- Vitaliy (10/5): Все прошло хорошо, без каких-либо проблем. Встретили при раннем заселении утром и сразу впустили в номер. Это очень хоро - В квартире было тепло потому что есть отопление. Это очень порадовало, особенно когда за окном холодно. Рядом много кафешек и в пешей доступности станция метро.

- manalilimd (10/5): Very good place to stay with family - It was a wonderful stay for me and my family. The staff were very attentive and quick to respond if we had concerns. The location itself is also very accessible to the metro. We also made use of the kitchenette amenities which saved us a lot during our stay since there were a lot of grocery stores and stalls nearby. Would definitely consider staying here again. It was a bit noisy on weekend nights since there was a restaurant nearby but that was fine, it couldn't be helped. Aside from that (which wasn't the fault of the property), everything was fine.

The beds & pillows were not very comfortable; however the overall stay made up for it. There were 2 bedrooms with the 2nd much smaller; important to know if you are traveling as friends & not a couple with a child.

Everyone was fantastic except for the shift worker who refused to let me use the downstairs toilet. It was incredibly urgent but he insisted, “We can’t let you use this one because it’s not permitted.” This was despite the previous worker having allowed me to use it just a day earlier.

Would be lovely if they can mention stairs point before booking - Location is brilliant Staff are exceptional Clean Kitchen equipment available ( Suitable for families with kids ) Studios only available on the fifth floor which would lead you to use stairs from the fourth floor as the elevator only reaches fourth floor .Not really handy when you have a kid Entrance only with stairs this would lead you to carry push chair to reach the elevator

- luc (6/5): bonne situation pour un appartement correct - appart hotel très bien placé à proximité des transports en commun (bus et métro) qui permettent de rejoindre facilement et assez rapidement les quartiers principaux. permet d'accueillir une famille de 5 quartier vivant et commerçant (mais pas touristique donc bon plan pour diner, achats frais) accueil et présence 24h/24 plateau de bienvenue avec café, thé... très appréciable (sans réassort) appartement grand et propre rapport qualité prix pour 5 appartement nommé "deluxe" au 1er étage dont les 2 grandes fenêtres donnent sur un mur et la petite fenêtre de la cuisine sur...rien (noir et pas ouvrable) le 5ème couchage est vraiment un couchage d'appoint (canapé sans matelas) kitchenette avec une table et des chaises pour 4 (loué pour 5) et juste en accessoire (pas de torchon pour la vaisselle) température de l'eau très instable (moyen pour la douche) sur 4 nuits, le ménage ou réassort en gel douche, papier toilette... n'a pas été fait, il semblerait que ce soit fait à la demande, ce que nous n'avions pas compris à l'arrivée

Konaklama boyunca ciddiye alınacak bir sorunla da karşılaşmadık. 2+1 bir dairede kaldık 3 kişi için gayet yeterliydi. Dairede genel olarak temizdi. 2+1 dairelerde çamaşır makinasida var. Personel ile alakalı da bir sorunda yaşamadık. Lokasyon olarak fena sayılmaz. Taksime yürüyerek 20-25 dakika falan, ama Osman bey metro istasyonuna çok yakın. Benim genel degerlendirmem, 10 üzerinden 8,0 puan veriyorum.

- Salim (9/5): تجربة رائعة - الموقع وقريب من كل الخدمات، تعامل الموظفين الراقي مساحة الغرف ضيقة ودورات المياه بحاجة الى صيانة
- Bashayer (10/5): - الموقع قريب من كل شي اخذنا شقه مكونه من غرفتين وصاله وحمام حجم الغرفه الاولى حلو والصاله مره ممتاز حجمها بس غرفة النوم الثانيه صغيره مره لدرجة شنطة الملابس اللي حجمها وسط ماتقدري تفتحيها بس بالمجمل على سعرها كويسه مره والموظفين متجاوبين من ناحية الطلبات اشكرهم كلهم 🤍
- Gwenael Wenceslas (8/5): Bien - La localisation est très bien. Plusieurs magasins et shops aux alentours. Le style appartement meublé est plutot bien et interessant. Les appartements basiques n'ont pas les mêmes options que certains appartements. Aussi les appartements au rez de chaussée et au basement n'ont pas de lumière du jour.

- faris (9/5): اقامة رائعه 👍 - المكان ممتاز في وسط منطقة شيشلي الشارع اللي فيه هدوء الموظفون كلهم ممتازون ولبقون السويتات نظيفه واثاث جديد المترو والباصات قريبه تسوق ومطاعم كلهم حواليك تقسيم يبعد 15 دقيقه وجواهر يبعد 20 دقيقه تفييمي اقامه وائعه وراح اكررها
- صدقه (9/5): - الفندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع نضيييف الموضفين جدا محترمين وخدومين يوجد فيه جميع مستلزمات المطبخ إني سكنت في البدروم بس فيه تهويه مو مكتوم لكن أنا ما احب البدروم

- Svitlana (7/5): Вернулась бы ещё раз но в другой номер. - Хороший персонал, расположение отеля. Не понравилось то, что в номере не было стиральной машины, посудомойной машины и духовки. Стирка дорогая и у моей большой семьи ( 5 человек из них 3 детей )была проблема с чистыми вещами. Посудомойка тоже необходима, так как много времени тратится на мытье. По поводу духовки отдельно скажу, у нас была сковорода с повреждённым антипригарным покрытием, её использовать уже нельзя но выбора не было так как духовки не было. Если людей устраивает отсутствие бытовой техники тогда все норм, меня нет по этой причине ставлю отелю 3 из 5 но вообщем впечатления остались хорошие благодаря персоналу.

- Samet (10/5): Mükemmel - Her şey çok güzeldi, resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Konakladığımız daireyi de çok beğendik, her şey için çok teşekkürler.

- Tiago (8/5): Boa relação qualidade de preço no centro da cidade - O hotel localiza-se próximo do centro da cidade, com vários serviços e transportes nas imediações, nomeadamente paragens de autocarro. Ficámos num T2 com cozinha equipada e uma casa de banho confortável. Boa relação qualidade-preço. Nada a apontar.
- Hamad (10/5): شكرًا لكل العاملين والعاملات - النظافة ووسع الغرفة وبشاشة الموظفين وخدمتهم وحسن استقبالهم , الفندق قريب من كل شي مطاعم وبقالات وحتى محطة المترو (عثمان بيه) وقريب منه مول وكافيهات ما احتجت سيارة ابدًا بسبب قرب المترو لا شيء

- Лепешко (7/5): - El personal era muy amable. Y te ayudaban a conseguir cualquier cosa. Pocos utensilios de cocina. Reservé para 5 ,pero teníamos juego para 4. La ducha del baño tenía algo de moho.
