Das Einchecken am Automaten ist sehr unpersönlich und das Personal muss permanent unterstützen, bedeutet auch, es wäre genügend Personal vorhanden, um zwischenzeitig normale Check-In vorzunehmen.

As someone in a wheelchair, it was a bit hard to find after coming from the train station. We couldn’t just cross the street since there were barriers preventing the crossing.

Hotellet ligger oven på/i et shopping mall, så der er massere af butikker, restauranter, samt supermarked, og Familymart og 7-eleven i nærheden. Alt er pænt rent og pænt. Et standard dobbeltværelse er meget småt. Dog kunne vi godt være der 2 voksne og 1 barn på 8 år. Kufferterne skal man dog stille til siden.

- Melissa (9/5): Great location! - Close to the train station. Very quiet. Staff was fine- didn’t speak to them much since check in is done on a kiosk. They have coffee in the lobby and on the 8th floor are restaurants if you’re too tired to go out. Had very little amenities offered. In the past- the hotels always had the make up pads. Because of this i didn’t bring any. It’s ok - I just went out to buy some.

- Simon (7/5): - Each day the room was serviced very well, so much so that we put the do not disturb sign up to save the staff from servicing the room, we didn't need and didn't want to waist their time. Check in is all do it yourself, no need to interact with the abundance of staff unless you can't read basic instructions. The staff came over to the waiting guests and advised "Check in now" in a polite and welcoming manner at 3pm. The check in was a bit regimental which I understand why its required as the lobby was full of guests who had arrived early and were waiting for check in. The disparity of guests waiting patiently to standing with arms crossed shooting daggers at anyone willing to recieve them was entertaining. But check in is based around efficiency with staff ready to help guests who stugglle with basic instructions, which is great but impersonal. If you have an IQ above 50 you won't require assistance from staff. So we lined up, were shown our Check in tablet, pressed what ever language we required on the screen and we were on our way, on our own, no need to interact with staff, no welcome to our hotel, no recommendations of where to eat or where to visit (I can assume most most guests would research where to go), Very convenient but not welcoming. Check out is even faster and your gone, return you room card to a machine and leave, no thankyou for staying at our hotel, pretty much a 'no thanks for staying with us' get out so we can get the room ready for the next guest. See yourself out thanks. Not one thankyou from staff, not one 'goodbye enjoy the rest of your holiday in Japan' Staff probably didnt even know we had just checked out due to the convenient process they have set up other than walking out with our luggage, you leave just as unwelcomed as arrival, so you walk out thinking "why would i stay here again?, I wouldnt'. Laundry room, about 8 washer/dryer machines for guess how many people.......many. The room itself was fine, plenty of room to sleep, we used the room only to sleep at the end of a day of exploring, could you enjoy a couple of hours in the arvo to relax?

Breakfast is good with lot of western options. Room is quite big for Japanese standards, we had very nice view from the window. The room is clean and you can get free amenities from the lobby. - Renata (10/5): Great stay at Osaka - It’s in the middle of a station that is gigantic and shopping center area. Great location. Rooms are clean and with good maintenance. Staff is extremely nice. You have food options on the floor bellow. Best option in Osaka It takes a minute to understand how everything is connected, it’s a little chaotic but once you are oriented, everything makes sense
