The building doesn't have a good soundproofing.There is a small refrigerator inside the room, but it stops working when you leave the room.

Assez calme (pour Naples), chambre donnant sur la cour. Très bon emplacement pour nos besoins, à quelques pas de la gare. Le petit frigo dans la chambre est un plus. Le lavabo dans la salle de bain est placé beaucoup trop haut.

• Giada (9/5): Siamo state benissimo - La posizione era veramente vicinissima alla stazione quindi lo consiglio a chi vuole alloggiare nei pressi della stazione. Camera stile etnico bellissima. Camera Molto molto pulita che è la cosa più importante secondo me. Marina è stata molto cordiale e gentile. Ci vorrebbe solo Una piccola pedana in bagno per quelle bassine come noi 😅. Tutto bellissimo comunque .... Il terrazzo una piccola chicca davvero. Di fronte a Noi il murales di Jorit raffigurante Maradona Pino Daniele e Troisi. Stupendo. Grazie Marina a presto 🤗
• Celeste (10/5): STUPENDA - La host era molto educata e disponibile, la posizione della stanza molto comoda poichè è vicina alla stazione, stanza molto pulita e ordinata, nulla di negativo è stata una vacanza stupenda.
• Carolyn (4/5): Don’t. - It was clean. The Booking.com ad is VERY misleading on several points. It’s a bed and breakfast but gives the impression of being a hotel. I wanted a hotel. No flexibility for early check in or luggage storage. Don’t arrive earlier than your 4 pm check in! It offered airport shuttle service, and my contact even stated it was €5 when I asked about it, because I’d need it on check out. NO SUCH SERVICE is offered. Someone named Julian checked me in (he was nice) but was clueless as to this service and just told me to walk back (5 minutes with luggage!) to the train station to get a taxi. The bed was hard and unforgiving. The terraces “view” was a rooftop and the terraces of other people’s condominiums. Thankfully I only needed to stay one night. I won’t stay there again.
• Klaus (4/5): Nicht die schönste Seite von Italien ! - Wir haben bewußt Casa Marina im Bahnhofsviertel gewählt, da es für uns kurze Wege (Bus und Zug, sowie die Nähe zum Airport) für unsere geplanten Aktivitäten bedeutete. Das diese Gegend aber so laut und vor allem so verdreckt war, hatten wir in dem Ausmaß nicht erwartet! Frühstück wird in Casa Marina selbst nicht angeboten. Im Preis inbegriffen ist ein typisch ital. Frühstück mit einem Heißgetränk und einem süßen Gebäck in einem nahegelegenen Café.

• Rasa (10/5): Great short stay! - Marina was very friendly and there when we arrived to guide us through the rules and the property. She was very flexible with our checkout and very helpful with local recommendations and transport assistance. The place was clean and perfect for a short stay. It is close to the train station and many local areas. Other guests were quiet and we had no issues! Thanks again Marina! Nothing!

The accommodation was all we had hoped for and well appointed. Marina gave us lots of information on local places for food and visits. The location was good for Naples and outlying areas as it was close to the station.

Also, the rooms are very nice, clean, cozy and equipped without retro/rustic decorative items. I loved it! Bonus: The B&B is located near the central train station and the metro station, so you will have easy access to transportation in Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvio and the Amalfi Coast.

• Braekeleire (6/5): Tolerable - The location of Casa Marina was not what we expected. You arrive at a large apartment block in a street that is absolutely not tourist-friendly at night. The explanation given was in broken English, but the man himself was friendly. The room had a double lock on the door, which immediately gave us an unsafe feeling. To get electricity, you have to insert a key, so the air conditioning can't run lightly when you are not in the room. For breakfast you get a ticket that you can go to a café nearby to collect your food. This was amazing and very nice waiter. The location. Do not go out of your appartement after dark. It was loud, unsafe en unhygienic.

• Nereida (8/5): Good place near the station as a base for visiting Naples - Marina was a great host, she also allowed to check-in slightly earlier into our room, so we could leave the bags. The room was spacious and airy, with a small balcony overlooking an internal patio. The bathroom was fairly new and spotless, and with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast is served in a bar outside in the street, but it was great, as you can choose whatever you want and feel a bit part of the neighbourhood. There was anyway a small kitchenette outside the room with tea/coffee facilities. Location was okay. We were a bit wary becaise it's closed to the station, but we felt safe at all times. The pillows were too soft. Maybe 2 more pillows would be great.

