The staff were friendly and very helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast was lovely and we had a view of the Eiffel Tower out of our window. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would come here again with our next visit to Paris. Just outstanding.

- Passport07167610291 (10/5): THE BEST TRIP EVER - I’ve just got back from an amazing stay in Paris and would 100% recommend this hotel. The rooms were really spacious, with large, super comfortable beds and equally soft, cosy sheets – we slept so well every night. The bathroom is on the smaller side and more suited to one person at a time, but it’s modern, very clean, and having a bath was a lovely bonus. The room was well-equipped with nice touches like bathrobes, slippers, a full-length mirror, and a mini fridge (although just a heads up that items in there are chargeable and a bit pricey). We stayed in room 508 and had the most incredible view of the Eiffel Tower – genuinely the highlight of the stay and made it feel so special. Breakfast each morning was really good with a nice variety: pastries, bread, cereal, jams, yoghurt, cheese, ham, plus hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon. There was something for everyone. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The location is also perfect – about a 10-minute walk to the Seine and roughly 10–15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Overall, such a great experience – I’m already planning my next trip back here!!

- 536gloriap (10/5): Tres Jolie - Loved the hotel and its outstanding location. There is a food market and a pharmacy very close by, as well as lovely bakeries and restaurants. The selection at breakfast was amazing and varied. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.
- WestSussex21 (6/5): Great Location - This hotel is in a great location and fulfilled our needs. The only downside is that the room on the ground floor was too hot at night despite lowering the AC. We had to sleep with a sliding door open which was not ideal with the room on the ground floor. No ability to make a tea or coffee in our room. Cable to hairdryer was so twisted with use that the green and blue wires were exposed by the handle!! Chose not to have breakfast in the hotel as plenty of choice in local cafes.

Our room was very clean, a good size and most importantly the hotel was in very close proximity to most iconic places of interest. All within walking distance, it was perfect! Breakfast each morning was also great.

- CharliMcFarli (8/5): A Gem in a Lovely Arrondissement - We stayed 29/1-2/2 - three couples. This hotel is in a fantastic location, nestled between the Eiffel Tower and Invalides, and it's a five min walk to La Tour-Maubourg on Line 8 of the Metro. There is a Carrefour and pharmacy just around the corner and an abundance of bars, bistros and delis all close by. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are even umbrellas in reception for guests to borrow. Breakfast was pleasant (usual continental, plus some cooked items - eggs/sausages). The tables are a little cramped, and like any location, it can get a bit crowded at peak times, but everybody managed just fine. We had comfort double rooms, which are average size for Paris; we were ok with two cabin sized bags, but if you have lots of luggage, you may struggle a little. The room got quite warm (101), so we did have the window open at times. When the low cloud cleared, we could also see the Eiffel Tower from the window. There was a bit of noise from the staircase next to the room, but nothing loud enough to disturb us. The only reason I haven't given a 5 rating is some poor communication before our stay. The hotel charged a pre-authorisation fee - one night for each of the three rooms booked. Whilst I understand that hotels often make this type of transaction, no notice was given, so it was a total surprise and not a great first impression. When queried, I was told it was in case we cancelled, but we'd paid a rate to be able to cancel up to noon the day before arrival. When I highlighted this, I didn't receive a response, apology or explanation. The hotel has since responded but frustratingly has just re-emphasised that pre-authorisation is part of their T&Cs and it isn't an actual charge. This is not the point I tried to make. It's that the charge was made without any notice being provided, e.g., 'at some point within the next 2-3 days/14 days before arrival a charge will be made', etc. And regardless of it not being a charge, the amount still sits on the credit card you book with, which the hotel doesn't release until departure, despite us all paying on arrival. The hotel needs to do better on this aspect. Overall, it's a great hotel, great location, lovely staff and a perfect base to explore Paris. I'd definitely recommend it and consider staying here again.

