Дуже вузькі сходи до апартаментів. Важко було заносити візочок у помешкання. Ліфт також маленький і розташування дуже дивне. Погана шумоізоляція.

Felt good to be so close to the city center but being able to retire to a quiet part of the town. The restaurants, coffee shops, and stores were so fun and good in Gracia, would recommend spending time wandering !!

• Лариса (7/5): - Месторасположение. Мы много путешествуем, и неоднократно пользовались апартаментами, но впервые столкнулись с тем, что нам не предоставили даже минимум хотя бы чая, кофе,воды на первое время. Только соли было много. Посуда, приборы, кастрюли в прекрасном состоянии.
• trustnooneful (8/5): Barcelonatrip mitten im Geschehen - Die Lage in Gracia ist super. Die Gegend ist schön zu erlaufen und Nahverkehr gut zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants, Bäcker und Shoppingmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck. Man hat das Gefühl, mitten im Leben der Stadt und Bewohner zu sein zu sein. Das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung in der 4 Etage war sehr eng mit dem Gepäck. Es gibt einen kleinen Fahrstuhl, den man ggf. mehrmals benutzen kann. Weiterhin ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und man bekommt nächtliche Vorlieben der Nachbarn oder Partyrückkehrer in Lautstärke und Geruch mit, als ob es in der eigenen Wohnung ist. Aber es ist eben Großstadturlaub und nicht auf dem Land und für einen Städtetrip akzeptabel.

• Andrea (10/5): - Wir waren 2,5 Wochen in. Barcelona und haben uns im Stream Gracia Apartment wie Zuhause gefühlt. Modern ausgestattet, 1 kleine Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, traumhafte Betten, 1 TV mit Sofa, 2 Balkone und ein guter und wöchentlicher Reinigungsdienst. Auch hatten wir die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen. Mit der außen angebrachten Wäscheleine, ist die Wäsche schnell getrocknet und musste nicht drinnen aufgehangen werden. Die Wohnung war etwas hellhörig, was aber nur meinen Mann mit seinem nicht so tiefem Schlaf gestört hat.

• Caroline (10/5): L'appartement idéal pour une semaine à Barcelone et pour découvrir Gràcia ! - L'appartement a vraiment répondu à nos attentes. L'air climatisé et le wifi fonctionnaient très bien. Les lits, le divan, le serviettes de salle de bain, tout était confortable. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. La laveuse pour les vêtements sur le balcon arrière était simple à utiliser. L'édifice était calme. Nous avons adoré le quartier, très vivant et tranquille à la fois. Tous les services sont à proximité: épiceries, boutiques, bus, métros... Propriétaire disponible et facile à contacter. Rien du tout, sinon peut-être nous aviser lors de notre arrivée du jour et de l'heure où quelqu'un va venir faire le ménage.

• Zakhar (9/5): Nice place to stay for a long time with famaly! - Everything was perfect ! ( There is no good noise isolation , but as I know, it is in every old building.) They have housekeeper - and it was a very nice surprise!
• Gidian (8/5): Overall we were very happy with our stay. - The location was fantastic; we loved the Gràcia neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the towels were very nice. The apartment is fairly low-light. The bathroom is very dated, with a terrible fluorescent light above the sink and very thin doors, which means not much privacy.
• Ori (10/5): Perfect! - Great location. The host was waiting for us on arrival and very friendly. We were 4 and had enough space (can easily have 5 as well). Was clean. For us, it was almost a perfect 10! The only thing making it a 9.99 is that there is no coffee machine, but we assume it is a culture difference (there is a bialetti, but we have no idea how to use it :) ). We went down to grab a coffee, and it was awesome with the fresh bakery! (And cheap)

• Jelena (10/5): It was perfect - Location: tourist friendly, close to the metro and central streets, quiet street at night, lots of shops, bars, cafes nearby. Host: friendly, helpful. It was said we could contact any time for 24 hours a day. We did not do it at night but when we contacted, the response was immediate. Apartment: warm, clean, comfortable, with all the amenities we needed during our 12-day stay. Very comfortable sleeping places, not only beds but sofa as well. The hood above the stove does not work. (It does not affect the overall score at all)

Shower was small but water pressure was great. The apt door needs a handle on the inside since it is hard to get it open and could be a problem in a fire.

