• Bonnie (7/5): Hotel Best Auto Hogar - The room was comfortable, the bed was decent, the location was excellent. Nice restaurant attached and many in the area. Lovely neighbourhood for walking. The shower was horrible, no temperature regulation and it would cycle between cold and extremely hot. We were unable to wash our hair for fear of being scalded. Mostly met our expectations with this exception.

• Angelika (5/5): - Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Best Auto Hogar in Barcelona. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Service. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ideal, um Barcelona zu erkunden. Fazit: Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und bequeme Betten, aber beim Frühstück und bei der Lärmbelastung gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Leider hat uns das Frühstück nicht überzeugt. Das eher lieblos Anrichten der Speisen, sowie die Verpackungsreste im Müsli haben nicht dazu beigetragen es am nächsten Tag nochmal zu probieren. Außerdem war es nachts recht laut, besonders auf der Rückseite des Hotels, da sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein Club befindet, sodass wir nicht immer gut schlafen konnten.

• Ralf (5/5): Trotz der zentralen Lage, des hilfsbereiten Personals und der zuverlässigen Zimmerreinigung konnten der hohe Lärmpegel, - Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage des Hotel Best Auto Hogar mit guter Anbindung an Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie das hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte zuverlässig und gründlich. Das Reinigungspersonal trat dabei höflich auf. Ebenfalls positiv war die gute Schalldämmung des Balkonfensters gegenüber dem direkten Strassenlärm. Negativ aufgefallen sind der insgesamt hohe Geräuschpegel durch die stark befahrene Hauptstrasse sowie den Club unterhalb des Hotels. Trotz der guten Schalldämmung des Balkonfensters drang über das Badezimmerfenster weiterhin deutlich Lärm ins Zimmer. Zusätzlich war der Flur sehr hellhörig, wodurch andere Gäste gut hörbar waren. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt deutlich abgewohnt. Auch das Frühstück konnte qualitativ nicht überzeugen. Teilweise waren Speisen leer oder nur lauwarm, die Spiegeleier häufig kalt und die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht zuverlässig. Direkt am Hotel befand sich zudem ein Restaurant, in dem man für nahezu den gleichen Preis qualitativ besser frühstücken konnte.

Lea - We arrived by taxi at 1 .30 am - the lighting outside your hotel , was really bad — very dark- it in no way looks like a hotel from outside an office from outside made us very hesitant to go inside the frosted doors. The toilet didn’t flush - advised from desk - front desk younger man very polite but had no answer for our problem - my husband had to use bathroom on the lobby. We at least should have been offered a partial refund for the extreme inconvenience of having to , get dressed, go down 2 levels, across an underground Carpark and across to the lobby to use a toilet in the middle of the night ! Nothing was offered, not even SORRY !

• SHERYL (9/5): Handy hotel, clean and comfortable - It was a handy place to stay for 2 nights before our cruise departed. The area behind the hotel looked a bit dubious but not in daylight. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't great. Their breakfasts were good but we had a Caesar Salad for dinner and it was horrible- how can a restaurant screw up something as simple as a salad. If you walk our the door and turn right and go to first corner, there is a bar/restaurant about a block down there that served really good Mexican food. Also it appeared to be a locals pub. We didnt feel uncomfortable in there but the walk back in the dark felt a bit dubious but a bouncer at another nearby restaurant told us he was keeping an eye on us when a local beggar approached then followed us.

• Serdar (5/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist gut und man hat die Metro in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen Wasserschaden im Zimmer, was vorkommen kann. Leider ist der Nachtrezeptionist sehr schlecht mit der Situation umgegangen. Es gab weder ein Angebot uns beim Umzug zu unterstützen noch eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Stattdessen mussten wir nachts uns anziehen, um die neue Zimmerkarte von der Rezeption abzuholen, da er angeblich nicht das Frontoffice verlassen konnte. Hinzu kam noch, dass er uns ein schon belegtes Zimmer scheinbar gegeben hatte. Das haben wir festgestellt, als wir mit unseren Sachen schon im neuen Zimmer waren, wo bereits andere Gäste schliefen. Er war sehr unfreundlich und hat uns auch noch für seinen Fehler verantwortlich gemacht. Als ich am nächsten Morgen der Frühschicht von dem Umgang des Kollegen berichtet habe, gab es kein Interesse oder Entschuldigung. Leider kann ich niemanden dieses Hotel empfehlen, da wie schon erwähnt der Service sehr schlecht ist. Auch für ein Hotel, dass preislich bezahlbar ist. Freundlichkeit kostet nichts.

