Sehr geräumiger und gut ausgestatteter Gym-Raum Raucherzimmer, dreckiger Teppich und schmutzig unter der Couch. Der saunabereich entspricht nicht wirklich unseren Hygienevorstellung. 15 min Fußweg zur u-Bahn und dann nochmals 20 min ins Stadtzentrum

Tatiana (10/5): - Grateful for my stay at the Renaissance Istanbul. The staff were always kind and attentive, but one moment really showed their professionalism and care. We accidentally lost a swimming suit top and thought it was gone, yet within 15 minutes the team worked together, found it, and quietly delivered it to our room. This level of attention, respect, and detail truly impressed me. Even with the windy weather, the atmosphere stayed warm and positive thanks to the staff. Truly feels like six stars out of five.

Natalie (4/5): The hotel is not worth the money you pay, - Nice breakfast and the pool. The staff was cheating, long wait for my room. They tried to provide me with not a room I paid for but with a much smaller and cheaper one. In bed it felt like it was full of crawling insects, couldn't sleep in that bed. Very unpleasant memories.

Ekaterina (7/5): - Хороший отель с большой территорией. Потрясающие разнообразные завтраки. Очень вкусные! Бар с видом на бассейн. Большой спортивный зал. До моря 10 минут пешком. Очень жалко, что у отеля нет своего пляжа и выхода к морю. Хотелось бы иметь возможность не смотреть на воду из-за забора. Потому что вид очень красивый

Adolfo (8/5): Buen hitel, aunque alejado de los atractivos turisticos - Desde el hotel Hb con vista al mar, hay una explendida vista al mar y los senderos para caminatas y bikeking, oeto no hayvacceso desde el hotel, csminar unos 200 m y buscar la bajada a la playa.

When I asked to change the room, the manager at reception lied to me, and said they only have a suite left, for which I have to pay extra. Even though their website was showing several empty rooms. Only when I made another booking, they suddenly found a room for me.
