- Gábor (6/5): - The location is convenient due to its proximity to Garibaldi Station. The main issue with the accommodation was the windows. Unfortunately, they did not provide proper sound insulation — the street noise was just as loud whether the windows were open or closed. The apartment is located on a very busy street, where traffic and constant honking continued until around 1 a.m. every night. As a result, it was extremely difficult to sleep.

- Anna (4/5): Per me è no - Hanno cambiato gli asciugamani nonostante il nostro breve soggiorno e ci hanno dato mini size di shampoo e crema corpo. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura senza portarli in un deposito Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo suonato varie volte e nessuno ci ha risposto (siamo arrivati mezz’ora prima dell’orario del check in, ma avevo mandato un messaggio alla struttura per avvisare). Affianco alla porta erano segnati 3 numeri: chiamati tutti e tre ma nemmeno uno ha risposto. Siamo stati fuori dalla porta 10 minuti con tutti i bagagli in mano. Dopo 10 minuti uno di questi numeri ci ha richiamati fornendoci i codici di entrata (devo scriverti io per farmi dare i codici della tua struttura quando sai già che all’ora del check in non sarai presente in struttura?) La posizione è sicuramente comoda, si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale. Non mi aspettavo, però, una zona così pericolosa. Per due sere di fila ho faticato a dormire causa rumori: clacson, autobus, gente che urla in strada in piena notte. Sinceramente un posto con una posizione di questo tipo, a mio avviso, dovrebbe offrire prezzi nettamente inferiori. Inoltre, nel letto appena fatto ho trovato due capelli. In bagno si sente un forte odore di fogna in alcuni momenti.

- Vanessa (6/5): Nicht nochmal - Das Zimmer war sauber und nah am Bahnhof. Die Gegend war echt nicht schön. Konnten die Rolladen nicht wirklich hochfahren, ohne das jeder reinschauen konnte. Nachts vor allem als Frau etwas riskant rauszugehen. Die Klospühlung hat jedes mal für etwa 30Sekunden Geräusche wie eine Säge gemacht. In der Dusche hat der Abfluss nicht wirklich funktioniert, da trotz Glastür der ganze Boden im Bad in einer Pfütze stand. Einen Schrank hatte das Zimmer auch nicht. Haben nur das Putzpersonal einmal gesehn. Die Rezeption war nie wirklich besetzt, weswegen wir die Übernachtungssteuer am Ende an ein litauisches Konto überweisen mussten. Hat alles geklappt aber dennoch nicht der angenehmste Aufenthalt.

- Di Monte (8/5): Viaggetto a Napoli - La posizione è ottima: vicina a Spaccanapoli, alla stazione dei treni, della metro, degli autobus e alla Circumvesuviana. La prima sera non funzionava il condizionatore (batterie scariche del telecomando) e dunque faceva freddo, poi il problema è stato risolto.

- Lotte (10/5): Wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen und Auftanken. - Die Anlage ist einfach wunderschön! Super sauber, gepflegt, großzügig. Der Pool ist so fein, und die Palmen und Pflanzen rundherum machen das Ganze sehr idyllisch. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es gibt Waschmöglichkeiten, viele wunderwunderschöne Strände und Buchten rundherum, die auch zum Schnorcheln einladen uvm. Sehr fein war u.a. der gratis Shuttle-Service zu einem Strand. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang haben das Ganze noch perfekt gemacht. Nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt ist auch eine Aussichtsplattform wo man zum Stromboli und zu wunderschönen Buchten sehen kann - super zum Joggen und auch Abends zum Sonnenuntergang. Was für die Gegend zu beachten ist: Ein Auto empfiehlt sich hier sehr für Einkäufe oder wenn man mal Essen gehen will. Wir haben immer selbst gekocht. Das Einzige, was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, wäre eine besser ausgestattete Küche: mit Geschirrspülmittel und einem Schwamm und evtl. Salz. So mussten wir diese Dinge für 3 Nächte selbst besorgen - war aber auch keine Tragik.

- Anna (2/5): Bad experience like on the first travel to Naples. - Close to the train station. The room was musty, the bathroom reeked of sewage, old, tears comforter on the bed, leaking shower, and the area was extremely noisy, busy, and dirty.

- bjørnerem (7/5): Big room, close to the central station - We had room 201, which was really big. Fridge and a coffee machine in the room and aircon. The shutters on one of the two windows did not open, and the toilet lid had come off and was just lying on the toilet. A lot of traffic noice from the street, but we had brought ear plugs. We walked back from the historic centre one night, and that stretch did not feel super safe. Uber/taxi is not too expensive though. Several pictures on booking.com show a water boiler, but there was only a coffee pod machine w two capsules.

Minden információval ellátott minket, ha bármi kérdésünk, kérésünk volt, azonnal reagált. Hamarabb érkeztünk és később is távoztunk, a csomagunkat ott hagyhattuk a szálláson, ezzel nagyon megkönnyítette mind az első mind az utolsó napon a városi programszevezésünket. Makulátlan tisztasag: minden nap tiszta szoba és fürdőszoba várt a nap végén haza minket. Elhelyezkedés: Közel van kb 5-7 perc gyalog a Garibaldi metróállomás, a reptéri transzfer busz, a központi vasútállomás, a városnéző busz megállója, továbbá megannyi busz és villamos járat, bár mi ez utobbiakat nem vettük igénybe. Városközpontot helyzetéből adódóan sok étterem, patika, üzlet, kisbolt, kávézó van néhány percen belül. Ha Napolyban járunk, feltétlen visszatérünk! Tipp a szállásnak: esetleg plusz egy törölköző fogast javaslok a fürdőszobában elhelyezésre.