- lindsaybH9647BS (10/5): Our Christmas Stay Was Magnifique! - We booked the premium room with the view of the Eiffel Tower, and WOW! It was worth it! They have a wine cooler with bottles of wine you can purchase, and it came in handy when we came back from our cheese tasting with cheeses to eat and needed a wine to pair it with. The staff at the front desk were extremely accommodating to our requests as well. They allowed us to sit in the lounge area to eat our cheese and drink our wine. If you are looking for a quality and affordable hotel in an area of Paris close to the subway and plenty of shops and restaurants, and it's not a far walk to the tower, I recommend Hotel Jardins d'Eiffel.
- mom0212 (10/5): Great view, clean, quiet, conveniently located - We had 2 rooms over Christmas week. Room #507 and #508. Both great views, #508 was slightly better and #507 is right next to the elevator. Clean, quiet, staff was very nice, rooms are small but we expected that. There are no screens on the windows so be warned if you have small kids. They held our luggage until our rooms were ready. Had breakfast 1 day at the hotel and it was good. The croissants were better from a bakery around the corner, and bacon was under cooked but yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, pastries, juice, hot drinks, all you care to eat. The cafe around the corner wasn't much better and it was the same price. Bakeries, small grocery store and cafes nearby. Taxi and Metro are only a 5 minute walk. We were close enough to the Louvre and Eiffel tower. They provide robes and slippers and hairdryer. Some basic toiletries too. #508 had a deep bathtub, could be hard to get out of if you have trouble climbing. #507 was a shower. Taxi from airport to hotel $65 (make sure to go to the taxi exit, we were told by a guy in a suit to go to another location but it wasn't the taxi exit). If the hotel calls a taxi for you to the airport it was $72. We did it for convenience. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it.
- QueenNut81 (8/5): Pleasant Stay - I booked Hotel Jardins d’Eiffel for a couple of nights away for a surprise trip for my children to Paris. A very well kept hotel, clean and friendly. We had an interconnecting rooms which worked really well. A couple of thing’s that were wrong with one room - TV wasn’t working when we arrived but this was quickly dealt with and the shower wouldn’t stay up (didn’t mention this to the hotel). In the other room, the tv controller wasn’t working and the bath was very slow to drain. These are minor thing’s that didn’t stop us enjoying the hotel. The hotel was very well located to the major attractions, the metro just down the road to venture further. Breakfast had a great selection of pastries, cereals, yoghurts and fruit. A small section of scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon were also available. Overall, we were really pleased with this hotel and provided a great base for us to explore Paris but also rest well too.

The room is small & an update the interior would be good, the wardrobe door wouldn’t open all the day which affected the way the mirror was, the shower head wouldn’t stay up right either. None of these things were a deal breaker minor things. The staff were all lovely.

However, I was extremely disappointed with the room size and room facilities. We could not even keep our luggage (just two trolley bags) properly. Also, there was no electric kettle, AC was controlled by the staff only. As the price was very high (more than 250 Euros pernight), I was not impressed with the room size and amenities.

I had a reasonable view of the Eiffel tower, which was a pleasure at the end of the day. The room rather quaint but well services and just what i needed. Great location downtown with great, fast and easy access to nice little restaurants, brasseries and patisseries on the same street. Genuine Paris service! Highly recommend it.
- FranklyFrancophile (2/5): Inflexible refund policy - We stayed one night, with reservations for two nights. My husband and I were both taken ill and had to leave after only one night. I've tried to get a refund for the second night, to no avail. Two tips- if you have a handicap and don't want a death-defying shower over a slippery tub, make a reservation for a "shower room." They only have a couple. Tip number two-don't get very ill and leave early. Apparently they don't have a flexible policy to handle this. Very disappointed in the hotel. We travel frequently to Rue Cler area and won't stay here again.

The room is adequate and clean the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The hotel terrace has a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We will stay here again next time

The Louvre and the Orsay are also within walking range if you don't mind a longer walk. The breakfast option was also convenient.

