• Gail (10/5): A jewel of a hotel in a peaceful city location with excellent hospitality. - My stay at the Chamberlain West Hollywood was super! I was in LA for a quick weekend and wanted a small boutique hotel with a sunny pool that was easily accessible to downtown LA. The entire facility was spotless, the staff was charming and helpful (especially Ramesh at the front desk) and my room was massive. The neighborhood was walkable with many food options and I was able to utilize the city bus system to get to my events downtown. When I first arrived I was unable to get service at the hotel restaurant for lunch because it was unstaffed. However it was very easy to find alternative neighborhood restaurants. Also even with my sleep sounds machine I could hear the VERY loud snoring guest next-door though the wall.

• Alexia (8/5): Très bon séjour - L'hôtel est bien situé, West Hollywood/Beverly Hills, la chambre est spacieuse avec un balcon. La literie est très confortable, la wifi fonctionne bien dans les chambres. Le personnel à la réception est agréable. L'eau en bouteille dans la chambre c'est vraiment essentiel et très appréciable. La salle de bain est grande et bien agencée. Il y a de quoi faire un repassage de dernière minute dans la chambre, un gros + Il faut faire la demande pour que la chambre soit entretenue (appel ou passage à la réception). Avoir une moquette au sol en motif aztèque "blanc" et noir c'est super mais ca mériterait d'être lessivé parce que c'est plus blanc mais presque marron au sol. Je ne l'avais pas lu, donc c'est important de le noter : A votre arrivée on vous prélève 150$ par nuitée en caution (pas juste une empreinte)

• Gregory (5/5): I’d be curious to know when they plan to renovate — it feels long overdue. - The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the hotel is definitely due for a refresh. The carpets have an odor, and there’s noticeable wear and tear throughout — from burned-out bulbs to worn doors and fixtures in the lobby. At check-in, I was told the restaurant was open until 3pm, but when I arrived around 2:30, they said they were already closing. Fortunately, they still made me a to-go meal, which was delicious.

• Kelly (9/5): Clean, safe, convenient! - Beautiful and clean hotel in an excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was huge, quiet and very comfortable. Located in a safe pocket, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shopping. Would stay here again! Expensive overnight parking, but that seems to be standard in the area. We found all night street parking a 10 minute walk away.

Las alfombras de todo el hotel huelen espantoso, tanto afuera como dentro de la habitación y tienen una luz por sensor en la entrada, que cada vez que te mueves en la cama la luz se enciende dormimos muy mal nos levantamos múltiples veces a pagar la luz hasta que ingeniamos algo para cubrir el sensor. También algo curioso es que el hotel tiene estacionamiento pero debes pagar por dejar tu carro ahí $70 la noche

Don’t seem to have housekeeping service daily, during our check in asked us if we wanted daily housekeeping to which we said yes, on the first day no one appeared to clean the room. Had to ask twice and still they just went and left new towels on top of the bed….. For a 5 stars hotel I was not expecting

• Katherine (9/5): Chic, quiet, pleasant West Hollywood hotel off the main drag - Recently renovated, the Chamberlain is a West Hollywood hotel in a residential neighborhood two blocks off Sunset Blvd. Deluxe Suite has a spacious sitting area, separated by a curtain from the comfortable king bedroom. Balcony was nice, but perhaps not worth the upgrade price. Lovely front desk staff. Downstairs dining was small but the breakfast food was delicious and beautifully presented. Rooftop pool is small and only 5 ft deep, but had great nighttime view over LA. Good coffee gratis, and refreshing ice water in lobby. Bathroom was small and a bit dark, but fine. No bathtub.

Good location though and spacious rooms. - The location is great - easy to walk to sunset, attend The Comedy Store, etc. Parking there made it easy to access other parts of the city as Sunset and Santa Monica Drive are close. The beds are soft, and the rooftop pool is a great place to have your morning coffee. Rooms are very spacious! The Deluxe suite does NOT have any type of view - the photos are deceptive and photoshopped. I asked the front desk and they said all rooms at the Deluxe room level all face the wall. Yes our view was essentially a wall. It's like a ten foot gap between your window and the north wall of the building. No furniture on the patio. No bottles water is provided unless you want to pay like $7 for an Evian. There's no tea either, only 2 coffee pods - pretty stingy. There is free coffee in the bar each morning though which is nice. If you park you have to pay a $70 USD/day valet fee. Two of the three nights the pool was drained but we could still sit on the rooftop - if you're interested in the pools it's best to call ahead of time.
• Daphne (9/5): A boutique hotel in West Hollywood - Very clean room, staff very accommodating, rooftop pool can be accessed between 6:30am-10-30pm. Comfortable bed, fridge, coffee making, restaurant on site. Kept our luggage for no extra charge. Supermarket, chemist and pizza shop nearby. Not the best location for tourists (need to bus to Hollywood or Beverley hills), no room view.