Traffic noise was quite loud until around midnight. No breakfast available despite online description saying it was - but the cafe on Piazza Umberto (1 min walk) was great.

The accommodation was very clean and tidy, which is very important to us. The host was extremely helpful and pleasant to communicate with, always available for any questions or assistance. - Nnmv (9/5): Absolutely recommended - The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and perfectly soundproofed. The location, close to the station, was very convenient both for reaching points of interest on foot and for taking the metro, trains, buses, or a taxi to the airport. We were really pleased with our stay and I’d happily choose this B&B again both for the property itself and its excellent location, as well as the lovely staff. A few small improvements could make it absolutely perfect: for instance, adding a few more hooks in the bathroom, properly removing the mould in the shower corners and the limescale from the taps, and replacing the loo seat lid in one of the bathrooms, which tended to come off. (We managed to put it back on ourselves, but it wasn’t ideal.)

- Helmut (10/5): It’s one of the best places we stayed in Naples and we wished we had stayed longer. It is close to dining, and shopping, - We had a wonderful time at this place. It was close to the train station (a short uphill walk). It’s just a few minutes walk to Umberto where there are lots of bakeries and pizzerias and shops. The apartment is nicely furnished, very clean and beds are comfortable and well supplied with everything you need for a night stay. There’s a balcony that overlooks a busy street below but it was quiet after 1000 pm and we slept well. The folks here are very nice and polite and gate wonderful instructions. We wished to stay longer next time.

- Geezeroonie (9/5): Easy walk from the train station and local sfogliatella riccia at Sorella was fabiloso! - Alexandro was very attentive and available. The cleaning staff were delightful. The rooms were quiet given that it was on a very active Neapolitan street. It was very close to a variety of main attractions. I loved the wallpaper and in general the accommodation was very tastefully done. We were right around the corner from Piazza Capuano and a snowball's throw from Spaccanapoli! And that street is a trip! When the description indicated that it had a view, I hadn't expected a street view. However, once I got comfortable with the stimulating atmosphere of Naples, I was fine. I also thought as funny as it might seem the room could have used a few more hooks for hanging towels, and jackets and the like.

- Riccardo (10/5): Exceptional - The host was so nice and gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The host even left us a sweet treat with an air baloon for Valentine's day. Additionally, after checking-out we had the opportunity to safely store our luggages in the reception for some hours.

- Laurent (9/5): Amazing B&B near Garibaldi - Great B&B close to the main train station. Very comfy and clean room. Friendly and efficient service. Breakfast was really good. Located on Via Garibaldi so a bit noisy because of traffic but was fine. Wifi signal in the room as a bit weak.

Bed was comfortable. Only quibble is the toilet is extremely close to the shower wall, which made it “interesting” performing one’s duties.

We even got sent a map with the recommendations along with a map of the metro which made our time so easy. Lovely modern reception area and our room appeared new and modern. The room was so nicely decorated and felt like we were staying in a hotel with the attention to detail. Susanna also organised a taxi for us as we had an early flight, which was greatly appreciated. Good location to the metro only a short walk away meaning very easy to reach wherever you want in Napels.

Beds very comfortable and Air conditioning worked well as very very hot whilst we were there . It felt like we had our own apartment as we had 4 rooms . Shower was powerful . Cleaned and towels changed daily . A bit noisy outside due to being on a main road but it didn’t stop us from sleeping well at night

- Samuel (8/5): This place was clean, safe, and hospitable. - The owners were wonderful and you could tell they put a lot of thought and effort into creating a clean and comfortable experience. There was a little elevator, should you need one. Once in the room, you were provided with new, disposable slippers that I actually used the remainder of our trip because they were flat, weighed nothing, and kept my feet clean. Location was walking distance from the train. In the morning, the owners helped us secure a cab for our ride to the ferry. A lot of noise from ambulance sirens but not something that could exactly be controlled by the owners.

- Meg (9/5): Great stay, clean and central location to all the famous sights such as Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius - Lovely clean hotel very close to the main station (Garibaldi). Very attentive staff who go over and beyond to accommodate and help both at the reception and over whatsapp. Our junior suite was spacious although slightly low water pressure in the shower. Air conditioning was good. This accommodation is on a main road (good as it is safe) however it is a bit loud. The location is perfect if you are using Napoli as a base to visit Pompeii, Vesuvius and Sorrento. Slighly loud due to the accommodation being on a main road however it feels a little safer to walk from the station. If you are travelling from Naples Airport - google may tell you to take the AliBus and then a second bus to the accommodation - there is no need to take the second bus if you have light luggage as the hotel is around a 5 minute walk away.

- Vladislav (7/5): Nice room with very small comments. Area is questionable but manageable. - I really liked the apartment in general. The room was big and well organizer. We had a safe and very comfortable bed. We had small problem with the bathroom. The shower cabin was clogged and flood the bathroom. There was no bin close to the toilet and there was no bin in the main room.

Also, the b&b is close to the central station Everything was ok. Even though the b&b is close to the central station, it is far away from Naples downtown, it takes you a 30-minute walk to arrive.

- Cheryl (8/5): Lovely little rooom. - The room was very spacious and clean. Suzanne at reception was very helpful with directions to markets and recommendations for restaurants. This has nothng to do with the hotel, but our GPS did not work at all. We walked 3 km to get to a restaurant that was 130m away from the hotel. We ditched it and just asked people where to go.
