• Rachel (5/5): Loud but is a roof over your head. - Great staff. I liked having the baggage storage option. I heard EVERYTHING. There is so little sound insulation I heard my neighbors open their window shades. It’s like they were in the room with me. I could hear everyone in the hallway puzzling over where their room was. I heard my neighbors turn on their sink. It was a lot.

• Paul (7/5): Good location in Barcelona - A very convenient location in terms of bus routes, my room was comfortable and had everything I needed - great towels! The staff were very friendly although I didn't really need their help for this smooth stay. The price is a little on the high side but not terrible for Barcelona. Some minor niggles about this hotel that's starting to look its age: the lift was unreliable and there was no indication of which floor it was on or if it was moving. Inside the room, needing to put a key card in a little device was a little flaky and at one point the power sockets stopped working but magically recovered later in the day.

• Elias (7/5): - La habitación, muy limpia, cómoda El gym es una burla, dicen que tienen gym y piscina disponible y la piscina es pequeña pero está bien, es aceptable para tomar el sol y darte un baño corto pero el gym fue un chiste, solo tenía una caminadora, 1-2 bicicletas y algunas mancuernas pequeñas y ni siquiera había espacio para usar las mancuernas, fue lo más decepcionante, tuve que irme a otro gym

• THEOCHARIS (9/5): - Καθαρό, σχετικά άνετο για τα 3 άτομα που μέναμε. Είχε ησυχία δεδομένου ότι δεν ήταν σε κεντρική λεωφόρο. Λεωφορεία σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (3 λεπτά) για να κατέβεις στο κέντρο ή κοντά σε μετρό. Το πρωινό ήταν στα 19 ευρώ δηλαδή σχεδόν 60 εύρω στα 3 άτομα, το οποίο δεν επιλέξαμε. Η τιμή του δωματίου επίσης ήταν ακριβή, αλλά γενικά η Βαρκελώνη είναι από τις πόλεις με πολύ ακριβά ξενοδοχεία, λόγω της υπερβολικής ζήτησης.

Das haben wir noch nirgends bezahlt. Frühstück sehr spartanisch . Im Nachbargebäude extrem starker Baulärm. Schlafen bis 8 Uhr unmöglich .

• AlharthiAl (10/5): Our Home Away from Home – Exceptional Service & Location! - We have been staying at this hotel since August 2022, and it remains our top choice. The hotel is incredibly comfortable and perfectly situated, as it is close to many attractions and key locations, making every trip seamless. What is truly beautiful about this hotel is how wonderfully helpful and amazing everyone is. The entire team treats you with such care. We would especially like to highlight Jose and the night shift staff; he has always been an attentive and kind person who truly gives a soul to the atmosphere. It is a joy to encounter such a welcoming spirit that perfectly reflects genuine Spanish hospitality and high professional ethics. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and a dedicated team that makes you feel valued every time.

• Stiven (1/5): Stolen in the Lobby – No Security, No Accountability - Nothing is important if you can not feel safe in the hotel Our experience at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. While we were checking out, my wife’s backpack was stolen right in the hotel lobby. This did not happen on the street or outside, it happened inside the hotel, where guests should feel safe. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of security and the poor response from the staff. They witnessed the robbery and failed to act or communicate properly. There was no sense of urgency, no support, and no accountability. It felt like our safety and belongings simply did not matter to them. This is, without a doubt, the worst thing that has ever happened to us while traveling. A hotel’s most basic responsibility is to provide a safe environment for its guests, and this place failed completely. In my opinion, if you cannot feel safe inside the hotel, nothing else matters. No amenities, no location, no price can make up for that. This place is absolutely not worth booking.

• D7070BSfranciscoc (2/5): Their "It's not our policy" policy sucks. - I will start this review from the moment of booking. When we made the reservation, we accidentally selected an arrival date that was one day earlier than intended. Within an hour of making the booking, we realized the mistake and contacted the hotel immediately to correct it. No luck. The response was simply: “It’s not our policy,” even though the reservation had been made two months in advance. The room itself was not particularly comfortable, but it was acceptable and clean. The noise, however, was another story. Although the hotel is located on a quiet street (far from hot spots like La Rambla, the beach, etc.), the noise at night continued well past 2 a.m. Then came the biggest issue. We requested a wake-up call for 7:15 a.m., but we woke up at 8:25 a.m., leaving us only a few minutes before we were scheduled to be picked up for a pre-paid, non-refundable tour. When we went to the front desk, the young lady told me, “We tried calling you, but no one picked up,” which was clearly not true. When we asked that if no one answered, why didn’t they send someone to knock on the door (maids were literally cleaning the room next door), the response was: “We are busy. It’s not our policy. We will send someone from maintenance to check the phone.” There was nothing wrong with the phone. Later that evening, my wife asked to speak with the manager, but he or she was unavailable. However, the person at the front desk gave us a completely different explanation, saying that they had simply been very busy that morning—no mention of calling our room or sending maintenance. In other words: the morning person was caught in a lie. We almost missed our tour that day. The question is: what would have happened if we had missed a flight? Honestly, the hotel experience left a huge blemish for us.

No results. After one month one payment is still penging ( reserved). Will conctact my bank now to sort out the problem.
• B00mie (2/5): Beware of their reservation policy. It’s not nice. - Be CAREFUL. We booked a full week but made a mistake and needed to make the first day of that week ONE DAY LATER. The hotel would NOT provide any kind of refund. Would not even provide a breakfast. Instead they are taking that one day when we won’t be there, charging us, and that’s that. Shocked really.
