Aircondition luftede meget surt / skimmelagtig. Trænger til en oprensning. Heldigvis kunne man slukke for den. Prisen er ikke i forhold til faciliteterne. Max 3 stjerner i forhold til pris og kvalitet.

Giorgia (10/5): In the heart of Barcelona - This hotel was a pleasant discovery in the heart of Barcelona, just minutes from La Rambla and the metro. The welcome was worthy of the name, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They even gave us a room upgrade from the one we booked at no extra charge. We were able to store our bags all day and use the common areas even though we had already checked out, as our flight was in the evening. The room on the top floor was spacious, beautifully finished, and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower and a separate toilet and bidet. The large terrace was a real treat! The large rooftop terrace with its pool was lovely. It's a shame it wasn't warm enough to use it, but I hope to return in the future!

Une première chambre nous a été attribuée (121) et pour la première fois de ma vie j’ai demandé à changer de chambre tellement qu’elle sentait mauvais la moisissure. De plus, c’était sombre, la fenêtre donnant sur une sorte de saut de loup. On nous a proposé une seconde chambre qui était mieux mais l’odeur d’humidité y persistait. La poussière sous les lits et l’insonorisation font défaut à cet hôtel censé être un 4*. On entends tout! Les ébats des voisins à 17h00 malgré la tv à fond, les gens dans les couloirs et les canalisations environnantes.

Some staff said it was broken, some staff said it wasn’t allowed until later in the year (which is not specified on website if this is indeed the case) For someone with health conditions that requires air conditioning (and paying for a 4 star hotel to get this) these website lies should be stopped. We would never had booked. Staff not happy with our complaint, very unhelpful and defensive.. we were not impressed at all.

Simona (7/5): - Lage ist super zentral! Perfekt für Sightseeing, essen gehen & shopping zu Fuss. Direkt bei la Rambla. Sehr viel Ablagefläche im Badezimmer gehabt was super ist für alle Sachen. Momentan leider alles Baustelle bei la Rambla, deshalb waren die Strassen nicht schön. Vom Strand das Hotel leider etwas zu weit entfernt, aber super zu Fuss unterwegs für Shopping & Essen. Im Zimmer hat man leider viel von draussen, vom Gang & den Zimmern nebenan gehört.
