- Seattleite83 (10/5): Great base for family spring break roadtrip to LA - We had a great 5 night stay here during a family spring break roadtrip to LA. The main reason we booked this hotel was the onsite EV chargers, which were extremely convenient - the hotel charges $10/night for charging, which is very reasonable, and it was great to wake up to a fully charged car every day. But everything else about the hotel was great too. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious enough for our family of 4, including our kids who are 6 and 11. The location is excellent, with Trader Joe's literally across the street (good for picking up lunch before heading out each day) and the freeway very close by but not so close as to be noisy. The included breakfast was good and our kids especially liked the automatic pancake machine. Finally, the staff were terrific and you could tell everyone who works there takes pride in their work. We would definitely stay here again.

Ausstattung völlig ausreichend für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in LA / Santa Monica. Parkplätze TOP inkl. Lademöglichkeit. Frühstück für Continental sehr ok. Kein Aufzug, sehr geringer Wasserdruck am Waschbecken, dafür umso mehr in der Dusche. Frühstücksraum eher lieblos ausgestattet. Eher hochpreisig für die Leistung.

The location was also very convenient. The parking situation was very disappointing. When I booked the room, it was listed as "free parking," but upon arrival, I was charged nearly $50. If I had known about this extra cost beforehand, I would have booked a different hotel. It felt very dishonest

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est dans un quartier calme mais proche de tous les centres d’intérêt de la ville ! Dans la chambre il y a énormément de choses à notre disposition : shampoing, après shampoing, café, thé, micro onde, frigo, lingettes démaquillantes,ect…. Le parking est payant (12dollars la journée) mais la voiture est en sécurité et le parking est juste à côté des chambres ! Le petit déjeuner est top, il y a bcp de choix !! - Lily Rose (8/5): A good, comfortable hotel, well cared for, close to airport. - Room was on the ground floor, as I'd requested, so I appreciated that. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent with some good choices. Loved the little pancake machine which actually made good pancakes. Close to airport and the pier. Hotel was a bit pricey for me, and there were no discounts. There was a lot of noise in the street in the middle of the night and I called the city's utility department--because it was their trucks--but they said they couldn't do anything about it. They had to work in the night so things would be ready for daytime. Not the hotel's responsibility but it made me question the location I'd chosen.