She was a very welcoming lady who greeted us, showed us around, and handed us the key. The location was great, and the house was very clean. The only concern was that the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and made a lot of noise whenever we moved on it
• Pam (9/5): Great apartment in Garcia - A great apartment in a great position. We enjoyed our few days and loved that it was so close to restaurants etc. Garcia is a great area to stay. Our host was there to meet us and give us advice about the area. We would have liked wine glasses as opposed to tumblers but this was a minor concern.

Can easily hear people on one floor up walking as if they were walking in the same apartment. If you are a light sleeper, this does not help.

• Troy (9/5): Superb - Nice little apartment for a family of 5. Neighbourhood was tremendous for being walkable and close to main attractions. Pull out sofa not the most comfortable. Tiny lift for only one person and it’s 5 flights up but nothing can be done about that.

Loved that markets, restaurants, and coffee shops were so close by, along with amazing gelato. Fairly easy walk from various metro stops as well to get around the city. It’s pretty tight for 5 people (2 on a pullout sofa) but we weren’t there very often, so that didn’t impact us too much. Some chairs for the balcony would be nice.

• Calum (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great area - Everything! We stayed here with our 18-month-old and it was perfect. He loved the little balcony, and the cot provided was great. The location is ideal (except for taxi-ing to the airport on the weekend if they start closing the roads!). Gracia is a really nice, family-friendly neighbourhood that's easy to walk around in and explore. Apartment is up several flights of a narrow staricase. There is a lift but it's tiny (basically for one person and one bag) and it starts from the 1st floor. So it can be a little challenging if you have multiple bags, a stroller, etc. but better than nothing!

• Arpita (9/5): Absolutely worthwhile stay in Barcelona - Keys were handed over in person, extremely warm & punctual. She was available on whatsapp for any queries, the house is very well located in Gracia, very close to restaurants, shopping & metro. The lift is small can fit it just 1 suitcase & 1 person, which is accessible after climbing 8-10steps.
• Nicholas (9/5): Spacious and clean apartment located in the heart of the beautiful neighborhood of Gracia - The host was very welcoming and provided thorough instructions on how to get into the apartment, as well as provided recommendations of the area. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. The location is great if you are interested in staying in the beautiful Gracia neighborhood, and was roughly a 10-minute walk from the metro station. Not a negative, just a call out - the elevator is very small, so you may need to take multiple trips for baggage/immobile persons if you are unable to take the stairs.

• Sophie (8/5): Perfect location and comfortable apartment - The location in Gracia is excellent, on a quiet street but only a couple of minutes' walk away from plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy access to 3 metro stations and a bus to Park Guell. The apartment is well furnished with a comfortable bed, a great shower and good kitchen facilities. The were a couple of small things that needed fixing when we arrived but once I told the property manager about them they were fixed the same day - brilliant service. I really loved sitting with the balcony doors open in the morning with a delicious pastry from the bakery at the end of the block 🙂. I would be delighted to return in future - fingers crossed! Only minor things, but could be useful to others to be aware of these... For our apartment on 3rd floor, all noises can be heard around the apartment and from other apartments too - particularly from bathrooms and the stairwell. The bathroom has 2 doors, and the sliding door from the bedroom is very very thin - I would only want to stay here with my close family for this reason. Access to the lift is up a flight of stairs and the lift is tiny - max 2 people or 1 person and suitcase (we are big but not huge people, and could not go together due to the weight limit).

• Dolan (9/5): We really enjoyed staying in this site! - This little apartment was clean and convenient to shopping, sites of interest, and metro. The rep was responsive to our call about the shower. Stairs were a bit narrow, but that’s typical. The shower leaked and the drain was clogged, but they came to unclog the drain immediately. It still leaked, but it was hard to fix it while we still needed to use it.

The location is great with lots of shopping near by. The apartment is very close to all bus and train stations and so very easy to commute wherever we wanted to go. Great place to stay and strongly recommend for holiday stay. There is nothing we can say except for a minor inconvenience with no lift facility for carrying the luggage upstairs to second floor.

• Evelyn (10/5): Exceptional - Mirium very welcoming and helpful. Apartment spacious, very clean and very comfortable beds.very well equipped. Good free WiFi. Was a good location and although handy for a metro we walked half hour to plaza catalunya and start of la ramblas. Then strolled down Las ramblas to beach. Did feel further coming back. Lol. There was a little balcony and no noise from other apartments. The apartment was second floor up quite narrow stairs which might be awkward with huge case but fine with our rucksacks. The shower was great till went cold but wait 30 seconds and hot again. Think there's a nack to it but it was fine and was clean.

We even got a crib and a baby high chair so it was also a very comfortable stay for the youngest one in our family. No negative comments - the apartment was great!
