• Magdalena (10/5): Świetny wybór 😊 - Hotel ma cudowny klimat, jest położony kilka kroków od dworca kolejowego, przystanków autobusowych oraz wodnych. Lokalizacja w uliczce wycisza całkowicie zgiełk ulicy i hałas. Jest bardzo czysto, obsługa jest przemiła a śniadania są urozmaicone i bardzo smaczne. To już mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, tym razem z większą ekipą. Szczerze polecam ❤️
• Olaf (5/5): Lage, Personal, Frühstücksbüfett Super, Zimmer, Bad einfach nur negativ. !!!! - Die Lage ist auf jeden Fall optimal !!! Das Frühstücksbüfett war exzellent, ausgesprochen SUPER !!!! Die Angestellten freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders an der Rezeption !!!!! Wenn man wie wir eine Woche in diesem Haus wohnt und für zwei Personen nur 5 Kleiderbügel und KEINEN Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung hat, ist das für ein Hotel einfach negativ zu bewerten. Auch das im Bad kein einziger Haken zur Verfügung stand, an dem man die benutzten Handtücher aufhängen konnte, empfinde ich bei diesem Preis als besonders negativ !!!!

• Nicole (9/5): Aussergewöhnliches Hotel für einen schönen Venedig Aufenthalt - Aussergewöhnliches Hotel an toller Lage neben dem Bahnhof, aber trotzdem weg vom Touristenstrom. Hier ist nichts 08/15, das Zimmer mit der speziellen Einrichtung, das umfangreiche leckere Frühstück, das nette Personal und die ganze Atmosphäre des Hauses. Wir haben jeden Tag neue Details entdeckt. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Venedig zu entdecken. Vielleicht die engen Tische im Frühstücksraum, aber auch das nicht gestört, wir hatten immer nette Tischnachbarn.
• CARLOS (8/5): Una experiencia muy agradable! - El desayuno es excelente, la ubicación del hotel también es muy buena y la disposición de ayuda por parte del personal también es sobresaliente Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación, porque tenía un olor demasiado desagradable que nos generó problemas respiratorios y no podíamos descansar tranquilos, lo comunicamos y trataron de solucionar, pero no pudieron arreglarlo entonces nos cambiaron de habitación, pero la última noche y nos fue excelente con esta última habitación.

Made great use of the space. Very quiet. The actual building is gorgeous (old monetary) and the decor is fabulous (so much Murano glass! Dazzling!) Location: close to the train station. Like under 500 meters. I wish there had been a shower curtain because I kept getting water on the floor. I didn't understand how to shower without a curtain. The elevator went out of service while we were there.