- jpmG6971ST (10/5): A wonderful little hotel in the heart of Paris - My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the end of a 32 night European Vacation in which we stayed at numerous hotels across Croatia, Greece and Paris. This hotel was ideally situated in the heart of the Paris Tourist area. We were a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and we also walked to the Arc De Triomphe, Louvre, Museum D'Orsay which were between 20 - 35 minute walks from the hotel. Notre Dame is about a 50 minute walk. We are avid walkers so for us this was a great location. The Train station to Palace of Versailles is also a 10 minute walk. The are all sorts of good restaurants, grocery stores and pastry shops in the area as well. The breakfast is quite good albeit the choices are limited, but I can say they had the best scrambled eggs I had on our trip. There is a fancy French Restaurant right next door which we enjoyed and a little Italian Restaurant right across the street. We ordered take out pizza from there which was quite good and ready in 10 minutes and we were allowed to eat it and enjoy a bottle of wine we had purchased in the hotels, lounge which really isn't in use. We also ate in two other restaurants close by which were quite good. I would definitely stay here again and gladly recommend it to family and friends.

- simonfX1231UT (8/5): Fantastic location and amenities, indifferent staff - The location of Hotel Jardins d'Eiffel is perfect, just a short walk from the fabulous Eiffel Tower, and we made sure to select a room that had direct views as per their website. This process wasn't as easy as definitive confirmation that we would have Eiffel Tower views wasn't forthcoming but we did provide specific instructions that that was what we wanted, and we did receive this so that worked out. The room size itself was very small, only just large enough for two people and our suitcases, and was a little surprising just how compact it was. However the views both day and night of the Eiffel Tower made up for this. The location is perfect, Rue Amélie is a relatively quiet little street which runs on to Rue Saint-Dominique, a larger main street which has all the conveniences we wanted, plenty of pâtisseries and a nearby local walking street had yet more, we experienced the most amazing baguettes and little cakes and pastries we have ever had. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close too. The staff were on the most part indifferent, never even bothering to say hello or goodbye as we came and went, and a little friendliness wouldn't have gone astray. We asked for numerous things during our stay (bag drop off, ironing board etc) and the person on reception was frosty on each occasion, bordering on being unhelpful.

The hotel room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed, clean linen, nice size bathroom by European standards. Small refrigerator and safe are available. The beautiful view from both my bathroom and bedroom windows was the cherry!! The location is perfect with easy access to taxis, restaurants and shops. Breakfast is a nice touch as well! Would definitely come back!!
- vincemassa66 (10/5): Wonderful stay at Hotel Jardins - Planned to stay one night but stay for 4 nights at this very nice, clean, quiet hotel. Great location ant the staff was amazing. The ever-smiling Jasmine at the front desk was very helpful with any questions. Her co-worker Margret was also beyond helpful with booking taxis and adding to our stay. Very nice hotel but the staff is what makes it a great visit. Any business would be very lucky to have these two employees!

Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds. The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!
- Dorothy (10/5): - This was a comfortable hotel near to the Eiffel tower, Museum dOrsay ,Notre Dame and the Seine River. We had large room and a balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. I would stay here again. It was 2 blocks to the metro.
- Jessica (2/5): Disgusting room & rude staff - Each day there was a new bug flying around the room, and we left the trip with several mosquito bites. There was also some kind of web in the curtain (shown in pictures) that was there for the entire duration of our trip. The room was dirty and the staff was very rude when we asked to change rooms. The rooms are much smaller than they look in pictures so beware. This was a very tough squeeze for two people. The location was very close to the Eiffel Tower which was convenient, but I still would never recommend this place to a friend.

Air conditioning in room worked well. Plenty restaurants,cafes and shops around the area of the hotel. About seven minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the river Seine.

