El desayuno muy bueno con fruta fresca, pedimos chec out late! Y aceptaron! Todo perfecto recomiendo ampliamente este hotel! Con café y té todo el día además!

- Arnaud (6/5): Bruyant - Trop chaud. - Lors de la réservation, cela montrait une photo d'une grande chambre, ce n'était pas le cas, tout l'inverse même. Literie moyenne, oreillers peu confortables. La clim, gérée de façon centrale n'était pas réglable selon mon envie, et j'ai du dormir fenêtre ouverte car il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre (23° d'après le capteur mural) Sauf que collé pratiquement aux rails de la gare Saint Lazare, beaucoup de bruits de trains. Il a fallu faire un choix entre le bruit et la chaleur. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hotel. Cela ne mérite pas le prix que j'ai payé.

Very quiet at night as it's away from any main drag.Except for one girl who was lovely, the reception staff couldn't really care less about you. Our room was only cleaned once in 5 days and even then I had to request it. Breakfast was good but the mood of the staff depended upon who was working. One couldn't do enough for you and the other one thought she was doing you a favour. A couple of gripes but I would still stay there again.

The breakfast was great and good enough before heading out to check the city. The location is near the shopping mall, metro, bus station, and supermarket. Our experience was amazing! I definitely recommend this place.

J'ai appelé l'hôtel qui n'a pas voulu me fournir 2 factures séparés ( pour eux une réservation = une facture) alors que le matin même ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient m'envoyer les factures j'ai attendu toute la journée pas de factures reçues. Le soir on m'a indique " pas possible" alors que ça l'était le matin et la personne a écourté la discussion en me raccrochant au nez . j'ai déjà eu ce cas de figure avec d'autres hôtels et ça n'a pas posé de problèmes ??? chaine Happyculture terminé

- Jerome (10/5): Endroit au calme et propre - Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Proximité de Saint Lazare, calme et propre. En revanche le petit déjeuner est plutôt léger quant aux choix proposés.

- Kim (8/5): - Mooi hotel, zeer goede locatie. Inchecken verliep vlot, vriendelijk. Het uitchecken verliep heel stroef. De medewerker wou ons een proforma geven terwijl we de dag ervoor bij zijn collega alles al betaald hadden en Hij vond onze gegevens ineens niet. Hij was niet vriendelijk. Als we dan zeiden dat we iemand van management wouden spreken, dan ging het ineens allemaal. Spijtig voorval.

Le gros point noir à mon goût est le manque total d'insonorisation... vers l'extérieur avec le métro extrêmement proche et intérieur avec les chambres voisines dont on entend la conversation des occupants.... Dommage ! Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.

- Assaad (8/5): Good , but … - Overall experience was good for what we paid. We expected the hotel to have view on Tour Eiffel as the pictures show. But unfortunately it hadn’t. Rooms were smaller than they appeared in the pictures. But we enjoyed the room with the balcony. The area was a bit far from all the busy areas, but great next to carrefour and rome merto station. Area is very calm in general. The hotel has a nice terrace on gf for a morning coffee. Staff was good in general. I suggest this hotel, but make sure to select the right room size and location.
- Sayyad (8/5): - Really good stay at the Hotel! Room was sufficiently and exactly spacious. Staff was super nice and friendly. My only small and likely insignificant complaint would be a shower curtain in the shower. Besides this little niggle, I would definitely stay here again!

Benimki sokak tarafinda oldugundan iyiydi. Küçük bir bahcesi var sevimli ve cicekli. Kahve ve su sebili lobide istediginiz kadar kullanabilirsiniz. Kotu Fransiz kahvaltisina cok para almadiklari icin mutluyum. Odada su ısıtıcısı vardi. Concorde meydanina veya Montmartre ye 35 dkda yuruyebilirsiniz. Metro 13. Hat Liege duragi oldukca yakin.

They went above and beyond to make my stay all that it should be (within their power). I do wish they provided tissues in the rooms

BUT there is no room service or bar as described in amenities and air conditioning was turned off for the building. The staff was nice but only one person for all guests! It took a while to get help.

- Nancy (8/5): - I had a wonderful time at Cervantes hotel, the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist guest. The hotel is near several metro stations and you can walk to restaurants that are nearby.
- Marie-Claire (8/5): Hôtel confortable - Séjour ponctuel d'un jour. L’hôtel est confortable et le personnel d'accueil très bienveillant. Le seul bémol vient du petit déjeuner, qui n'est pas vraiment à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles: lieu en sous-sol peu confortable et température étouffante. je reste inquiète pour la température ambiante pour les produits fragiles qui n'était pas dans un espace réfrigéré( jambon,fromage,yaourt..).absence d'eau aussi.

- David (8/5): God og flot til prisen - Værelset var virkeligt fint og som man ser på billederne. Standarden er ligesom et 4-stjernet hotel i Paris. Der kunne høres larm fra toge fordi der er en station ved siden af men vi forventede ikke andet. Vi ville have taget en nat til men receptionen var meget beskæftiget kl 00:30 om natten så vi gav op efter længere tids venten. Men dejligt hotel og fin morgenmads buffet.