• David (7/5): Buen precio por la ubicación . - Es aceptable para el precio y ubicación El muchacho joven cabello largo que atiende en el restaurante junto con la señora del desayuno . Muy grosero y no sabe explicar el procedimiento de este , solo el desayuno es de 7 a 10 am , y por eso mismo este joven a las 10:03 no me quería dejar comer el desayuno , también quería llevarle a mi esposa algo de comer por que ella estaba resfriada y indispuesta , y no quería dejar que lo hiciera . El muchacho es de pelo largo italiano . Y un poco maleducado por ser local . Cuando llegue la cama tenía dos hormigas , también un poco groseros y acelerados para entregar la Habitación en el check out . No dejando hacer un last check out . Casi a los gritos por teléfono diciéndome que necesitaban la habitación , la señora de servicio entro si. Golpear . Y nos llamaron diciendo que pesaban que ya nos habíamos ido . La bañera muy incómoda . En el aseo no cambian las toallas . Le jeune homme aux cheveux longs qui travaille au restaurant, ainsi que la personne chargée du petit-déjeuner, ont été très désagréables et incapables de m'expliquer la procédure. Le petit-déjeuner n'est servi que de 7 h à 10 h, et c'est pourquoi ce jeune homme a refusé de me laisser manger à 10 h 03. Je voulais également apporter quelque chose à manger à ma femme, car elle était enrhumée et ne se sentait pas bien, mais il me l'a interdit. Ce jeune homme, aux cheveux longs et d'origine italienne, a été particulièrement désagréable pour un local. À mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé deux fourmis dans le lit. Le personnel a également été peu aimable et pressé lors de mon départ, refusant de me laisser faire un dernier check-out. Ils criaient presque au téléphone, affirmant avoir besoin de la chambre. La femme de ménage est entrée sans frapper, puis nous a appelés, prétextant que nous étions déjà partis. La baignoire était très inconfortable. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas changées.
• Sandra (10/5): Excelente alojamiento al lado de la estación de tren Santa Lucía - Estaba literalmente al lado de la estación de trenes Santa Lucía, lo que se agradece en Venecia al llevar maletas. Las camas eran muy confortables y todo muy limpio. Restaurantes al lado. El canal solo a unos pasos. Tenía cepillo de dientes, gorra de baño, shampoo y acondicionador, gel de ducha, secador de pelo, zapatillas y toallas, todo lo necesario para un buen descanso. Un excelente desayuno, muy completo y una hermosa terraza. En realidad no le encontré nada malo.
• Rahel (8/5): - Super Lage direkt am Bahnhof, die Mitarbeitenden sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war schlicht aber praktisch eingerichtet. Für mehr als eine Nacht wäre das Zimmer wohl etwas klein gewesen, den Frühstücksraum fand ich etwas stressig (laute Musik), ansonsten ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich sehr gut.
• Kevin (10/5): A comfortable and inviting hotel in a great location, with the most wonderful staff. - Wonderful location close to the Grand Canal at Ferrovia (S Lucia station). The property is relaxing, spacious and welcoming. The lounge/bar area is particularly atmospheric and comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly, helpful and hospitable. We were a party of 5, celebrating a 60th birthday, and every attention to detail was catered for: flowers in the room, prosecco for breakfast and a delicious fruit tart with candles brought to the table. The breakfast buffet is wide ranging and very well prepared and presented. The room was well appointed, and very comfortable. Standard double room was a little tight for space and storage but the en suite bathroom was clean, bright and spacious.

The hotel was very obviously still "under construction"/"work-in-progress". The eggs at breakfast were not very well-prepared. Less options might have been better.
• Kristina (10/5): A true Venetian hidden gem. Perfect location and full of charm. - Our stay at Hotel Abbazia was truly a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Venice. The location is perfect — literally just 100 meters from the train station and only a few minutes from the parking garage, which is an enormous advantage in Venice. The vaporetto stop is also very close, making it easy to explore any part of the lagoon. Although the hotel is located just steps away from the Grand Canal and close to everything, it is situated in a quiet little street, so the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing both day and night. As the name suggests, the hotel is part of a former abbey complex, and part of the monastery is still active alongside the church. It creates a very special atmosphere — hearing the church bells, having breakfast in the monastery garden, and visiting the small shop where the monks sell handmade cosmetics all added something unique and authentic to our stay. The hotel itself is full of charm and character. The narrow winding staircases give the building a very picturesque and authentic Venetian feel. Despite this, luggage is not a problem at all because the staff takes care of it for you. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with exceptionally comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, absolutely deserving of all the excellent reviews it receives online. A very special thank you goes to the receptionists Matteo and Mirko, who were incredibly kind, helpful, welcoming, and genuinely charming, with the perfect touch of Italian humor and warmth that made our stay even more enjoyable. Hotel Abbazia truly contributed to making our trip unforgettable, and we will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Venice. Highly recommended! The only thing missing was that final polished touch that would make the experience absolutely perfect. A few decorative details felt slightly unusual or inconsistent with the otherwise beautiful atmosphere of the hotel, but nothing that affected our stay in any meaningful way. With just a little more attention to small details, the overall experience could easily become exceptional.

• Hajime (9/5): 朝食が素晴らしい、好立地の趣あるホテル。 - ・ビュッフェの朝食が抜群に美味しい。サラダが絶品で度々おかわりした。パンの種類も豊富で、特にクロワッサンが絶品。 ・部屋のインテリアがおしゃれで統一感もありつつ、良い意味で歴史を感じる。ムラーノグラス?のシャンデリアが印象的。 ・間接照明の影響か熟睡しやすい空間だった。 ・立地が最高。サンタルチア駅のすぐそばにあり観光の拠点に最適ながら、細道に逸れたところに入り口があり、喧騒から離れているのが個人的に良かった。 ・元は修道院だったこともあり、ロビーや部屋が歴史的建造物のような趣でヨーロッパを感じながら宿泊できた。 ・毎日の清掃は申し分なかったが、一度だけ窓が閉められていない日があったせいで蚊が入り、寝ている間に刺されたのが辛かった。（日本の課よりは痒くない。）

Die besondere Atmosphäre in einem alten Kloster. Einrichtung im Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Duschkabine. Geduscht wird in einer Badewanne ohne Vorhang oder Glaswand.

