The room right on Olympic Blvd. was fairly noisy, so next time I’ll request a room at the back. Other than that, it was very nice.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Underwhelming stay and much left to be desired - The hotel was just ok. Expected more from a Courtyard/Marriott property based on my experience with such hotels. Service and hotel staff were great, but the hotel itself, was underwhelming. Elevators didn’t work. Hallways and rooms were stuffy and cramped. Despite using the AC in the room, it just always felt humid and stuffy. Rooms also seemed very cramped. Doors from the bathroom, opened into and hit the vanity sink. Just one trash can in the room, and it was small. Limited electrical outlets near bed or in room to charge phones, and one of the outlets didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. Again, the staff was great, but the hotel left so much to be desired, especially in that part of town.

- ElandTi (10/5): Convenient, comfortable, and friendly - We spent only one night at the property as we didn't feel like getting back on the freeway to go home. Despite its location on busy Olympic Blvd., our room in the back of the hotel (room 210) was completely quiet, and actually had a view of a lovely courtyard. The bed and linens were comfortable and the air conditioner wasn't the really noisy kind. My only minor quibble is with the design of the shower, which you have to be standing in to turn on the water (First World problem). The staff, from the valets to the front desk to the engineer who fixed our key app, were all helpful and friendly. The location is just south of Century City mall with its cornucopia of shops and restaurants, including Eataly, and only a short drive to UCLA. Final plus: the hotel isn't ridiculously expensive compared to other places in the area; parking is $35/night, which is pretty standard. We'd stay again.
- macyc383 (10/5): Couldne of been a better experience!! - I was checking in for a 4 day stay for a work trip. When i got there everybody was smiling and super super helpful. I did have to check in very late due to getting off pretty late at my job. The staff was very understanding and still got me checked in under 5 minutes. one of the best experiences ive had at a hotel. I was able to speak with Roger for a quick moment and you can tell he is such a hospital and compassionate man. He shared to me where to find things around the hotel and welcomed me back if i ever wanted to stay there again. i also met the night working valet person. I regret not remebering his name but i believe it was because he was so nice and very welcoming i wasn't paying attention to a name tag. If they had the option to tip employees over the phone i 100% would've. I wish i could but i got off work really late. All of the staff was very attentive and friendly. Basically just a big shout out to roger and the night velet team, they deserve a raise for sure; as well as everyone else on staff. They are all going above and beyond!!

- king_reception (10/5): Attention to the details - recently stayed at the hotel while attending a meeting at Century Plaza. Due to time constraints, I was running late and asked the valet to hold my car as I needed to leave immediately. Upon arrival at the front desk, I was assisted by Diego. After briefly explaining my situation, he promptly checked me in—within 20 seconds—offered to hold my luggage at the desk, and handed me a bottle of water to take with me. His efficiency and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. When I returned to the valet, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my car had not been moved, which allowed me to head straight to my meeting without delay. Afterward, I stopped by the front desk to collect my suitcase and was informed that it had already been placed in my room. When I arrived at my room, not only was my suitcase there, but I also found a thoughtful note from Diego along with a beer. It was a simple gesture, but it truly made my day. Thank you for the outstanding service and for going above and beyond.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Ok stay… - Recently stayed here while on a business trip. (1) Pros: hotel is about a 15 min easy walk to the Westfield Mall, which has a lot of dining options. Also, the front desk is friendly and nice. (2) Cons: rooms are very small and my shower door did not fully close. No amenities and pillows were uncomfortable. I don’t think I would stay here again.

Valet parking was very convenient and the valet were very helpful and considerate. Cons: 1. Room was a bit small and very close to the highway. It was a bit difficult to sleep. 2. The front office billed our credit card twice but we brought it to their notice later during our stay and it was fixed. Overall our stay was good.

The hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming. Hotel is clean. The walls seem very thin as you could hear sound from other room.
- 627princesss (4/5): Have to do better - I was here on a business trip and they never came to clean my room. I arrived Sunday by Tuesday room was never cleaned. Front desk was apologetic but that doesn’t help when the next day which was Wednesday room still wasn’t clean. There was only one elevator and someone threw up all over the elevator that wasn’t cleaned properly. Management apologized and comped me a night of stay but I didn’t need a comp I needed a cleaned room. The rooms are outdated. The view I had was a building with windows so I was never able to open my blinds. I am a Marriott girl so this was so unfortunate. If you’re 6ft tall you will not like the showers.