They don't allow you to smoke in the open spaces and they didn't gave this information before you make the reservation There was no good communication with the hosts. They don't let you smoke in the open spaces. They have a backyard and they don't give you access. They don't let you smoke because they have a personal reason for it and they tell you after you pay a bunch of money on thier small room.
• Ana (7/5): Convenient private room accomodation in the center of Naples. Quiet and clean. - Great location, next to Stazionne centrale but very quiet. Very close then to Alibus that leaves you to airport in 20 minutes. I enjoyed the cozy patio, very nice arranged with plants. Everything was very clean. Our room was the biggest one, with private bathroom. I do not know how room enough were the other 2. Ask then for the patio room!!!!you will enjoy in the afternoon after an exhausting touristic day))))))) Although Booking informations add "Breakfast included" the tiny common facilities of the apt allow only coffe/tea and they give you a free consumption in a cafeteria next to the station. I appreciate to be able to take an infusion before bed but be aware it is not like booking announce. Nevertheless, our room had a little fridge and it was possible to take a home made breakfast at the patio of our own room. But this was not able in the other ones. A bit expensive for one private room...our room cost finally 87 euros dued to one Booking reservation error, owner said us it cost double, and for that prize you can obtain a real hotel room. They asked the tourist tax (3 euros per person) once we got the keys and to be payed by cash, no receipt. I would prefer to pay it by Booking platform.

• Susana (1/5): Scary, would not recommend. Inattentive host. - Beds are smaller than a queen, and VERY uncomfortable . Sketchy area and rundown building. I travelled with my mom (2 women) and we felt very unsafe. The host was not in the area when we arrived even though we were there for check in at 6pm, check in showed until 9pm, and we had let her know we would be there at 6pm. She did not answer our calls and we waited for 45 mins in the staircase of that sketchy building. Do not recommend. I had to leave after my mom had a panic attack. The photos are not as pictured. You will hear all the other rooms bathrooms, and you’ll be sleeping less than 2 feet away from the other guests. If safety and comfort is not a concern then go ahead.

• Radu (9/5): It was a short and very dense stay in Naples, but a pleasant one, thanks to our host. - The location, very close to the railway station and metro & bus lines, is extremely convenient if you plan to visit the Naples bay area (islands, Pompei, Amalfi coast). Nothing special that would depend on the host service.

• Karl (7/5): An okay stay but not what we expected - Compact but clean room with lovely bedding and towels. The bathroom was great and had everything we needed including a great hairdryer! It is located around the corner from the train station which is handy for rail travel. We were on a motorbike so we’re advised to get secure parking (which we sourced ourselves when there) The room was beautifully decorated with artefacts but this made it a little too cluttered. Consequently, there was little space to put things. Breakfast was not at the property but we were given a token to use in a cafe on the lower level of the station (not easy to find!)which was not what we expected! There was quite a bit of noise from the courtyard outside; dogs barking very early in the morning.

The host also arraigned a taxi for us the next morning to get to the airport. Restaurant recommendation was outstanding. The location was ok - very urban.

The location was not great (25 min walk to historic center or 15 min by public transport). Unfortunately, we could not store our luggage (1 big bag) at the B&B after check out (10 am), so we had to find a luggage storage in the neighbourhood.

Location of Casa Marina - 7/10 - in 6-8 min you are at the metro station Galibardi, same distance to Central Station where buses from the aero port are coming/leaving, ATENTION to the fact that next to the train station are a lot of shady people, homeless and very noisy refugees Breakfast- 2/10 - host is offering vouchers for coffee and a croissant( this is the usual “breakfast” offers by B&B in Italy) to a coffee point located IN THE CENTRAL STATION- quality mediocre. Customer service of the host- 0/10- basically after our arrival (we arrived around 5:30pm and the room was not ready “because we mentioned 6:00pm and the host told us to wait ) absolutely no word from miss Marina. On the last day we wanted to stay until 12:00 because our flight was earlier in the day and the water was extremely bad with rain and thunderstorm miss Marina invited us to leave without carrying where our guests are going- in that day with storm outside :)- she was insisting that checkout is at 10:00 and cleaning is needed asap - counting that on the first day room was not done at 5:30pm. Mediocre services for Naples, mediocre place
• Laure (6/5): Nice and clean room but very loud and no breakfast - Clean room and friendly host We were told it was quiet, but it was really not. We were sleeping next to the boiler and could hear it everytime somebody took a shower or went to the toilet. Our upstairs neighbor was also very loud and walging around at 4 am. We also didn't like that the breakfast was somewhere else and we only received one drink and one pastry.

• Jeffrey (2/5): - The special instructions only appeared after I confirmed my payment. These instructions stated that I could not book a stay for the same day. So off the bat I paid for a night that I wasn't even eligible for. I attempted to see if the staff could meet with me the same day to no avail. Overall it was a horribly stressful eperience. The Expedia staff kept transferring me to different customer specialist, were I had to keep repeating my delimma. I'm currently disputing the charges with my credit card.
