- grainne (5/5): Very noisy - The room had a great view, spacious and very tastefully decorated, staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good choice There was terribly loud construction noise that went on all day , there was literally workmen in the rooms adjacent drilling and hammering very loudly on the afternoon we checked in and from 8am the next day too, we booked the room for relaxation as we were going to a concert nearby and I'm pregnant so really needed somewhere comfortable but ended up with a migraine before even heading out, the telephone in our room had no signal too so very difficult to order room service

- Marc (7/5): - The staff were gracious, helpful and efficient. Our room was spotless and good value for the room price, which included breakfast, which was very nice with good choices. If Sukhumvit is your preffered location for activities then this may be a good choice. Soi 18 is close to Asoke BTS Skytrain station and the MRT underground station of Sukhumvit. There are a few restaurants nearby, but quite expensive if you're on a budget. Luckily there is an economical one nearby called "Palm 18" On reflection this hotel is located a little too deep in the the soi from Sukhumvit road if you want to walk. The hotel offers a free tuk-tuk shuttle to Sukhumvit road but it's not too frequent and actually slower than walking bc of frequent traffic congestion. We did not realize that this hotel is a large one with 26 floors..the lobby is usually busy with visitors and people arriving and leaving..the main issue for us was that some people on our floor were arriving late (some from parties) and talking very loudly, slamming doors etc, which disturbed us occasionally. So if you want a calmer ambience overall then best to choose a smaller hotel.

L'hotel è completamente rinnovato, molto razionale, pulito, Personale efficiente, gentile, disponibile e molto professionale. Colazione ottima, varia e con tante proposte. Piscina molto gradevole al 4° piano Camere spaziose, pulite, migliorabile la doccia poco funzionale. ottimo il servizio navetta x la metropolitana. Concierge disponibile a trovare qualsiasi soluzione per ogni esigenza: prenotazioni varie, giri turistici, taxi,ect Assolutamente consigliabile La doccia all'interno della vasca è pericolosa perchè non è fornito alcun tappeto antiscivolo. Il soffione della doccia quasi completamente otturato dal calcare

- Ed (5/5): Stay away. Its a building site. - Fairly decent hotel with an adequate breakfast buffet. The hotel is being renovated. As a result as from 8:00 AM there were builders active withheavy tools, creating an incredible amount of noise. Very bad if you try to overcome a jetlag. The fact that this situation was only mentioned by means of a little note in the room made me cancel my future stays. Even the one already booked for the end of June. Furthermore, the floor I was on was still in need of the renovation. The carpet in the hall looked especially scruffy.

Great location. Lovely staff who were very responsive. Bathroom is a bit dated with the enclosed bathtub and shower. Almost impossible to not have water spray outside of the tub during a shower. Communal hallways also felt like they need a spruce up.

Na een lange reis werden we om 8u in de ochtend uit ons bed gedrilled. 2 kleine kids wakker en chagerijnig. We sliepen op de 14e en de werkzaamheden waren op 15e t/m 20e etage. Het geluid was oorverdovend. We zaten eerst in een familiekamer met stapelbed: Oude kamer, vocht- en rioleringslucht. Gelukkig is onze klacht wel adequaat opgepakt en konden we diezelfde ochtend verplaatsen naar een andere kamer op de 6e etage. Dit was een gerenoveerde kamer, maar wel een stuk goedkoper dan de familiekamer. Tip aan hotel: wees open over de werkzaamheden en geef bij checkin meteen een keuze om direct te upgraden/wisselen van kamer. En niet pas nadat gasten de herrie hebben ervaren. Personeel was wel lief en beleefd.

- Sergey (9/5): Очень приятное проживание в Бангкоке - Превосходный отель рядом со станцией BTS Asok. Просторный номер со всем необходимым - рабочий стол, чайник, нешумный кондиционер. Кровать большая и удобная. Можно заказать еду из ресторана прямо в номер даже ночью. Отличный бассейн, в нем достаточно места чтобы плавать, есть две зоны - совсем мелкая для детей и поглубже. Отличный персонал - на ресепшне всё быстро и с улыбкой, без проблем продлили мне выезд на два часа без доплаты. Клининг приходит каждый день, очень приветливый, даже если не нужна уборка, то дадут свежую питьевую воду. Завтрак немного однообразный, но вкусный - есть зона с японскими блюдами, яичная станция, классические блюда - сосиски, тосты и отдельно зона с блюдами со свининой (свиные сосиски/бекон итд) Местоположение удобное - от станции BTS легко дойти пешком, рядом много ресторанов, продуктовых магазинов, ТЦ, ночных баров Минус один балл за слабый напор в душе и за то, что свет в коридоре нельзя выключить с пульта у кровати - надо встать и физически нажать на выключатель

- Nicole (8/5): - Great modern property. Breakfast selection was excellent with so much on offer. Room and bathroom very spacious and clean. Didn’t use the restaurant or pool however the area was clean and staff were friendly. Short walk to Asok Station and malls/shops/restaurants I didn’t particularly like the location for solo travel - it’s right in a very busy district which doesn’t feel as safe late night/evening. The area is also slightly less clean, rats running around the street which takes away from the luxury feel of the hotel itself. I would stay again if I was in a couple/with family or a group but not solo

- AKIO (8/5): いい思い出になりました。 - 使いやすく、部屋がキレイでゴージャスでした お風呂の仕切りから水がトイレ側に漏れでるので良く無い。浴槽にヒビが入っており、元栓の鎖が切れてました。ドライヤーの置いてある場所が分かりづらい場所でした。

- Maneka (6/5): Good location and pleasant for a very short stay - The food was good, both breakfast buffet and room service. Location was nice closer to some shops around. Spacious room with conformable bedding. Staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is quite old, there's a old musty smell coming from the rugs in the hall. The toilet also had a bit of a smell. There were amenities (slippers, bathrobes, etc) missing in the room which I had to call the reception several times to get.

- Jil (8/5): Gut - Die Lage von dem Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gab ein paar Stellen bei denen Reparaturen sehr auffällig waren.

- Karsten (7/5): Altmodisch mit Renovierungsstau - Lage und sehr freundliches Personal Alt und altmodisch, teilweise Teppichböden in Zimmern, die nicht nur sehr alt und abgenutzt sind, sondern auch schlecht riechen. Auch die Teppichböden und Flurwände sahen sehr heruntergekommen aus. Abgenutzt sind auch die Möbel und die Betten sind auch gerade top, mit Rollen. Im Vergleich zum Skyview Hotel, das quasi um die Ecke liegt, wirklich eine andere Welt.