• LizBallarat (10/5): Awesome little place if out exploring all day - Great value for the price we paid. Top location next to metro. Places to eat and drink nearby. Mimi Mart close too. Room had a fridge which was a big plus. It also had kettle to make a coffee or tea in the morning. It was also larger than expected.Our room was very clean and made up each day. Small balcony with view to pretty ugly courtyard. We were in the back building which I liked as it was very quiet. We literally only needed a space to shower and sleep.
• X4754AGkathys (10/5): Good location - I would highly recommend Hotel Best Auto Hogar. It is in a great location to get out and walk and find local restaurants. We had a two bedroom room, which worked out great. I had the bedroom with queen bed, my daughter and granddaughter shared the twin bedde d room. Found the hotel very clean and kept up. The street noise got a bit much during the day, but did quiet down in the evening. We did purchase the breakfast package with our stay. That could be improved on (could have just been a bad day), scrambled eggs were very runny, the fried eggs were very hard and the bacon was almost raw. I would still recommend stayin here if you're on a cruise, it's close to cruise port and great to just get out and walk around.

Everything was easy to reach, which made the trip so much more enjoyable. The staff were lovely — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. You could tell they genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. Llegamos a las 7 de la mañana, el check in era a las 15hs, pero a las 12hs consideraron que viajaba con una niña y a las 12hs nos dieron la habitación. En el momento que entramos en el lobby del hotel había mucho olor a cigarrillo. Era domingo muy temprano a la mañana y entiendo que los huéspedes volvían de estar de fiesta. Lo comenté al personal y enseguida abrieron las puertas para ventilar.

• Vural (5/5): Sadece konumu ve kahvaltısı. - I liked the hotel just because of its location and the variety of breakfast When booking a hotel, I booked two single beds and they accepted. When we entered our room, we saw that there was only a single double bed. The window of the room was just looking at a tiny ventilation gap, so the room didn't even have a window. We turned on the air conditioner and it filled the room with water. Where the air conditioner was installed on the ceiling, there were already currents indicating that this had happened before. When the bed cover was lifted, we saw that it was very dirty and there was a lot of sewer smell in the room. The toilet was also dirty. We wanted our room to be changed, but they gave us another room with a double bed on the same floor. There was also a very strong smell in this room, and the door could be opened even if you locked it from behind. Breakfast was very good, but we had an interesting event. There was a crowded band at the hotel for the weekend concert. This group was listening to music in the morning with the sound system in their hands in a way that disturbed everyone, and the hotel did not find a solution despite the warnings. On the morning of returning to our country, we prepared a sandwich from the products on our breakfast plate for our long journey. I was told by a lady in charge there that we could not do it rudely and we could not take it out. On the one hand, rude behavior, I could have bought a lot of food at an unlimited breakfast and made it wasted. There was no need to be so rude for a slice of cheese put between a small bread.

• Smith (8/5): Convenient spot to explore Barcelona. - The breakfast was excellent and it was wonderful to have a balcony. Fortunately there were two doors as the street below was quite animated all night.

Cruisers will find this Hotel near the port. Small grocery store and wonderful bakeries very close. On site breakfast buffet available for fee. Variety of choices for all.

• MARIA CINTA (9/5): Muy bien - Limpieza, comodidad de camas y almohadas , habitación triple espaciosa, personal muy amable. Bien ubicado transporte público cercano y en 10 min andando estás en plaza España. Por decir algo, quizás añadiría un punto de luz en el espejo del baño, no se veía muy bien.

• lindaN4598MH (10/5): Excellent location - We stayed at Hotel Best Auto Hoger in Barcelona for 2 nights,before boarding our Cruise Ship.The hotel is in a very convenient location for visiting the places of interest in the city. The hop on hop bus station is also within walking distance. Breakfast was good and the staff very pleasant. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

• Meritxell (4/5): No tornarem. - L’amabilitat del recepcionista de nit i el parquing. Ens van donar una habitació situada al carrer principal, la insonorizació és nefasta! Semblava que estàvem al carrer amb la gent de la cafeteria de sota. El recepcionista ens la va cambiar.
• Eleni (9/5): Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία - Πολύ ανετη διαμονη, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, καθαρό, καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Η στάση μετρό σε λίγα βήματα, όπως και κεντρικοί δρόμοι, πλατείες. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία . Το προσωπικό πολυ φιλικό, αν και φτασαμε αργά το βράδυ η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια καφε... Πολύ καλή εμπειρία Το δωμάτιο έβλεπε στον κεντρικό δρόμο όπου υπάρχουν κινηματογράφοι και μαγαζιά...οπότε υπήρχε για κάποια ώρα φασαρία ..

• Yakubmuhammet (10/5): - Расположение, чистота в номере, наличие всего, что необходимо для приготовления чай/кофе. Я жил на 8 этаже - отличная терраса и не шумно, как писали другие! Персонал, особенно на ресепшене Светлана из РФ и девушка из Литвы - очень отзывчивые ребята, профессионалы своего дела. Подробно объяснили куда и как проехать, посоветовали куда сходить. Впечатление от отеля и персонала отличное! Рекомендую всем! Однообразные завтраки, выбор не большой. Несмотря на это, рядом много кафешек.
