The rooms were infested with black mould — it was clearly visible inside the almirahs, in the bathroom, around the beds, and even in the AC vents. This is not just a cleanliness issue; it is a serious health hazard, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory concerns. The beds themselves were old, dingy, and felt unhygienic, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The presence of mould in multiple areas shows a complete lack of basic maintenance and hygiene standards. This stay was meant to be a special birthday trip, but instead of enjoying the occasion, I was left worried about my health and extremely disappointed with the conditions. I would strongly caution others before booking this property unless immediate and thorough corrective action is taken. No guest should have to stay in an environment that poses such a clear health risk.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and a wide variety of foods are served for breakfast, with ample choices for vegans. The hotel also has a swimming pool, bar, spa and all other facilities you'd expect from a quality hotel. The hotel is in a good location, situated close to the MBK Centre and Siam BTS station. Local buses also serve the hotel.

- Armilita (8/5): - Room is very spacious. The beds are big and wide. Everyday the room is made cleaned and fresh towels, mineral water, toiletries, are replenished. The hotel lobby is very spacious and there is a convenience store in the hotel vicinity. The location is walking distance to a street where there are a lot of restaurants. The breakfast buffet is ok, although they could have given more options for children's food and there was no hot chocolate and limited selection of juice. There is a shuttle going to MBK Centre but chargeable - I wish they could arrange for a shuttle going back to the hotel as well as the tuktuks charges twice the amount!

However, I was gutted to be told that the sauna and cold & warm water would not be open for another month. I would have thought I could have been emailed to let me know about this in advance. They did have another sauna in another room for 400THB but this was small and enclosed so wasn’t what I had booked for

- Cruiser41307159179 (6/5): Rock solid beds and old fashioned rooms - Stayed here for 10 nights. Dont be catfished by the luxurious lobby as most rooms are dated. The beds are that solid I came away with an injury and had many restless nights. The hotel is a good location with a 7/11 on your doorstop and not to far from shopping malls such as MBK centre. The noise from the Tuktuks going past and the muay thai teams hitting pads in the bedrooms and stairwells drive you crazy!

- steveeew07 (2/5): Not great - I had had an accident in Thailand and as a part of my repatriation to the UK I was placed in this hotel . I will not name the young lady receptionist as I would not want to jeopardise her job but I have to say in all the many years I have been visiting Thailand she is without doubt the most condescending, patronising, sarcastic and downright rude above her station staff member I have ever experienced. She needs some serious retraining . If I were her manager I would put her on notice that she must make changes to the way she speaks to guests. I was given a room on the 17th floor. As a result of my accident and subsequent operation on my wrist I was suffering from the normal swelling at the site of my wound. Unfortunately the room I was given was incredibly hot. I set the air conditioning to the lowest setting 15 and it was still very hot and my wrist was swelling badly and as a result of having a general anaesthetic I was struggling to breathe in the heat. They sent an engineer but it made no difference . I had to get onto my insurance company who insisted they move me to a room with air con. This they did . The room was las you would expect and the aircon was fine however the antiquated flushing system ball valve wasn’t working so the toilet wouldn’t flush . Over my few days at this hotel I had to have several visits from maintenance to repair the ball valve . Seriously why don’t they put new parts in the cistern to remedy this? The advertised buffet for very underused during my visit . I was the only person in there on my first night then the buffet didn’t happen again. There are no restaurants within walking distance the hotel is 10/15 mins in a grab to civilisation . I would never stay in this hotel again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it . Some of the staff were very nice but it only takes a poor welcome to sour your visit .

The swimming pool facilities are inadequate, with no proper locker room—only a restroom available for changing. There is no hot water or soap for showering, and the jacuzzi water is cold. The breakfast selection is limited and quite standard. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Among other hotels in Thailand this one stood out, the only place where I felt like I could have been staying in New York not Bangkok. - André (10/5): - Estivemos em Bangkok em 2022 e 2023 e nos hospedamos nesse hotel por 10 noites. Agora em 2025 e 2026 também nos hospedamos lá por 1 semana. Staff maravilhoso, limpeza perfeita, bom restaurante, serviço de quarto, boa localização, serviço de lavanderia impecável. Tem uma loja de conveniências tipo seven eleven na área de acesso e ATM. Utilizamos o guarda-malas sem custo por mais de 30 dias em 2023. Atualmente nossas malas com roupas de frio estão lá por 20 dias sem custo, enquanto estamos nas praias apenas com malinhas de mão. Uma comodidade! Voltaremos ao hotel no final do mês por mais 2 noites. Nem pesquisamos mais outros hotéis. Nosso lugar em Bangkok é no Twin Towers!

Nontheless, this hotel is a great alternative only 3minutes using Tuktuk / 15mins casual walk) to the stadium / MBK / Paragon. Not sure if the breakfast were catered for muslims. But there were still good options for a fulfilling halal breakfast. The rooms were simplistic and spacious (love it!). Highly recommended! Thank you for a nice stay.

- 246arsalanm (10/5): Great staff - The staff is incredibly helpful specially HAN at the front desk, they allowed me an early check-in and were very accomodating. The hotel itself has a very calm and peaceful vibe. Rooms are decent and clean.

Comment un bel hôtel comme celui là peut avoir des salles de bains aussi vétustes Les.wc complètement entartré 3t qui ne fonctionnent pas toujours Une baignoire qui date avec un pommeau de douche entartré et vétuste Les produits de salle bain en quantité minimale Sincèrement c'est du gâchis

- Leona (8/5): Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very efficient traffic control out the front. - Lovely size rooms, close to busy Chinatown Bed mattress was a bit old and saggy.