Clean hotel with good breakfast options. - Location, Fabio at the desk, comfort of bed, bathroom facilities, decent options at breakfast for a continental spread. Would stay again. We had no air con as it wasn’t hot enough but being Scottish, it felt warm to us!

Der Innenhof lädt zur Entspannung ein und wenn man möchte kann man sich einen typischen venezianischen Spritz servieren lassen. Ich habe den Herren an der Rezeption auf Englisch angesprochen und mir wurde auf Deutsch geantwortet. Mit dem hab ich nicht gerechnet! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Werde, wenn ich wieder nach Venedig komme, sicher wieder dort wohnen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass der Frühstücksraum sehr klein ist und man sehr dicht am Nachbartisch sitzt. Man kann auch draussen sitzen, nur leider war es noch nicht so warm.
• Olaf (5/5): Trotz der drei positiven Dinge überwiegen leider die negativen. - Die Nähe zum Zentrum, Frühstück war hervorragend. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Im Bad gab es keine Haken, so gut wie keine größere Ablage. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, durch die dunkle Ausstattung ist es auch recht dunkel. Wenn man wie wir,7 Tage in diesem Hotel wohnten, möchte man seine persönlichen Sachen und Kleidung in einem Schrank oder geschlossenem Regal verstauen können. Für diese Zeit und 2 Pers. 5 Kleiderbügel und ein offenes !!! Regalfach ist mit Verlaub; eine Zumutung. Im Frühstücksraum stehen die Tische so eng zusammen, das man aufpassen muss wenn man aufsteht, das man dem Tischnachbarn nicht das Geschirr vom Tisch fegt.
• Huotarinen (9/5): - Erinomainen sijainti lähellä juna-asemaa. Hiljainen, viihtyisä pieni hotelli. Aamupala oli erinomainen ja runsas. Kylpyhuone oli vasta laitettu ja oli sopivan kokoinen. Hotellin sisääntulo pieneltä kujalta epäilyttävä, eikä vastannut sisätilojen mukavuutta. Huone pinehkö kahden aikuisen liikkumiselle.

• Vesna (8/5): The perfect spot for an overnight stay in Venice - The location was great, the decor is authentic, the beds comfortable, breakfast food selection really wide. The breakfast set up. You can’t choose where to sit, the table is allocated to you. We were with a dog and prefered to sit in the garden, but we had to sit next to other people, almost touching each other in a packed room.
• Richard (9/5): - Location near the train station was a plus. Also access to Grand Canel. Building was built in 1879. The room was on the small side and you had to step up to use enter the bathroom.

• Khatia (9/5): - This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Although I initially had some reservations due to its 3-star rating, it exceeded expectations in every respect. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a generously sized bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. All essential amenities were provided, including slippers and quality toiletries. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options, and we never had to wait to be seated at breakfast. Overall, the hotel delivered a high standard of comfort and service and represents outstanding value for its category. I would confidently recommend it.
• Hanna (9/5): Mielenkiintoinen hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla - Aamiainen oli mielettömän hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, koska se oli lähellä rautatie- ja bussiasemaa. Kylpyamme makuutilassa oli turha . Valaistus olisi voinut olla parempi.
• Amaury (10/5): Hôtel parfait ! - L’emplacement est parfait pour une arrivée par bus ou par train et le quartier est vraiment sympa. Le personnel a toujours était aux petits soins et souriant. • Brian (7/5): Great staff & location. Not a cookie-cutter hotel. - As close to the train station as you can be without actually being on a train. We had a some ants in our bathroom (more than 1-2) and they don’t turn on the AC until later in the year, even though it was quite warm while we were there. (That’s a European thing, but it should be based on temperatures not time of year.) It was loud throughout the night with the windows open.
