• Trevor (10/5): Central, comfortable and spacious home from home - Location very central with good transport links, in easy walking distance of main sites. Staff exceedingly attentive, obliging and friendly, especially Amani and Maria. Receptionists very helpful in printing tickets and securing a taxi. Flat spacious with very large comfortable bed, sofa and desk. Efficient and easy to use washing machine with drying rack. Small but adequate balcony useful for drying. Plenty of eating places, bakery and grocery stores nearby. Included breakfast comprehensive and good quality. My dietary needs catered for. Street narrow and noisy but double-glazed windows very effective in excluding it.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional place once we arrived (see review) - Warmly greeted by Zoe who not only showed us the apartment but brought up our luggage as well. This place was amazing because from the street, you could easily miss it. It is basically a door between other buildings. Our handicapped daughter had her own room and having a bathroom and a half was very nice. The breakfast was not exceptional but was convenient and definitely above average. When we were preparing to leave , Zoe and the breakfast lady (don’t know her name) were very kind to our handicapped daughter. Zoe even helped us get a cab. The view from our 5th floor apartment was just the walls of more apartments. We arrived on May 1. We didn’t realize that there was a country (Greece) that put it into law that certain businesses not only couldn’t work but HAD to be on strike. Consequently, we had difficulty getting to Athens. When we arrived, we were stranded in a bad part of town with all our luggage and our handicapped daughter. We eventually found a taxi driver willing to defy the trend and take us to our place. In light of this being an annual event, it would have been nice for V1935 to warn us and make a special effort to get us to their place. Our trip there was miserable and they really failed us in that aspect.

Zoe at the front desk and Amany in the restaurant were very helpful, we overslept and missed breakfast our first night so Amany made a plate of eggs and pastries and brought it to our room. • Kirsten (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, nur leider fehlte etwas die frische Luft, die Fenster waren zu einem Schacht bzw. nicht so schönem Innenbereich aber ansonsten war die Lage des Hauses perfekt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Obstschale und einer Falsche Wasser, Kaffee war auch auf dem Zimmer, ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut in einem wunderschönen Frühstücksraum mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war leider nicht so schön.

It had soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a toilet paper with a rose aroma! Photos qui font rêver avec son rooftop et ses chambres. On croit arriver dans un lieu moderne dépouillé, et on se retrouve dans un lieu n’ayant rien à voir avec les photos et le nom. Un poil sur la cuvette des wc et un cheveu sur le sol de la salle de bains achèvent le tableau. Très déçues avec mes amis pour notre dernière nuit à Athènes…

• Coral (9/5): Right where you need to be in Athens!! - The location was exceptional and the facilities were brilliant. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. A particularly shout out to Zenia who looked after us when we arrived and as we left. She is a an absolute credit to the business and was so warm and helpful to us during our stay. The room wasn’t massive (but it was ok for us - 2 friends sharing a twin room). Not a major issue but there wasn’t much room for (or to unpack) our cases (we were doing a couple of locations so didn’t just have a backpack/small case). Apart from that all was good.
• Ana Maria (10/5): Un sejur minunat, cu oameni deosebiți și servicii impecabile. - Ce v-a plăcut în legătură cu proprietatea? Ne-a plăcut absolut totul! Personalul a fost extraordinar – toate doamnele sunt foarte amabile, calde și atente la detalii. Ne-au făcut să ne simțim foarte bineveniți și ne-au făcut vacanța mai frumoasă prin felul lor de a fi. De asemenea, micul dejun a fost delicios în fiecare zi, iar locația și curățenia au fost excelente. Nu avem nimic de reproșat, totul a fost perfect.
• PoppyNotTheFlower (10/5): A perfectly located gem, very helpful staff. - Perfectly located in Metrooleos street, right next to ermou street and 2 minutes from Sintagma square. Ermou is the main shopping street, full of shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, atms etc anything you want. It is also in a walking distance from Benaki museum, Zapeio and many other sights and well conected with metro and a bunch of taxis. The elevators is rather small, 2 people at a time which might be a little inconvenient for big groups but nothing major really.
• catherine (8/5): - Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement, très proche de tous les sites touristiques. Le studio est confortable, bien agencé. Bon petit déjeuner, très complet et varié. Personnel très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme du logement. Le seul reproche que l'on peut faire c'est la cage d'escalier qui fait caisse de résonance, lorsque certains clients manquent un peu de discrétion tard le soir mais sur les trois nuits où nous sommes restés, c'est arrivé seulement une fois.

Parfaitement desservi pour se diriger vers l'aéroport (à environ 45 min de celui ci en bus). Climatisation. Petit déjeuner varié. Le Personnel de l'hôtel est à l'écoute des besoins. Nous avons donc bien apprécié.

Perfectly located centrally in Athens near the charming area, Plaka, restaurants and shopping, and close to Acropolis. The kitchen l is fully equipped and with a cozy atmosphere in the room. The rooms a definitely not soundproofed, which can be a bit disturbing sometime, but it’s an old building and just a part of the charm.

