- PatrickSatoLee (6/5): Ageing Hotel - It is a decent hotel for its price, conv located around Silom area. But i feel the hotel is ageing and need renovation soon. I'm grateful to be upgraded to a huge white room, but on closer inspection, it seem to be showing it's age. There are no Charging points next to the bed, not even on the working desk. You have to go under the table to unplug some inhouse appliances to plug in your devices, this is not acceptable in 2026. The breakfast is not bad, plenty to eat and all of it, its halal. The staff here are very nice and do their best to assist you. I hope they renovate the room soon, to earn its "Pullman" namesake.

- Gregoire (7/5): - We had a really great stay at this hotel. The pool was very nice — not a rooftop pool, but still a really pleasant place to relax. The service was friendly and professional, and the rooms were comfortable with a beautiful view over the city. The rooftop restaurant was truly exceptional. The French cuisine was very good, and the view was absolutely incredible, especially for enjoying a drink around 5 p.m. at sunset — really the perfect atmosphere. Overall, this was an excellent hotel with a very good value for money. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

- Global36317824220 (8/5): Nice Hotel, but even nicer staff - I have stayed at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G several times already, and it continues to be one of my personal top choices in Bangkok. While the hotel itself is admittedly showing its age in certain areas, what truly sets it apart is the consistently outstanding service. This is exactly why I keep coming back. Thanks to my ALL membership, I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to an Executive Suite during my most recent stay. The room was exceptionally spacious and perfectly suited for a longer stay, offering both comfort and functionality. What impresses me the most, however, is the Executive Lounge on the 27th floor. The level of service there is simply exceptional. The team, led by the wonderful Khun Fon, is highly professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They even remember my personal preferences, which adds a very special and personal touch. The quality and variety of food and beverages easily surpass many higher-end hotels with executive lounges. I would also like to highlight a particularly memorable moment during check-in. One of the reception staff members at the main lobby, Khun Chompoo, recognized me from a previous stay several years ago. Not only that, she remembered my preference for sparkling water and had already arranged for it to be served as a welcome drink in the lounge before I even arrived there. This level of attention to detail is truly remarkable and very much appreciated. - Rangsinee (10/5): Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Platinum Service at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G! - I had a truly wonderful stay at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G near Sri Maha Mariamman Temple. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. A huge thank you to Mr. Henry for his warm and familiar hospitality—it felt like coming home. We were also incredibly grateful for the room upgrade! The room was spacious and beautiful, and my son absolutely loved it, especially the pool area. I’d like to extend a special thanks to the Executive Club Lounge team: Khun Pleng for the warm welcome and Khun Fon for taking such great care of our family. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, the benefits here are fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the Afternoon Tea and the Happy Hour—the food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. Our family also had a blast at the mezzanine level. My son loved playing the giant floor piano, and we had so much fun playing foosball together. It’s those little touches that made our stay so memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back

- littlecheekymonkey (4/5): Tired & Outdated - Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again. The property feels very dated and is in clear need of refurbishment. The rooms are particularly tired, with worn furniture, cupboards and doors that don’t close properly, and a fridge that didn’t keep items cold. I’d also skip the club lounge access—it wasn’t worth it. The space is quite small and felt overcrowded with tables and chairs, and the selection of food and drinks was very limited. That said, the staff were the highlight of the stay—friendly and helpful throughout.

- AsbestosGaz (10/5): We just keep coming back for more. - Just had our 3rd visit to the hotel and already have our 4th visit later in the year booked. The pool has now been finished and looks amazing. All the staff we encountered from reception, bell hops, bar staff, cleaners and security were all so lovely and pleasant and would go above and beyond. Location is fantastic. Close to amenities, BTS, restaurants and bars. We can't wait to be back again in October.

Le lit très grand et confortable ( sauf oreillers totalement plats) . Emplacement excellent . Le prix correct mais à bangkok autour , nous avons vus bcp de meilleures options au meme prix ou moins. Nous avions pris une chambre deluxe Premium. La chambre était vieillotte… Défraîchie. La bois du sol râpé d’entrée , les joints à la salle de bain avec des traces de noir . Il fallait tirer deux ou trois fois la chaîne après être allés au toilette; rideaux pas opaques, donc bcp de jour à 7h du matin . Enfin, une porte donnait sur la chambre d’à côté et évidemment on entendait beaucoup des conversations des voisins. Pas du tout une chambre premium. Et la piscine est toute petite avec 10 places pour un hôtel de 300 chambres

- Puti (8/5): - It’s really clean and good location. They have burger bar that open 24 hours. It tastes so good. The pool area is small and you have to be there early to get the pool bed. It’s in the rooftop next to the gym.
- Kadir (5/5): The hotel is quite old - The hotel is quite old, and you can definitely feel that in the rooms. There used to be a connecting door to the adjacent room, which has been closed off, but it still feels a bit uncomfortable knowing it’s there. The room gets plenty of natural light during the day thanks to the beautiful view, which is a big plus. However, at night the lighting is very poor and the room feels quite dark. Overall cleanliness was not very satisfying. It might be partly due to the age of the hotel, but it still didn’t feel as clean as expected.

Our room was a good size, spotlessly clean and had all the features and inclusions you'd expect in a 4 star hotel. Check-in was great, friendly and efficient (so was check-out). Staff throughout the hotel were friendly. We were able to walk to quite a few attractions by turning left or right outside of the hotel :) and to get to other places of interest a Grab was the best way of getting there (cheap and reliable).

- Daniel (6/5): I hope they will start maintenance and bring back the beauty of the old G hotel. - Location The rooms are in terrible condition. Old, worn and dirty. Firstly I’ve received the room 3211 as the pictures below. I was shocked of how dirty the room was. The staff immediately changed the room to 2606 that was OK. I’ll stay again in Pullman G as soon as they fix, maintain and clean it to a decent standard.

- Yoshihiko (4/5): 昔はいいホテルだったが、今は設備の老朽が目立つ。 - ロケーションは便利 シャワーの床の傾斜が歪んでいて、水がきれいに排水されず溜まってしまうため、シャワーを使用する都度自分の足で 排水しないといけなかった。 ガウンのサイズがワンサイズで体が大きい自分には合わず、使えなかった。大きいサイズも用意して欲しい。

- sevenu2026 (10/5): Perfect stay in the Metropole of Bangkok! - Really good and cozy hotel in a perfect location. Amazing & extremely friendly staff from check-in till check-out. Really to recommend are the Club rooms. High quality priority service. Legendary are the cocktail hours from 5-7pm. Delicious food(snacks) and free flow of drinks. A special Khop Khun Krap to the real amazing team of Pullman G ! I have spent a perfect time in this hotel. Take care and keep on pushing & improving. Surely I will return during my next stay in Bangkok.
