Demande de fonctionnement de mise en route de la climatisation avec chauffage (soudaine baisse des températures) malgré l'accueil nous avoir indiquer envoyer quelqu'un ... nous l'attendons toujours et avons fait la nuit avec des couvertures de terrasse que le veilleur de nuit nous a gentillement dépanées. Demande le matin renouvelée pour passer une 2ème nuit plus confortable... on attend encore le chauffage, la chambre pas faite et pas nettoyée durant la journée ... bref... Peut-etre a refaire avec suite à l'hôtel lors de notre prochain passage en couple... pour comparer avec nos différents autres hôtels déjà fait Pallazzina Veneziana, H10 Canova, Ego Boutique Marco Polo Rialto, etc... Manque d'entretien et services du fait d'un appartement familial éloigné de l'hôtel,

NovemberTango (4/5): Beware and avoid: Bait and switch. - Serious misrepresentation — broken heating, off-site unit, hotel refuses responsibility. We paid approximately USD $580/night expecting a hotel room. What we received was a small studio apartment (290 sq ft) located a full block from the hotel in a separate building — a fact that was not clearly disclosed during booking. This is a material misrepresentation. On arrival we discovered the heating was not functioning. The room was cold throughout our stay despite repeated complaints to staff. Additionally, nobody came to clean the room today, provide fresh towels (which won’t dry in the cold, moist room temperature), etc. When we raised both issues — the off-site location and the broken heating — with the hotel directly, we were told the apartment was a separate entity and they bore no responsibility for its condition or maintenance. This is unacceptable. Guests booking through Booking.com under this hotel’s listing have a reasonable expectation of hotel-standard accommodation, services, and facilities — not a cold, unserviced studio a block away managed at arm’s length. Having to walk a block each time you need reception, concierge, or hotel services is not what paying a five-star nightly rate entitles you to. I am formally requesting a partial refund to reflect: (1) the non-functional heating, (2) the failure to disclose the off-site location clearly prior to booking, and (3) the hotel’s refusal to accept any responsibility. Future guests should be aware: read the fine print on room type very carefully. The breakfast buffet was also well below the standard implied by the price point. I would not return or recommend.

I didn’t like the bed , was very low, and the blanket is very thin, not very comfortable room. The breakfast was mediocre. You need to ask for good coffee at the breakfasts otherwise you stuck with machine bad coffee.

Bianca (8/5): - Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 1 Person sprach und erklärte alles fliessend in deutsch. Das Zimmer und Bad waren wie gebucht schön, sauber und sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab auch glutenfreie Optionen (abgepackte Brotscheiben, Cornflakes und Kekse). Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend, kompetent und freundlich. Ein Billiardtisch mit dem nötigen Zubehör stand ab 11:00 zur kostenlosen Verfügung. Im Bad fehlen ein Handtuchhalter bzw. Haken am Waschbecken. Im Zimmer hatte es keinen Schrank oder Kommode für Kleider. Dafür gab es eine Kleiderstange mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Das Wasser im Pool war leider Anfang Mai sehr kalt und nicht wie erwartet warm wie in einem Whirlpool.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a piece of history—in the best way possible. One of our favorite touches was the giant, old-style room keys… such a fun and memorable detail that really added to the charm. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we wanted to see and do was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore Venice without constantly worrying about logistics. The whole experience was fantastic—comfortable, unique, and full of character. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Yelselremraf (6/5): Adequate but not for me. - Nicely located with helpful reception staff. However, expensive for what it is. The breakfast is adequate but not good value (unless, like some we saw, you pack enough food into your bag to last you the day). Drinks from a machine rather than fresh and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Afternoon tea or coffee is available just off reception if you like tepid drinks. They do have heaters underneath but these were not used during our stay. Room clean. A little compact but adequate as a base. However one bottle of water for a four night stay is a little mean. I won’t return.

