- Daphne (7/5): Excellent - but at what cost... - Excellent hotel with superb service. Food, amenities, and cleanliness are 100/100. breakfast is great and lounge/bar also good. Many many hidden costs and charges were added at the very last minute, at checkout, for almost everything: daily room cleaning charge (?!), service charge, breakfast service charge, lounge service charge, and so on. Yes, apparently some of these fees can be refused, but that is not really the point. As a guest, you naturally assume that these services are either included in what you paid when booking, or at least clearly disclosed in advance. Instead, they were casually added to the final bill. When I asked what the charges were for, the reaction was not very kind or helpful: “Uh… if you need to check, I can try and print the bill…” And when you are rushing through checkout, trying to catch a flight, you end up feeling pressured to just accept it and move on. It was definitely not the ending to my stay that I had imagined. Transparency is key, because without it, guests are left with the uncomfortable feeling that they have been misled, or frankly, scammed. Also, the bill was never sent to my email, even though they promised it would be.

Удобное месторасположение: рядом метро, Селфридж, продуктовые магазины и сам Оксфорд стрид. Понравился тренажерный зал. Номера уставшие. В нашем номере протекал душ и не стекала вода в раковине. При выезде мы узнали, что берется дополнительно 26 фунтов за за сервис в номерах, в то время как в других отелях по миру - это включается в оплату за проживание. Завтраки - шведский стол, не включает яйца - их надо заказывать за дополнительную плату. При доставке еды в номера надо учитывать, что меню- только японская кухня. Если Вы не любитель - нужно идти в другие рестораны.

We both weight train regularly and so the cable machine, the complete/robust set of dumbbells, the Smith machine, the slam balls, etc, were all so useful! The price of the room service was crazy!! And the food at the bar on the ground floor was terrible. We invited some friends to join us for drinks and snacks and we thought the food would be exceptional, but it was far below par . . . it was significantly below average pub food: overfried calamari and chicken, and chips and quac that were pitiful

I faced an issue with the AC, and the team tried to fix it as early as 6 AM, which really showed how much they cared about guest comfort. When the issue continued, I requested a room change and they were very supportive and handled everything professionally and quickly. The service, hospitality, and overall experience were outstanding, and I would definitely stay here again A special thanks to Khrystyna and Marta for the lovely gift and apologies.

- P926RLclairew (10/5): Fantastic - One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in due to the staff and customer service. They have lots of really rude clients and the staff remain so professional despite being spoken to like c**p by lots of guests. I’d give the room a 7/10 due to the noise in the corridor and road. But absolutely fantastic service, room service, bar, breakfast and reception so so good. Turn down service absolutely brilliant with loads of cute extras . Will 100% return

- vaaltonen (8/5): Beautiful space, noisy cleaning staff. - Beautiful space with very attentive pleasant staff. Check in was easy and fast with complimentary drinks. Lunch was delicious, exactly what we expected from Nobu. The only problem we had is that the cleaning staff was going in and out of their service room slamming the doors even at night. It was difficult to fall asleep with all the noise. After contacting the reception at 12:20ish AM it was resolved. Another hock up was at the breakfast when we were told that the breakfast wasn’t included ( by Zussana) it made us feel unwelcome and a bit awkward. After checking and seeing that we did have it included we enjoyed our delicious breakfast. Anu, our server was beyond excellent!

Sorry to say the room above us on one of the mornings was having work done on it , woke us all up at 9am and we were never notified of this beforehand . A lot of hammering and drilling .
- Lisa (10/5): Exceeded all expectations - I loved everything about this experience. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were the best I have ever had and we had such lovely treats in our room because we were celebrating our anniversary. Really above and beyond there is literally nothing I didn't like, it was all just so so good.

- gaynorm683 (10/5): Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel - We absolutely loved our night at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. It’s a beautiful hotel and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. All of the staff were lovely – from the reservations team to the doormen and reception staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, which really made the stay feel special. The hotel itself is stunning. The décor is chic, stylish and very classy. Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, and the bed was absolutely lush! Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat in the restaurant as we had a show booked, but that just gives us the perfect excuse to come back and try it next time. Thank you to everyone at Nobu for such a lovely stay!

- Lynne Patrice (10/5): Luxury, beautiful decor, great food and wonderful staff. - Beautiful decor throughout the hotel - luxurious and serene. I had a room one up from basic which was very roomy and comfortable, really appreciated the Nespresso machine and regular tcapsule top ups. Breakfast was absolutely amazing as was a visit to Nobu for lunch. Another thumbs up for the gym, very well appointed and spacious - everything you need for a good workout. The staff are really starts here - amazing, always friendly and helpful, and never pretentious. Not a thing!
