• Heather (8/5): A good choice for our family of six. - It was so nice to have a big room for our family, and to be able to cook and wash clothes. This made such a difference for us as a family. The place was clean, comfortable and tidy. The staff is kind and competent. The heat 😅 But the owners are not responsible for the weather. The fans provided were very helpful. There could have been a bit extra storage space, but we are aware that a family of six is unusual and we managed alright.

• Keith (8/5): Comfortable and great location - Excellent value for money. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and had everything I needed. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the high road, shops and the tube. Will stay again. The stairs to the apartment are very steep and could be difficult for anyone with mobility or accessibility issues. The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbouring rooms can be heard easily, and traffic noise from the road outside was also quite loud at times. Ear plugs are recommended.

L'accès facile, les explications et conseils de la propriétaire Nous étions trop nombreux pour 2 salles d'eau. L'accès aux sanitaires était parfois difficile : une des chambres était occupée par 6 personnes qui ont utilisés les deux salles d'eau en même temps et un peu trop longtemps.

• Matthew (9/5): - Great location in lovely area with short walk to tube, shops and restaurants. Comfy beds and nice large room with clean fresh linen and towels. Only minor issue was the bath could do with some sink unblocker as was filling up when having a shower.
• Bettina (9/5): - It met our needs exactly! They were flexible with check-in and check-out, making our trip to London a breeze. All information was understandable and clear, the host's communication was at a high level. The accommodation matched the pictures in reality as well.

• Sabrina (9/5): pretty place for your london stay - It is a nice room, with a big window in a really nice location, pretty far from the city center, but perfectly proportional to the price. the neighbourhood was very quiet and pretty, we were all girls returning home late at night but we felt safe. the room was decently big for 5 people and there was also some storage space. the facilities in the kitchen were clean and useful, and others were respectful of shared space. we didn’t realise how far it was from the city centre but that’s on us

• Ana (8/5): - Excellent location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, with great public transport connections. The host was very kind and proactive whenever I needed help. The only downside was that it was a bit cold in the apartment, as the heating was not very effective.
• Paulina (9/5): Polecam z całego serca! - Świetne miejsce! Byłyśmy z przyjaciółką bardzo zadowolone. W mieszkaniu są 4 pokoje i na te 4 pokoje są dwie łazienki - więc nie ma problemu z korzystaniem z nich. Wszystko jest czyściutkie, pachnące i dobrze zaopatrzone. Wszelkiego rodzaju szampony, żele pod prysznic, kawa, herbata do użytku wspólnego - super! Lokalizacja jest też świetna: piękne, bardzo spokojne osiedle, niedaleko sklepy, bary i restauracje. Komunikacja z miejscem też bezproblemowa, niedaleko metro i przystanki autobusowe. Dojazd do centrum też nie zajmuje bardzo długo, jak na Londyn. Kontakt z właścicielką też bezproblemowy i szybki, jeśli trzeba. Polecam!!!!! Layla! Thank you so much for a wonderful place! Everything was great!

Izba čistá, vybavenie bolo super, základné veci ako lampa, stôl so stoličkami, televízor + youtube, wi-fi, uteráky všetko super a postele boli pohodlné. V pohode by som si rezervoval izbu znova. Škoda len spoločných kúpeľni ale nebol to žiaden problém, keďže boli vždy čisté. V konečnom dôsledku to nepovažujem za problém. Človek ale musí mať šťastie na dobrých a čistotných spolubývajúcich.
• Anna (9/5): - The apartment was cosy and equipped well, very good for a short stay with teenagers. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were really clean and in good shape, with all we needed provided. Boys loved the toaster! It was a comfortable and relaxing experience. I was woken by other guests, even though they tried to be considerate. The noise was carrying through. It is an older house effect, I suppose.

• Nerea (8/5): Muy bien - La habitación estaba bastante bien y la cocina está totalmente equipada. El alojamiento está bastante lejos del centro pero es algo que sabíamos antes de ir. Hay que andar unos 10 minutos hasta la parada de metro más cercana.

• Elizabeth (7/5): The host has made a welcoming and affordable stay for her guests. You very much get what you paid. - Affordable accomodation, not luxury by any means but perfect for young people wanting to travel. Many amenities to utilise in the rooms (coat racks, storage boxes, tv) plus a shared kitchen with supplies and a complimentary shelf. Feels kind of like a stay at a relative's place or in a student accommodation building. Helper came around and did thorough cleaning from what I could see. Laila was lovely to talk to. The rooms were a bit small but we were sharing 3 in one with large suitcases. The stairs were tricky to get up with them too but that's not uncommon for London. Strict rules on times you could shower and use the kitchen - but that is because it is a shared facility.

Steps to upstairs little bit small and felt not safe. Please make sure all the toiletries available,we couldn't find any shower gel inside. Lighting inside room felt dark at night.

• pierre (6/5): chambre OK mais le problème d'eau a été très problématique - localisation (30 minutes de métro pour rejoindre le centre de Londres) le calme, un commerce à proximité. Gros problème d'eau, parfois impossible de faire couler de l'eau chaude ou froide. Nous avons séjourné en pleine canicule et ne pouvions pas remplir nos gourdes!

• YUHSUAN (8/5): - 房間很大，該有的設備都有，還能寄放行李，房東交代的事項清楚，在倫敦性價比非常高，整體很棒 隔音不是很好，會聽到隔壁在笑，走過地板會有嘎吱聲，熱水壺底部很髒讓我不太敢用，房間在二樓，需要扛著行李爬陡峭的樓梯，我的行李有30公斤所以讓我很害怕滾下樓梯😂

Oppure puoi andare a piedi in 10 minuti. Comodo ai mezzi. Cucina molto fornita e spaziosa. Ben organizzata. Frigo grande con spazio per ogni stanza. Layla molto disponibile, risponde sempre subito via whatsapp. Consiglio di passare uno straccio per la polvere nelle stanze tra un ospite e l'altro. E mettere olio nella porta della stanza 2 perché cigola e da fastidio ai vicini di notte.