LizB1937 (10/5): 3 glorious nights in Venice - Fabulous hotel, great breakfast and service. Thoroughly spoilt and looked after during our stay. Comfy beds, polite and helpful staff. Perfect location tucked away in a quiet corner but very central. 10 minutes walk to St Marks & mins 5 to the Rialto or to the water bus stops. Definitely highly recommend. Just perfect! Rebecca (8/5): Insgesamt hat es mir gut gefallen, auch wenn der Zimmerpreis für April sehr hoch war. - Die Lage des Hotels war zentral und trotzdem in ruhiger Umgebung. Frühstück war gut, aber in einem 4 Sterne Haus hätte ich erwartet, dass man für Spiegelei oder Omelett nicht zusätzlich bezahlen muss. Innerhalb des Hauses war es relativ hellhörig. Die Zimmertüren schließen nicht dicht.

Harrison_Lot (10/5): Great location in the centre of Venice - Lovely family stay at this pretty hotel. Great location near the centre and in walking distance of all landmarks. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable, not a huge selection compared to similar starred hotels but absolutely sufficient to keep you going until lunch. Staff very helpful and loved having the pool table for family games in the evening. Afternoon tea / coffee in reception was a lovely bonus too.

Titanilla (2/5): Ez nem 4 csillagos hotel , még kettőnek sem felelt meg. Aki otthonrol egy igényesebb környezetből jött az ide ne jöjjön. - Az elhelyezkedése csak. Felüntetve wellnes lehetőség volt, megérkezve derült ki , hogy nem lehet hasznàlni felár ellenében sem , mert nem volt. Lassú internet, ritkàn volt jó. A fürdőszoba tiszta, de lelakott. A szobák nagyon kicsik. A reggeliben kevés a választék.

Zaneta (7/5): Rather 3*, for room and bedding - It is cozy hotel, good location, easy to reach all major attractions and close enough to visit Canaletto for evening dinner. Overall it is not too noisy around, relatively good breakfast (for Italy it is pretty generous actually). Nice reception and lobby are. I loved historic twist and Giorgione replica’s in common areas. I would give 3 stars, not 4. Our particular Deluxe room did not match what is shown in the pictures - it felt more like an economy room. We wanted to change the room, but unfortunately hotel was fully booked during festive weekend. The bedding was also not great: there were no proper duvet covers, and the duvet was separated only by a sheet. An uncovered duvet does not give a sense of cleanliness. There were also plenty of mosquitoes in the room. I know perfectly well that windows should not be opened in Venice because of mosquitoes, but they were already there before we arrived. It was absolutely unpleasant to be woken up early in the morning by mosquitoes.

Great local l - It was easy to get to by water taxi, with a short walk from the drop off spot….even with a large suitcase and a carry on. We had to leave at 4:00 am, the front desk attendant helped us arrange a water taxi directly to the airport…so helpful and convenient. The attendant also called a local restaurant and made reservations for us….very appreciated. We will definitely stay there again, if we make it back there, and would highly recommend. Nothing!

Sheila (9/5): Hübsche Perle im Herzen der Altstadt - Sehr schöne Einrichtung, fantastische Lage, fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Punkten, ausgesprochen gutes Frühstück, faire Preise für Getränke in Minibar, freundlicher Empfang Leider keine Kaffee- oder Teestation auf dem Zimmer. Fehlende Trinkgefäße und unregelmäßige Befüllung der Minibar. Seltsame, strikte "Kein Essen & Trinken auf dem Zimmer"-Politik: Bei einer Woche Urlaub und Buchung einer Suite möchte man sich gegebenfalls auch einmal mit einem Glas und einem Snack entspannen können.

Av_J_Mois (8/5): A lovely hotel in a great location - Absolutely adored the vibe of the hotel - comfortable, with an olde worlde feel to it. The chandeliers were lovely, presumably all from Murano. Breakfast was good. Lots of comfortable armchairs to sit in downstairs in the evenings. My only quibbles were that the room was way too hot, so we had the windows open, and then got bitten - a lot - by mosquitoes. The hotel provided a mosquito repelling device, but then we also felt we had to keep the windows shut. Also the bed was very hard, which my husband loves and I hate. Could have managed it, but the pillows were also hard, so with that and the heat I didn't sleep well. But I did like the place in general, and very easy to get around Venice from.
