• Piia (1/5): Erittäin huono! - Sijainti Hotelli ja huone eivät vastanneet millään tavoin 4*luokitustaan. Huone oli epäsiisti, kankaiset seinät repsottivat, wc/suihkutila kaipaisi pikaista remonttia. Kosteus tuli wc:ssa seinistä ja kaapistoista, likaista ja rikkinäistä. Huoneilma todella huonoa, ilmastoinnista huolimatta. Astmaatikkona tämä oli huonoin hotellikokemus koskaan ja yöt oli vaikeita, kun henki meni ahtaalle. Ensimmäisenä iltana jo pyydettiin huoneenvaihtoa, mutta sitä ei meille mahdollistettu. Tämän kokemuksen myötä meni usko luokituksiin.
• OnAir258558 (10/5): Beautiful little Boutique Hotel close to city center - We traveled to Italy for a wedding my daughter and her boyfriend were attending in Tuscany, and planned to spend just 1–2 days in Rome before heading out of the city. We booked two rooms for one night but ended up extending our stay for an additional night. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating with our last‑minute request. The hotel is centrally located, within easy walking distance of the city center. The rooms were lovely, the property was well kept, and the staff could not have been nicer. We absolutely would recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Rent o fräscht Dålig avrinning i dushavloppet samt något störande ljud fram till halv ett på natten från tecnodisco i närliggande byggnad. Så öronproppar rekommenderas.

• H. (8/5): Een goed hotel voor een paar nachten om de stad te verkennen. - De personeel was erg attent en behulpzaam. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en veel restaurants in de omgeving. Trein en metro op 5 min loopafstand. De bezienswaardigheden goed te bereiken via de UBER taxi. Supermarkt vlakbij op 3 min loopafstand. Een goede plek om 2 dagen te verblijven en de stad te verkennen. Ontbijt 15 euro per persoon per dag best duur. Buiten heb je een perfect ontbijt, heerlijk vers en cappuccino. Voor de snacks en drank in de koelkast was het erg duur. Kan je beter bij de supermarkt halen, goedkoop en dichtbij.

• Peter (10/5): - Die Lage ist top, sehr zentral, sehr ruhig da in einer Nebenstrasse und die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt sind alle zu Fuss in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Metro an der Piazza Republica ist in 5 Min. erreichbar für die unkomplizierte Anreise zu den vatikanischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Zimmer war eher etwas klein und sehr sauber, das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und umfangreich. Es wurde immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt. Zu unseren Geburtstagen, die wir hier verbracht haben, erhielten wir kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und ein Geburtstagsständchen. Das hatten wir so noch nie erlebt. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen.

• Artock (9/5): Stielvolles Hotel in guter Lage - Das Hotel ist gut zwischen Zentrum und Bahnhof gelegen. Relativ ruhige Nebenstraße mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Schöne alte Villa. wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr vielfältig. Im Zimmer hat und ein zweiter Sessel und Garderobehaken gefehlt. Bei der Reinigung des Sanitärbereichs gibt es noch Luft nach oben.

Pas de peignoir, - L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel L’hôtel est très bruyant et très mal insonorisé. La literie est complètement vétuste et les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos sur booking… l’odeur dans l’hôtel est vraiment désagréable (odeur de désodorisant wc)

The location was magnificent, 100 meters from Via Nazionale, a stone's throw from Roma Termini and the metro lines that pass through it. More than satisfied.

Пора делать ремонт в номерах, кое-где уже краска уже отваливается. Всё-таки от 4 звезд ожидаешь большего. И, пожалуйста,, сделайте крепления для кроватей, очень легко отодвигается от стены.

• Natalia (5/5): Hotel antiguo pero con buena ubicacion - Ubicacion. Sitio tranquilo con poco ruido. La calefaccion no iba muy bien. El desayuno si ibas pronto estaba variado. Si llegabas un poco mas tarde no reponían. El colchón de la cama te hundías. Al segundo día nos tuvieron que cambiar de habituación porque el grifo de la ducha no funcionaba.
• JAVIER (9/5): Buen servicio y ubicación excelente - Lo mejor, el personal y la ubicación. Muy atentos y dispuestos. Intentaron ayudarnos en cualquier inconveniente que nos surgió al momento. Está ubicado muy cerca de la estación de tren, metro e incluso para ir andando está bien ubicado. Para entrar al hotel tuvimos que bajar las maletas por una escalinata. No hay rampa de acceso. Al ascensor también le fallaba la puerta de vez en cuando. La cerradura electrónica de nuestra habitación se estropeó y no pudieron arreglarla, aunque nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación.

Everyone at the desk made me feel welcome and also felt very safe. There was no full length mirror in the room. I was in Rome for an important party and couldn't get ready properly. The shampoo and shower gel options were not good either and there was a slight leak in the bathroom.

• E1962MJgeorgej (10/5): Great hotel in a great location. - I found the location was perfect, Irish bar at the end of the road, Metro a 2 minute walk, staff were very helpful, we had a great room with a sun terrace, room was spotless, our room was on the 4th floor and never herd any noise from the pub. Would I stay there again - defiantly. Already talking about going back in a couple of years for the rugby again.

• terhira12 (10/5): Fabulous!!! - It is a fabulous hotel, with Italian character. Communication was good even before we arrived to the hotel. Hotel staff was very very friendly, Elenora at the reception was phenomenal! The trip was about celebrating my friend's birthday and I was helped to make it special for her. We even got a free room upgrade, which we really really apreciated. We enjoyed our balcony very much! The hotel is on a side street, so noise level was minimum. Breakfast was good, location was good, room was absolutely wonderful and clean and our stay was close to perfection.

• Sabrina (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt! - Das Hotel liegt etwa 10min von Roma Termini entfernt. Die Diokletian Thermen sind in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen sowie die Metro A Station Repubblica. Von dort kommt man direkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Innenstadt sowie zu den vatikanischen Museen. Roma Termini bietet Umstiegsmöglichkeiten zur Metro B um zum Kollosseum, Forum oder Circus Maximus zu kommen. Lage ist daher wirklich toll! Das Personal (vor allem Manuela) war wirklich unglaublich freundlich & zuvorkommend, man bekommt beim Check in ein paar Goodies, fand ich wirklich toll. Zimmer sind klein aber absolut ausreichend, Badezimmer sauber und modern. Der Aufzug ist auch ein Highlight! Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme bestimmt wieder! Alles super!
