• Alex (7/5): - Gracious, helpful and accomodating host, decent room, decent location, good breakfast The cleanliness. There were stains on the couch and the shower rag. Definitely, there was a general level of cleanliness and tidyness, but some of the stuff looks used up, and in general, all the furniture is very generic and not of the best quality it seemed to us.

Consiglio di metterne uno Smart

• Hajnalka (9/5): Boendet ligger nära till all kollektivtrafik, gångavstånd till stadens centrum. - Perfekt läge, det var rent och snyggt på rummet. Värden är väldigt trevlig men pratar inte engelska. Färsk frukt, färska croissanter och en del andra kakor serverades till frukost varje morgon. Sängen var hård för min smak och kaffet var tyvärr pulverkaffe.

• Charles (10/5): Comfortable and Cozy - Breakfast was great and room was very spacious. Owner was very kind and helpful. You do have to pay a 9 euro tourist tax (I think that is what it is called) in cash. He let me pay it whenever I could get the cash. Only problem I had was the shower had a detachable shower head that would not stay in the position I needed it to. Not really a big deal. Water pressure and temperature were great though.
• Jasmina (7/5): A poor impression due to misleading photos and a very disappointing breakfast. - Don't be fooled by the pictures on Booking – they show a house, but you'll actually be staying in an older apartment building on the first floor. Breakfast was a big disappointment: packaged sweet snacks, no bread (only toast), and if you want an egg, you'll have to pay an extra €3 for just one. The photos also show cold cuts and cheese, but we didn’t get any. The only positive thing was that the rooms were very clean and spacious. The owner was friendly. He allowed us to leave our suitcases there until our departure for the airport. Breakfast was a big disappointment: packaged sweet snacks, no bread (only toast), and if you want an egg, you'll have to pay an extra €3 for just one. The photos also show cold cuts and cheese, but we didn’t get any.
• Zuzka (9/5): Charming - Very friendly and professional host. We loved all the little touches in all the spaces and decorations. It felt like the hosts really love this place. Comfortable bed, fun room, very very clean. We loved that you could actually smell the freshness of the towels, a charmingly light scent of vinegar (old school methods rock!) We felt at home there. We enjoyed our breakfast and the breakfast room was nice.

• Marko (10/5): Botanic Charm - beautiful experience - What we like about Botanic Charm - everything! Hotel is nice, clean, tidu and no noise. Even though I can't even speak Italian my English was enough - very nice, polite and friendly owners running their business in the best way. Helpful, pleasant and positive people. Our room was always clean, linen and towels changed. We arranged continental breakfast and every morning at 9:00 it was ready - nice, rich and tasty. Including coffee and tasty cookies, croissants, fruits, juices...plenty of wonderful choices. For the last day actually evening of our stay I took my wife for a Birthday dinner - before we checked our room after beach time there was a nice surprise - Birthday Cake from Andrea. He prepared the cake by himself with a bottle of Prosecco for me and my wife including greating card... Make us speechless. Overall experience about our vacation in Napoly and our hosts in Botanic Charm for two weeks - was aaaaamazing! Only negativity was nonprofessional attitude from booking.com taxy service guys - taxi service was included from booking.com side from airport and supposed to be included as well for our flight back home day - but nobody inform about that not us not even owners of the hotel that did not have idea that taxi service have been done without their knowledge. Because internal misinformation and bad nonprofessional internal booking.com department communication - instead of having a relaxing 55. Birthday Dinner with my wife - I was looking around scheduling a taxi ride for early morning to the airport! Tnx Good our hosts put great effort and did what we needed - arranged a taxi for us for 05:45 so we can be at the airport on time! I would recommend Botanic Charm to everyone who would like to spend a nice relaxing vacation in Naples. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Booking.com experimental taxi service - nobody informed us that taxi service is included only on our way to Napoli not on our way back home to the airport. Explanation from some Mr Jerome that is not his fault but taxy department guys who are doing that experimentally in one way was so unprofessional I do not Wana use some other words... Shame on ppl!!!
