• Asena (8/5): Very good - Everything was quite nice. Only obstacle was stairs for us. There is no elevator in the building. It was a bit difficult to carry all the luggage to the top floor.
• Amit (10/5): Exceptional - Location. Enrico was very helpful. Nice comfortable apartment As it's centrally located, the apartment does involve a 3 floor climb
• Carmen (8/5): Very good - The apartment  is at the top level in  an old bulding, renovated  in 2000 (which was 25 years ago!). As it is said, it does not have an elevator and the stairs are a killer :) ;the owner allowed us to check-in with an hour early, but the place was cold  at our arrival.  Very  close to the old city attractions and restaurants, next to the building you can find  a local market-Pam (pay attention, there is a law  in Firenze that forbids markets to sell alcohol  after 21.00). The view from the apartment is  at the rooftops of the nearby  buildings  and the street,  which might be noisy at night. There is only one tv, which has Netflix only if you have an account to log in. Free wi-fi. We did not use the kitchen, but it has cooking amenities, a microwave and a washing  machine. The place could be cleaner and with more attention to details (both of the bedroom doors get locked if you close them, dirty mirror in the bathroom at our arrival, broken trash can in the bathroom, low quality pillows)...
• Jean (9/5): Superb - Apartment is nice and clean. Location is great as it is close to Firenze station and all the attractions are within walking distance. The agent is responsive on whatsapp and assist with finding the apartment. Assessing the apartment was easy, info was provided on day of arrival with code to access keys to door. The staircase are so dark with no lights. There is no lift so if you stay top floor, u hv to lug heavy luggages up the stairs. We had to do that. The stairs are also very steep. The beds are not so comfortable though.

• Georgios (9/5): Great place - Great spot, everything as described, owner very colaborative. Lots of stairs to enter the appartment, but good for your health.
• Vladimir (10/5): Great stay, would recommend for groups of 4 people. - Great location, really good value for money. The check-in and checkout was easy and was handled with care by the host. The second bed was a bit creaky but comfortable nonetheless.
• Zainetdinova (9/5): Totally recommend this apartment - It was very comfortable and clean and have everything for comfort staying.it has supermarket just in next building. Great location. Apartment locate on a top floor and it can be problem if you have big baggage because there are no elevator.
