kwang nam (7/5): 기분 나쁜 숙소 변경. - 안전문제는 확실할 정도로 Security system은 잘되어 있음. 그리고 1번 트램역과 47번,53번 버스등 밀라노 중심 관광 거점으로의 접근이 용이하며 30분이면 모두 다다를수 있음. 당초 주소와는 다른곳으로 좀더 멀리 떨어진곳으로 안내되었는데..이는 사람을 기만하는 행위임. 당초 주소지의 건물이 온수가 안나온다는 핑계로 사전 연락없이 도착 당일 바꾸는 기만 행위는 하면 안되는 것임. 지난번 슬로베니아의 루불라냐도 형편 없었는데 도대체 booking.com의 직원들은 고객의 소리를 귀담아 듣고 시정하는지? 의문이감. 밀라노로 여행하는 한국인들은 이 사이트 이용에 조심하기 바람.

Fandi (8/5): Good value for money, but it needs minor repair. - Location. it’s a bit far from central, but the apt is well located for public transportation, kiosks which sells train tickets, great restaurants. The facilities are ok (full kitchen, utensils, fridge, hair dryer). And there’s a lot of space. It’s complicated for check-in (you have to pick up the keys at their office in Central). The water heater needs to be restarted every time we are about to take shower. Elevator is typical Italy home (manual closing doors).