- crucianfoodie (6/5): An Average Stay - The hotel is located a stone’s throw away from the Eiffel Tower, which is what you’re paying for. The rooms are exceptionally small, which is the norm when staying near the main attractions around the city. We were to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and paid extra for it. Due to other buildings, it was a partial view and nothing like what was shown online. Our room was said to be the only one with a balcony but there were no chairs or tables out there to sit and enjoy the space. The room was cleaned in the main areas but the coffee station/fridge area had a visible layer of dust, which clearly indicated no one had even attempted to wipe this area in a long time. The bathroom is huge though - almost as big as the room area! It has little to no ventilation so there was visible mold on the ceiling. Overall, I’d recommend booking at a different hotel further out to get better space and value. Getting to the major sights are easy to do thanks to the amazing metro system. The “view” from the room is not worth the cost.

- Hassankhan33 (4/5): Not worth the money - Such a small room, the price paid was totally beyond what was offered. This is certainly not a double room, it’s a single persons…my wife and I had to move at angles to get to the bathroom which again is right by the bed. Wish I had seen it clearer because I’d have booked another place. Yes the location is perfect but what does it mean when you’re totally uncomfortable? The bed pillows are so uncomfortable, the cleaner left our food we took from the second day right until checkout. The tightness of this room is very bad…either advertise as a small single room and charge less, they are charging simply for being so close to the main attractions. We drove from London and the parking is as tight as it could be, the squeeze just to get through the gate is quite worrying… Paris is an amazing place. Such a vibrant city…but hotels must do better to regain tourism…if you want value for your money then don’t book here

Staff was kind and let me leave my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. Location is walking distance to some of the main attractions without it being too crowded. - Global188416 (10/5): Great location! Nice quiet location after full days of site seeing. - Very quiet, clean hotel in a great location. I stayed here with my young adult daughter. We were given a room on the 3rd floor roof. We weren't sure about the room itself until we realized that it had a lovely balcony that allowed us to watch the night light show of the Eiffel Tower. The room was quiet and clean. My daughter accidentally left an item in the room when we left and didn't realize it until several days later once we were back home. I called the hotel and they found it. They made it very easy to pay for shipping it back home. Very grateful for that!

- IVAN (10/5): - We arrived around noon and were allowed to check in early, which was appreciated because we had a 10-hour flight from Phoenix and spent nearly two hours in customs and the transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the hotel. The lady who helped us at check-in spoke perfect English, which was appreciated since we don't speak French (only Spanish and English). The hotel is magnificent. We chose the Eiffel Tower view option, which is spectacular during the day and, at night, even more so with the light show. It's within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. There are also several places to buy groceries and Subway-style wraps, or Pret-a-Manger, or sit down to eat at a restaurant. It's worth it. It's an excellent place; you save a lot on Uber since everything is within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

- globetrotter1438 (10/5): A Warm and Memorable Stay at Les Jardins d'Eiffel - My recent stay at Les Jardins d'Eiffel was nothing short of wonderful, and a large part of that was thanks to the outstanding hospitality we received from the receptionist, Lovepreet. From the moment we arrived, Lovepreet made us feel genuinely welcome, something that is increasingly rare to find these days. Her warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set the tone for our entire stay. Our room offered a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, which added an extra touch of magic to our Paris experience. The twin beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day exploring the city. My mother especially enjoyed her time both at the hotel and in Paris, and that meant the world to me. The breakfast was more than adequate, with a variety of choices to start the day right. Everything was fresh and satisfying, served in a relaxed, clean setting. I’m already looking forward to returning soon. Thank you to the entire team ,and especially to Lovepreet — for making our visit so special.

- Kathy (10/5): - The only issue I would say is welcome pick ups the service but it's not really part of the hotel they just have it as a recommendation Hi welcome pickup before with no problems this time the driver refused to drive us to the hotel because we had one extra bag that would have actually fit in his vehicle. Ended up having to take a taxi and pay additional money and welcome pick ups had charged me for that transport. The driver that was sent put in his notes that he arrived at the airport and waited 1 hour and did find us, which was not true. I used welcome pickups back to the airport because I had already prepaid and that drive or was very good. What are you doing just listen
