardens, the Design Museum and Hyde Park. The employees are extremely nice and helpful, always making sure that the guests are enjoying their stay. Should there be even a minor inconvenience, it is solved immediately. We were impressed by their professionalism. The breakfast was not very varied, but good. We will be happy to return if we visit London again. The room and bathroom (especially the sink) were very small and there was no refrigerator.

- Mia (10/5): A perfect stay - The staff were so lovely, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room although in reality small, perfectly organised for a single person. There was everything I needed, it was comfortable, super clean and really quiet! I honestly thought this would be a lesson for any hotel conducting business, especially in London. It made me look onto other Sheraton hotels and their affiliates in UK and Europe. Nothing to dislike 😊

I requested a fork or spoon so I could eat my delivery dinner, I was told is not available outside meal time. I was very tired and hungry and got zero help. Never coming back

- f93f849ce9fe73858f3aa5a48cd124e7 (6/5): Disappointing stay having returned after an excellent stay hete last year. - Location A single room space with a double bed in it. Access to the ensuite was difficult. Having paid for breakfast there was no coffee after 9 o’clock as the coffee machine was closed then, even though breakfast was still being served. On two occasions the main exit door jammed and it took a member of staff several attempts to open it. The large exit button was not working properly. The second time, the next morning the same thing happened. In the event of a fire we would have been unable to leave the property.

The front desk had a hair dryer I could use, which was helpful. The carpet was rather stained, but an employee explained they are working to replace carpets. I saw handymen there on my last day, so I imagine it is true.

- erika (8/5): Convenient and good located hotel. - Location is excellent. Serves the purpose if you are looking for convenience and you need a decent place to crash at night. Yes the bedroom is small, but again, in London (especially you travel solo), space is a luxury, and for the price my room was comfortable enough Shower doors wouldn’t close properly (I wasnt too bothered as I still managed to get a shower), the wifi didn’t work during my stay, the first day it said they were working on it, the second day I managed to get onto the website, but it seemed impossible to find the option to just connect to your hotel wifi and not book for a Sheraton Hotel in America. In fairness, i could have asked the staff at reception, but I wasn’t going to be in my bedroom for long, so I wasn’t too fussed.

- Rothbart (10/5): Nice stay - Of all my trips to London so far, this was by far the best hotel, located in a very nice environment, close to the tube station. Modern facilities, very clean and newly renovated building and room, though the single room was small but I didn't expect anything else as it is London. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Although the selection wasn’t very large, I was still able to have a varied breakfast. I will definitely come back!

The room was kindly provided on the first floor at my request, which I really appreciated. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Quarto bem apertado, sem isolamento acùstico qualquer. Nosso quarto ficou do lado das escadas, péssimo para dormir, barulho o tempo todo, inclusive da equipe da limpeza.

- Aneta (9/5): Świetny! - Bardzo dobre miejsce na pobyt w świetnej lokalizacji. Blisko do stacji metra i przystanku autobusowego, dosłownie za rogiem sklep. Pokój tak jak ludzie pisali był mały, ale dla mnie i moich 2 przyjaciółek zdecydowanie wystarczający. Łóżka wygodne. W pokoju suszarka do włosów co jest dużym plusem. Obsługa była bardzo miła i służyła pomocą, zdecydowanie polecam! Dodałabym jeszcze jeden wieszak w łazience, szczotkę toaletową i może kubek na szczoteczki do zębów:) ale i bez tego wyjazd był bardzo udany!

Location is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. The Room is on the small side. We stayed in Room 26 last time which had a wardrobe, this time Room 26 just had hangers. There were some maintenance issues which we reported and housekeeping provisions were a little inconsistent.

Die District und Piccadilly-Line sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist in ca. 45 min in Heathrow. Für einen Kurztrip war die Größe des Zimmers ok, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit mehr als Handgepäck wäre es zu klein.