Emplacement de la chambre avec balcon/fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir commun. Globalement très sombre, deux lampes de chevet pour éclairer tout une pièce. Un réfrigérateur qui faisait énormément de bruit que nous avons été obligé de débrancher. L’absence d’accès à la piscine. Odeur de moquette qui sentait les pieds.

• scott (7/5): Great location - Location. Room wasn’t cleaned, when we’d asked, which was disappointing. Also, no bedding provided for the sofa bed. Went for breakfast but was ignored by the kitchen staff - despite even entering the kitchen and shouting for them - so left. Parking charges very high.
• Tiago (6/5): Zentral in West Hollywood - Die Lage war wirklich sensationell. Auch das Restaurant sowie dessen Team haben hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Sowohl qualitativ als auch menschlich sehr überzeugend. Gilt auch für das Housekeeping-Team. Zwei eher jüngere Damen am Empfang wirkten, vorsichtig formuliert, nicht übermässig motiviert. Freundlichkeit? Nun ja… der Fokus lag offenbar eher bei der Erfüllung der Tätigkeit als auf der Gastfreundschaft. Beim Betreten des Hotels wurde man nicht begrüsst, was generell eher ungewöhnlich ist. Eine kleine Story dazu: Ich hatte mein T-Shirt mit Tomatensauce verschmutzt und mir wurde freundlich der Laundry-Service empfohlen. Das Shirt kam dann auch zurück, praktisch unverändert, einfach etwas besser gebügelt als zuvor. Auf meine Rückfrage bezüglich der Flecken wurde mir erklärt, dass es „logisch“ sei, dass Tomatensauce nicht zu entfernen sei. Auf eine weitere Diskussion habe ich verzichtet und habe die Flecken dann Zuhause entfernen können. Bezahlen musste ich selbstverständlich trotzdem. Etwas irritierend war zudem, dass Uber-Lieferanten problemlos Zugang zu den Stockwerken erhielten, während Hotelgäste auf die Zimmerkarte angewiesen waren, um überhaupt weiterzukommen. Das wirkt in der Umsetzung nicht ganz durchdacht (evtl. bin ich auch zu streng?). Zudem erhielten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das praktisch kein Tageslicht hatte. Es befand sich im hinteren Teil des Hotels, zwar mit Terrasse, jedoch mit einer hohen Mauer davor, die das Licht vollständig blockierte. Daher wenns geht: Zimmer ab dem zweiten Stock nehmen. Das Bett war auf einem mit Teppich überzogenen Holzpodest platziert, welches bereits deutliche Dellen aufwies und insgesamt nicht besonders stabil wirkte.

• Gibo (9/5): Ottimo - Location perfetta. A un passo dallo strip nel cuore di west Hollywood ma in N una zona verde e silenziosa. Camera ampia (avevamo scelto una suite) e curata. Gli asciugamani erano tutti piccoli. Il servizio di pulizia e di parcheggio sono a parte. Se comprendo il discorso del parcheggio non comprendo quello della pulizia. Tuttavia ottimo.

• Alexander (1/5): Bad experience - I checked into the hotel at approximately 11:50 PM. Within about 20 minutes, I discovered multiple issues: the USB charging ports in the room were not working, and there was visible sand on the carpet, indicating the room was not properly cleaned. At around 12:15 AM, I went to the front desk and informed them that I was not satisfied with the room and would not be staying. The staff verbally assured me that a refund would be processed. However, the hotel later declined the refund, and I was charged $500 for a stay that lasted no more than 20 minutes. I did not use the room beyond briefly inspecting it, and I relied on the hotel’s assurance that I would be refunded. Charging the full amount under these circumstances is unreasonable and unfair.
• Renee (7/5): Nice hotel, great location, but expensive for what it is - Great location, quiet street right off main road with grocery stores close by. Room was decent size, bed was comfy, the gym was decent and the rooftop pool was nice. My partner & I were ending our honeymoon here and had reached out to the property and mentioned this and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay feel special we would be super appreciative (they replied and essentially said of course we will)…. they gave us one of the worst rooms (I can tell from the room plan, we were at the back with no view or balcony), no warm note or flowers, chocolate, champagne in our room, a drink voucher for the bar, or even acknowledgement when we checked in. The staff didn’t really acknowledge us at all during our week stay and it didn’t feel at all special and honestly probably wasn’t worth the price.