Compartir con inquilinos que me sentí insegura, unos árabes por qué compartimos, cenamos todo bien, pero luego quiso que me comiera la comida y yo no quería y se molestó... luego al final me persiguió hasta la habitación y abrió mi cuarto y entró. Le dije q buenas noches y me pidió que lo abrazara tuve mucho miedo en ese momento y estaba sola. Por dicha al día siguiente no los volví a ver.!

The room was a bit cold even after turning up the heating, but aside from that everything was wonderful. I would happily stay again.

• Joanna (10/5): Super! - Obiekt położony na granicy 2 i 3 strefy komunikacyjnej. 4 pokoje, 2 łazienki i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dobry dojazd metrem( przystanek Turnham - 2 strefa) lub w kierunku centrum autobus 94. Kontakt bezproblemowy, właścicielka pozwoliła nawet na pozostawienie bagaży do wieczora że względu na nocny wylot. Jest wszystko co potrzeba!
• Yurie (8/5): - タオルやドライヤーは自室に備え付けがあり、姿見とハンガーラックもあって便利でした。 キッチンは基本みなさん綺麗に利用していました。共用の冷蔵庫が部屋ごとにスペースが区切られていたのも良かったです。 4部屋に対してバスルームが2つあるので、待ち時間なく使用できました。 建物は年季が入っていますが故障などはなく、滞在中問題なくすごせました -LHR空港およびウエストエンドへのアクセスを考慮してこちらを予約したのですが、最寄りのTurnham Green駅には深夜帯しかピカデリーラインは停車しないようで、代わりにバスを利用せねばならず正直かなり不便でした(私のリサーチ不足なので宿の責任ではありませんが。) - 部屋の暖房が暑すぎた。ラジエーターのバルブを最弱まで捻っても一定間隔で強めの暖房が焚かれている様子でした。窓もほとんど開かないので、室温調整できずキツかったです - 隣の部屋の話し声や物音が丸聞こえなので、音に敏感な方は耳栓必携 -階段が急なので、大きなスーツケースだと上り下りが大変

• Dagmar (5/5): - Die Lage, ca 10 - 15 min zu Fuß (bzw Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Apparment) von der U-Bahn Turnham Green war super. Check-in einfach. Günstig. Wir (Familie) haben nur dort geschlafen. Das Haus ist ziemlich alt, hat eine sehr steile Treppe, die Wände sind dünn. Die Lüftung im Bad ist läuft lange (ca 30 min) nach. Man hört auch bei geschlossenen Fenster den Verkehr (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür), ich hab sogar den Mann aus dem Nachbarzimmer schnarchen gehört. Zimmer 1 (mit Kamin) liegt direkt neben dem einen Bad und hat Fenster zur Straße. Es werden regelmäßig die gewaschenen Bettwäsche/Handtücher in der Küche getrocknet, weiß nicht, ob das so toll ist bzgl Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel und so...

• Julia (8/5): Very basic but great for a peaceful night's sleep - Location felt safe even at night, about 7mins walk to Turnham Green tube station. The neighbourhood was very quiet at night so I had a great sleep. It was great I could leave my bag there before and after checkout. The room was a generous size (for one person stay), and I got lucky that I never seemed to have problem with accessing the bathroom. Everything was very basic, or really old, I think the property could do with a general refresh and replacing the simple easy things (like adding a french press for coffee), newer more powerful hairdryers ... Upgrading these would make it feel better. The bathroom fan goes on every time you put the light on at night, so if people went to toilet at night, the loud fan would start off and wouldn't shut down for the next 15mins or so, so I did still have to use earplugs.

The mattress on the double bed was a little firm but that is personal preference. There was no hot water the morning we left - unknown reason.

Wet laundry hanging in kitchen, and heating also not working. Laundry washed at 30°, so not hygenic. I got pneumonia during my stay as bed linen not sufficiently dried. Photos online are approx 15/30 years old. Not a pleasant experience.
• Sonya (1/5): Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication and Integrity - Didn't like.anything Extremely disappointing experience with this host. I had reached out several times in the weeks leading up to my booking to discuss changes to my travel plans, yet all of my messages were completely ignored. There was no acknowledgment, no effort to communicate, and no courtesy shown at all. Then, out of nowhere, on the actual day of my booking, the host somehow managed to obtain my personal phone number and sent a message asking what time I would arrive — not to be welcoming, but because their cleaner supposedly wasn’t working that day. The sudden interest felt insincere and purely self-serving. What made it worse is that they ultimately kept my money, offering no refund or solution, even though it was clear they hadn’t been willing to cooperate in the lead-up. It felt as though they were only checking whether I was still coming so they could rebook the place to someone else if I wasn’t. Overall, very unprofessional and dishonest behaviour. Communication was non-existent until it suited them, and their handling of the situation was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this host to anyone — proceed with caution.

• Inga (9/5): nice place to stay - Nice place where to stay. We arrived at night and have to leave in the morning. so very less time to understand. But everything was clean. You feel that people like and try to make this place lovely. And they have success in it. For this price it is nice place to stay in London center. Very early checkout till 10:00. We arrived at 01:00 at night and it was very hard to wake up 08:00 to chekout in time.
