Amamos Não ter opção para os hóspedes fazerem as refeições no restaurante sem uma reserva, almoço ou jantar. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e ficamos em quartos distantes um do outro, mesmo fazendo reserva dos quartos juntos.

We spoke to front desk and they spoke to kitchen and we were served. We were told the next evening we absolutely would not be able to eat dinner there. They were full of large grouos. The kitchen could not handle any more people. You do have to pay for parking in thete garage.

De não ter opção para almoçarmos ou jantarmos no hotel sem uma reserva. Isso nos entristeceu. E também por nos colocarmos em quartos distantes, mesmo fazendo reserva dos quartos juntos. Somos 4 amigos com duas reservas.

Közeli építkezés miatt rettentő zajos. Buszos turistacsoportok átmenő forgalma zsúfoltság érzetét keltette,főként reggelinél. A szoba aprócska és lelakott,a zuhanyból kifolyt a víz a nem jól záródó ajtó miatt. Egy éjszakára jó a lokáció miatt főleg,többre nem választanám.

We did experience an issue with the room door on the first night, but what truly stood out was the exceptional support from the lovely lady at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Her professionalism and warmth genuinely made us feel at home and turned the experience into a memorable one. NA

- Christian (6/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. An der U-Bahnstation, direkt beim Naschmarkt. Das Personal ist höflich und kompetent. Der öffentliche Bereich mit Frühstücksraum, Bar und Lounge ist ansprechend. Leider war die Lüftung im Zimmer sehr laut und hat den Schlaf erheblich gestört. Das Abstellen ist uns nicht gelungen. Offensichtlich muss da ein Techniker von der Rezeption verständigt werden. Ist in der Nacht etwas schwierig.... Beim Betreten des Zimmers war auch eine sehr unangenehmer Geruch - nehme an vom Abfluss im Bad.

- Robert (8/5): Zakenhotel kort aan de Naschmarkt - Groot zakenhotel met heel goede ligging tov U-Bahn. Netjes verzorgd en heel vriendelijk, maar zakelijk, personeel. Kamers aan de voorzijde hebben last van drukke straat. Dit omdat raam open moest omdat airco niet functioneerde.

- Gloria (8/5): Buena ubicación. - La ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca hay una parada de metro. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La recepcionista que nos atendió el día antes del check out, no fue muy eficiente. Primero solicitamos un cambio de toallas que no cambiaron y segundo, le preguntamos que si por la mañana el desayuno iba a estar preparado a la hora que nos íbamos, que era muy temprano, 04:30 am, a lo que nos dice que no, qué teníamos que haber avisado con antelación y nos hubieran preparado una cajita con el desayuno, pero el caso es que cuando bajamos para coger el taxi el desayuno ya estaba preparado y pudimos desayunar porque bajamos con antelación. Con lo cuál, deberían informar mejor a los clientes de éstas cuestiones para no crear malentendidos.

- Peter (6/5): A perfectly reasonable city hotel. Not terrible, not exceptional. - Good location. Nice and modern building and facilities. Comfortable bed. Very hot in the building and room. A few ants in the bathroom (on the 3rd floor) as well. The bath tub didn't have a screen for the shower, and the shower pointed sideways, so showering without drenching the rest of the bathroom was impossible. Very mediocre breakfast; clearly trying to please too many diverse tastes with a limited selection.

- Anne (8/5): - Wir hätten das Hans Moser Frühstück in Anspruch nehmen können aber uns hat keiner beim Frühstück darauf hingewiesen war kein Problem. Aber es gibt doch etwas zu bekrietteln : die Eierspeise war wässrig und sehr verrührt und ganz unappetitlich , und als Krönung kam der Koch zum Buffet nahm ein Stück Leberkäse in die Hand ohne Teller und ging mit den nassen triefenden Stück weg ansonsten war das Frühstück ganz okay es war für uns alles dabei.So begann der Tag mit einem staunen und lächeln in Wien .
- Ambra (10/5): Soggiorno a Vienna - Hotel molto elegante, camera dotata di tutto: acqua, bollitore, bicchieri, té e tisane. Letto comodo. Pulizia giornaliera delle camere. Posizione strategica, l’hotel é collocato accanto alla metro che in meno di 10 minuti consente di raggiungere il centro.

- Sabine (8/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse, direkt an einer Station. Das Frühstück war klasse und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Betten waren nicht so gut, die Matratzen sehr weich.

- Regine (10/5): Perfekt - Tolle Lage, toller und extrem freundlicher Service, nette, gepflegte Zimmer, Café, Restaurant, Snackshop. In der Nähe Restaurants, Cafés, U-Bahn, Naschmarkt, 30 min zur Albertina, etc
- Neriman (8/5): - The location, the breakfast and the staff. The beds were extremely comfy too! The furniture inside the room was a bit old and outdated, but we only went to the room to sleep so great value.

- Pawel (7/5): Mixed feelings, but location gave it an upperhand. - Close proximity to metro is the hotels biggest asset. Very Good coffee in the nearer buffet (not the restaurant) - shoutout to the asian staff managing the coffee machines - doing wonderful job. Wifi on the further side of the hotel was abysmal, could not connect from bed, had to move closer to the bathroom. Could smell the mustiness of the interior of the room.
- Ágnes (7/5): - Közel voltak a tömegközlekedési eszközök megállói, a reggeli finom volt és az ott dolgozók kedvesek voltak. A személyzet nagy része barátságtalan volt a recepción.
- Μαγκαφουρακη (9/5): Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα!!! - Πολύ καθαρό, φιλικό περιβάλλον και υπερβολικά κοντά στο μέτρο. Έκανες πέντε βήματα κ ήσουν στη στάση του μετρό.

- Levent (8/5): - Metroya çok yakın ve kahvaltısı lezzetli. Banyo duş küveti her banyoda bilek hizasına kadar doluyordu. Söylemize rağmen nir çözüm bulamadılar.