The beds were comfy. We forgot our documents in the safe, and the staff called us to return them, thank you so much, guys!!! The bathroom was sooooo small. Almost no space to place the toiletries.

Deveriam fechar as portas - Nada Taxas abusivas de limpeza que por sinal meu quarto ficou sujo sem troca de toalhas mesmo sendo solicitado a limpeza no check in. Funcionários debochados . Café da manhã a la cart caríssimo . Estacionamento obrigatório por um valor abusivo de 70 dólares noite . Ou seja paguei 140 dólares extra para estacionar um carro . Não recomendo esse hotel a ninguém

• Maria (5/5): Check your final bill carefully! - Tucked away and relatively quiet There were school parties there which meant kids running around very loudly in reception. One of the lifts was out of order, which wasn't great, it meant waiting a long time to get on the one remaining lift as people with cases were coming up from the car park. The floors have stepped areas which meant lugging suitcases up and down steps to get to your room. (Not all the rooms are on a single level) never seen this before in a hotel. Be careful and review your bill carefully. I was charged for overnight parking. I had no car and had not used the car park. I am still trying to get room service charges removed from my bill as I ate meals in the restaurant. Can't seem to get the hotel to adjust the final bill. It's not a lot of money but it's the principle of being charged incorrectly for something I did not use. I wouldn't stay here again because of the Incorrect charges. Not good.

• Hege (5/5): Ingen balkongmøbler - Manglet korkåpner til minibaren, men dette medbragte de umiddelbart på forespørsel. Manglet utemøbler på balkongen. Ellers ikke spesielt imøtekommende personale i resepsjonen. Svømmebasseng og roof top området var stengt under hele vårt opphold, uten at vi ble gitt forhåndsbeskjed om dette - men på forespørsel refunderte hotellet avgiften "hotel fee" på omtrent 45 dollar dagen, som er tilknyttet denne fasiliteten.
• N728ZAdanielk (10/5): Absolutely amazing!! - Beautiful hotel set in a fabulous location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Easy to get transport. Beautiful staff and always friendly.
• johnpJ4392PF (10/5): Consistently great! - This is probably my tenth stay at Chamberlain. It's become my go-to hotel whenever I need to stay in or near the west side of LA. It's perfectly located, tucked between the Santa Monica Blvd Rainbow District and Sunset. A very short walk in either direction, and you're right in the heart of those neighborhoods. Yet for its proximity to the West Hollywood hustle and bustle, it's a quiet and peaceful place to stay! The hotel is nicely appointed with great amenities for its price, and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Rooms are nicely furnished/decorated, generously sized, and always top notch in cleanliness. Overall, very deserving of its Michelin recognition.

• Cady (7/5): Nothing exceptional here. - Location, room size, and amenities. Room not cleaned, towels not replaced, debris on floor for multiple days. Cleaning fee is imposed without services.
• Shpaki (10/5): Worth it! - Beautiful hotel with beautiful people in a beautiful neighborhood! Front desk was friendly from the moment i arrived, they upgraded me, although it was my first stay! The room was beautiful! Wifi works well! Restaurant has friendly service too! And rooftop was beautiful with a lovely view! Valet friendly as well, just overall a great experience, although a little expensive.
• 737maxwellm (10/5): Big rooms and comfortable bed - Nice hotel in West Hollywood - walkable to the Sunset strip and Santa Monica blvd. Tons of restaurants, coffee houses and clubs. Hotel is quiet and the beds really comfortable.

• victoriarosei (10/5): Wonderful Hotel - can't wait to return! - The Chamberlain is a beautiful quaint hotel set in the beautiful WeHo. From check in to check out, service was on point. The staff are friendly and helpful and will bend backwards for you. My room was a one-bedroom spacious suite with a balcony overlooking the trees and was very peaceful. The room was very clean, and the bed was the comfiest I've slept in. The avocado toast was tasty; it had onions and a balsamic glaze which tasted delicious! Wonderful hotel and can't wait to visit again!
• mattsX7788UV (10/5): Love the Chamberlain- LOVE!! - I love the Chamberlain more than any hotel in LA. I've stayed there multiple times and each time trumps the prior. I had a gorgeous room, staff from desk to restaurant and beyond are more than lovely. I'll never stay anywhere else!

• Dorentina (8/5): Super Hotel mit super Lage - Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Die Parkgebühren sind etwas teuer, allerdings gibt es in der Umgebung gute Alternativen. Der Zimmerservice erfolgt leider nur auf Anfrage. Insgesamt ein super Hotel, in das ich auf jeden Fall wieder gehen würde.