• Ines (10/5): Tolles sauberes Appartement im Herzen von Athen - Wir hatten ein Appartement mit offener Küche gebucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Der Balkon zur Straßenseite war zwar schmal, aber dafür ging er über beide Räume. Das Frühstück war gut, es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren super nett und erkundigten sich immer, ob alles ok ist. Das Hotel liegt direkt im touristischen Zentrum von Athen. Um die Ecke ist gleich der Syntagma Platz, wo alle Busse und U- Bahnen fahren. Die Umgebung ist sehr sauber mit zahlreichen Restaurants Geschäften und Bars jeglicher Art und Weise. Der Akropolis Felsen und Plaka sind nur ein paar Straßen weiter. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

Great breakfast each day. Even when we had to leave before official breakfast hours, they provided breakfast options to our room. Terrific value all around.
• ML AL (8/5): Super praktisch gelegen, prima für Städtetour - Zimmer war nach hinten gelegen, daher kein Straßenlärm, nur abends etwas Geräusche vom Treppenhaus. Zimmer top ausgestattet, Frühstück recihlich und lecker, Personal sehr freundlichund hilfreich. Im ersten Stock gelegen war das Zimmer nur mit kleinem Innenbalkon recht dunkel.

• Tsiripil (10/5): Absolutely outstanding – the best place I’ve ever stayed in Athens - This has genuinely been the best accommodation I have ever stayed at in Athens, and I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years. Everything—not just one or two things—exceeded my expectations. From the very first moment, what stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. Antiseptic was available everywhere: at the entrance, inside the room, and on the breakfast tables. The room itself was spotlessly and meticulously cleaned, down to the smallest detail, which immediately gave a sense of comfort and trust. The room was also exceptionally well equipped—everything you could possibly need was provided: towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, full cutlery, microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine, iron, fresh fruits, water, and coffee/tea facilities. It truly felt like a home rather than a hotel room. The friendliness and warmth of the staff deserve special mention. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt genuinely welcome—like being at home. The ladies at breakfast & reception were absolutely marvelous, and there are honestly not enough words to describe how much their kindness and smiles meant each morning. At one point my phone charger broke, and without hesitation they offered me multiple charger options, making sure I was fully covered, or even a scale to weight my luggage before departure —such small things, yet it says everything about their mindset and care. I was also impressed by the vintage décor, enriched with real artefacts that give the hotel soul and personality. The location is ideal: right next to the main shopping streets, yet situated on a quiet inner road. Syntagma Metro Station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Athens. I truly cannot recommend this place enough. Everything—from the cleanliness and facilities to the staff and location—was exceptional. I will definitely visit again, and it will be my first choice every time I come back to Athens.

• Mariela (10/5): שהייה מצוינת שעונה על כול הדרישות - המקום אירוח מצוין! כול אחד מאנשי צוות היה נחמד וענה על כול הבקשות המיוחדות. המלון נמצא במרכז העיר , ליד יש הרבה מסעדות . אם מעוניינים להכין אוכל לבד, המטבח בדירה מאובזר באופן מושלם. ליד המלון, במרחק של חמש דקות הליכה יש חנות מוצרי מזון גדולה עם מחירים טובים. ארוחת הבוקר במלון ענתה על כול הדרישות, ארוחת בוקר מאוד טעימה. אישית אנחנו היינו במצב שבו הטיסה נדחתה כמה פעמים ולמלון לא הייתה בעיה לספק לנו ארוחת בוקר לפני הפתיחה של חדר אוכל או לחלופין לשמור על המזוודות שלנו אחרי צק אאוט מהמלון. The place is excellent! Each of the staff members was nice and answered all the special requests. The hotel is located in the city center, there are many restaurants nearby. If you want to prepare your own food, the kitchen in the apartment is perfectly equipped. Next to the hotel, a five-minute walk away, there is a large grocery store with good prices. The breakfast at the hotel met all the requirements, a very tasty breakfast. Personally, we were in a situation where the flight was delayed several times and the hotel had no problem providing us with breakfast before the opening of the dining room or alternatively keeping our luggage after checking out of the hotel.

• Pauline (10/5): Lovely staff , great location meant a perfect stay . - Location was perfect and breakfast was splendid , staff very helpful and friendly There was only one thing missing in my opinion as someone of the older generation and that was a non slip mat for the shower , tiles very slippery when wet and no hand rail but apart from that everything you could possibly need is supplied.

• Martin (10/5): - Ubytování nám sloužilo jako základna na naší týdenní cestě za Athénskými památkami. Umístění je naprosto bezkonkurenční - na všechna zajímavá místa se dá zajít pěšky, přesto byl ale na ubytování klid. Pokud by bylo potřeba metro, tak je vzdáleno jen 300 m. Apartmán byl ideální pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, postele byly pohodlné, vše bylo čisté, personál byl příjemný a vyšel se vším vstříc. Snídaně byla výborná. Byli jsme skutečně velice spokojeni.

• MARIA (10/5): ΔΙΑΜΟΝΗ ΣΤΟ ΚΕΝΤΡΟ ΤΗΣ ΑΘΗΝΑΣ - Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Όπως και την πρώτη φορά μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Είναι ένα κατάλυμα το οποίο βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ βολικό σημείο πολύ κοντά σε ότι χρειάζεσαι. Πολύ καθαρό. Το προσωπικό είναι απίστευτα ευγενικό και στη διάθεση σου για ότι χρειαστείς. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ καλό. Σίγουρα θα έμενα ξανά σε επόμενη μου επίσκεψη.