Walk to century city for shopping and great restaurant in 15 minutes. The mantainence guy is also very helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
- Paul (6/5): It’s a skip for me - The pictures look nicer than the rooms actually were (and some of the photos I don’t think are actually of this property). This is clearly a very old building that has been cheaply renovated. The building and room felt dark and claustrophobic. They only offer paid parking here. The best part of the hotel was the outdoor sitting area and airy gym area.

- Corrie67king (6/5): Not worth the money - Paid 300 usd a night and they only clean your room every second day. Asked for it to be cleaned on what would be 3 night in a row. Got home from work room not cleaned. Manager called and firmly told me they don’t have the staff to clean daily. You get no breakfast included. They have an overpriced bistro which basically sells microwave meals. How can you charge the prices you do for a basic service. Rooms poorly insulated so stay away from road side as traffic noise is constant. The only decent thing about this hotel is the amazing receptionist called Andre

- Barker (6/5): NOT WHAT I WAS HOPING FOR IN A MARRIOT - All valet staff. Graveyard shift desk clerk. Comfortable bed. Buttons attached to AC/heating unit didn't work. I attempted to call the front desk, but the room phone did not work. I was in the middle of preparing to attend a family wedding and had to take out my rollers to walk down to the front desk to inform them my ac unit did not work. On my way down the hall, I attempted to ask housekeeping if she could contact someone yo fix my a/c. She kindly shook her head and said she did not understand me. At the front desk, the clerk said they were updating phones to the cloud, but my room "wasn't on the list for the update," so she didn't know why my phone wasn't working. Apparently, there is a breakdown in communication. Her solution? She said I could call the property from my cell phone, but did not give me that number.I had to ask her to write down the number. She mentioned that there is another access thermostat on the wall in another area of my room. I asked the location, and she said, "it's on the wall either on the left side or the right side after the bathroom." I stated that the bellman did not point this out when he brought up my bags. This should be part of his job to point these things out. On my first morning, I was awakened at 6 am by the alarm clock that went off next to my bed. I'm assuming the prior guest needed to awaken that early. But I didn't. Lastly, I noticed my toilet was not functioning properly. It was flushing slowly and not completely. I called the front desk and was told someone would be up within 20 minutes. When no one came, I called the front desk again and said I needed to take a shower. She suggested I call back after I took my shower, and then he would come fix the toilet. I was not happy with that response, but fortunately, as we were still talking, the engineer knocked on my door, I let him in, and he fixed the flushing issue. He was very nice and did a good job. One, maybe two issues with my room would be okay.

- T7934GQjessicas (8/5): A Good Place to Stay near Century City in L.A. - Courtyard by Marriott was a great place to stay while visiting family in West LA. Our suite was spacious and well appointed without being fancy. The breakfast bar on the first floor is a Starbuck's with good coffee and many nice choices for breakfast, if a bit pricey. The woman who runs the concession is terrific--helpful and calm under pressure. The Assistant Manager was very understanding when we thought we might have to leave a day early (though it turned out we did not). The parking staff was efficient and prompt and helpful. The only quibble I would have is with every other day cleaning services. The cleaning crew (one young man only) showed up close to 5 p.m. and failed to remove my grungy old towels, while replacing the bathroom with new ones. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely book there again.

- Paris12 (8/5): Nice and clean. Busy street. - Nice and clean, friendly staff and easy parking. Room had two double beds and was fairly small with some odd things such as no hooks for towels or awkward closet sliding doors. I found parking ($35/day) to be very convenient and easy to come in & out. Olympic Blvd is a VERY busy street with lots of traffic day and night so it was rather loud, and you have to wait forever to make the left turn into the hotel parking.

- Michelle (10/5): - The front desk is extremely friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with my booking and the front desk worked fast to make change to accommodate me, best service ever! The location is great and feels homie. There’s a grocery store across the street and a quick 19 minute walk to Westfield mall. I was only here for one night, however I will definitely come again and highly recommend.
