- Paul (6/5): - Breakfast experience was a shambles I was upsold breakfast on check in, then in the morning trying to get seated or acknowledge by a member of the hotel team was like trying to hail a London taxi as the sky's open... When I decided to give up and went to reception to have the breakfast credited, I was then told I shouldn't be surprised as the hotel was full! To cap it off would i was asked "would I like to leave a discretionary service charge for the staff". Walked across the road to Home House for a proper experience and service.

Easy walk to Bond Street tube station - hub of Jubilee, Central and Elizabeth line. Hghly recommend it.

The staff was so friendly and the concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us figure out how to accomplish a long sight-seeing to do list. The location was perfect—close to everything and very convenient for getting around the city. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and clearly worked together as a team. The club lounge staff were exceptional and made the experience feel extra special, and the breakfast team was welcoming, efficient, and attentive. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience with great service and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The staff at the entrance always welcomed us with a warm smile, which made a great first impression every time. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean and well organized, and the hostess along with the dining room staff were attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was rich, varied, and absolutely delicious. The hotel bar is very pleasant, beautiful, and classic, and Edward and Eric were extremely friendly and provided outstanding service. Overall, the hotel is of a very high standard — beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommended!
- danielmwiegand (10/5): Great hotel for vacation or business travel - I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency The Churchill for three nights in February during a business trip, and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is simply unbeatable — steps away from great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the subway, making it effortless to get around the city whether for work or a little exploring in between meetings. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, though I think a refresh or upgrade would take them from good to truly great. That said, everything was clean, quiet, and exactly what you need after a long day of meetings. The standout for me was the dining. Both the in-room dining and breakfast were great — fresh, well-prepared, and delivered with excellent service. Overall, a fantastic choice for business travelers. I'll absolutely be returning on my next trip to the city. Highly recommend!

Being greeted by kind and familiar faces makes all the difference! Breakfast always a treat. We love the home made Berry Go Round, Coco Loco and Mango Sago. Clean and comfortable room overlooking Portman Square. Lovely fluffy robes and comfy slippers with the Churchill signature in contrasting grey color. Lovely toiletries from Milton Brown. Lounge on the 8th floor with a good variety of tasty food. Attended by kind and friendly staff. New for us at this visit was that Churchill Bar opened at noon. Wonderful! We sat outside in the company of Churchill himself in a comfortable lounge sofa surrounded by lush flowers. The prawns are magical as well as the Chartwell Fizz! As returning guest we treasure that there is always something new to appreciate! The Churchill is always on the move when it comes to creating that something special! But to us the hotels greatest asset is its staff! Probably the best in London! It is all of them who makes the stay truly magical and memorable! Also lovely neighbourhood pubs & restaurants in a couple of minutes walk away. Staff were extremely good - helpful & friendly The breakfast was very average. Our bathroom was so small for a 5* hotel. Literally the gap between shower toilet & wash basins you could not comfortably turn round in! The bedroom itself was decent but nothing special.

- V2451OZsaraha (10/5): Lovely location and Outstanding Staff Hospitality - The hotel is a stones throw away from Oxford Street. You have everything at your doorstep. The welcoming staff had a great impact on my stay and gave me a comforting feeling from the very beginning. The staff asked me whether I wanted to have a prayer mat in the room due to the month of Ramadhan, which was very thoughtful and personal. Would definitely recommend and always love to come back!

It’s also reasonably priced in a city that can be very expensive. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The best option is to also include the club access so you can grab a quick bite prior to starting the day or prior heading out for the evening. Plus having access to water and coffee at anytime makes for a very comfortable experience,

- Georg (10/5): Eine ideale "homebase" für jeden London-Aufenthalt. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf persönliche Wünsche wurde eingegangen und wir wurden immer aufmerksam und herzlich bedient. Dabei war das Personal aber niemals aufdringlich oder wollte uns "etwas verkaufen". Auch der Service und das Angebot in der Lounge waren erste Klasse. Bei der Buchung haben wir ein "Zimmer mit Gartenblick" genommen, in der Annahme, es geht nach hinten, in den Hof, und nicht nach vorne, auf die Straße, raus. Tatsächlich sind hier "Zimmer mit Gartenblick" nach vorne zur Straße und dem Park hin gerichtet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern geht das, wir haben dann aber um ein Zimmer nach Hinten raus gebeten - und es auch bekommen.
