We were upgraded on arrival and the room was fantastic, huge with great views and a large terrace. Staff were all lovely, especially Jane, she was so welcoming and friendly and looked after us really well. Only downside is the lack of bar facilities if you want to sit in the lounge for a drink in the evening. Would definitely return should we be over this way again.

We’ve stayed at many hotels in Hong Kong before, but this one truly stands out for its warm service and attention to guests. Especially Front Office Tansy, she is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is spacious with balcony sea view. It felt like a home away from home. We will definitely come back again with our family!

We arrived at 6am after a long-haul flight and met Boros at the front desk. He was incredibly empathetic and efficient, granting us an early check-in which we truly appreciated. I have stayed in the Gold coast hotel hk for many years, I am both a long term and regular guest with my family and a long term sino club member. As usual, we enjoy very much of our regular stays, and we find the hotel services to be absolutely excellent. However, again, I would make special compliments to the front desk Ms. Joyce Lee, during my years of being guest of the hotel, I have always found Ms. Joyce Lee's services to be excellent, helpful, friendly, and she gives guests a warm feeling of coming back to an excellent hotel. To be honest, I have stayed in many other 5 to 6 stars hotels but I have not seen a better managerial staff who has such excellent service comparing to Ms Lee. Honestly, I believe Ms Lee has great contributions to the Gold Coast hotel, and she has been giving the guests warm welcomes to come back to hotel again and again, and I believe she is a very important staff and asset to the hotel. We could observe that she both respects and follows instructions from her superior and at the same tine looking after the more Junior colleagues. From my humble years in the professional business, I could see that Ms Lee has all the necessary talents, skills, knowledge and helpful attitudes to the great managerial and important role, for both the hotel and the guests. The lobby is honestly one of the most beautiful hotel lobbies we have ever seen and it created a great first impression right away. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic balcony view and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The bathroom was huge and featured an amazing large bathtub, which we absolutely loved. A special thank you to the receptionist Boros, who was incredibly kind and helped us with a late check out extension. That gesture made our stay even more enjoyable and we truly appreciated his help. Unfortunately, we did not get the chance to try the food this time, but we are already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of what this hotel has to offer. Overall, a lovely stay and a place we would happily return to.

We have chosen the space theme room. Fantastic deco with space items and the rocket bed for my boy. All amenities include kids’ needs, for example the kids soap and toilet. It is a thoughtful arrangement. Books are also provided for kids too. We will definitely come back again!

We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Hong Kong Tram-themed room. The child’s bed, designed as a tram, was a big hit with my kid, who was thrilled by it. The room also came with a selection of children’s books, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, especially Mr. Boros, who assisted us during check-in. He was very helpful and genuinely answered all our questions. Our package included a free shuttle bus service from Tsim Sha Tsui to the hotel, which was extremely convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. As for the dinner buffet, the food was of good quality, though the variety was somewhat limited. We had hoped for noodles for our child, but unfortunately, they were not available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and had a great time.

Rooms very clean, views across the marina refreshing and relaxing. In house dining catered for all tastes. The hotel is convenient to HK central and the Gold Coast is served very well by bus services and taxis which are affordable.

• Lindsay (9/5): A perfect break. - I thought the rooms were really spacious and exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. The staff were very friendly. The buffet was fantastic. The pool facilitueswere lovely but it was annoying they close for cleaning for one hour during the day.

The hotel is imbued with a strong resort ambiance, offering a tranquil and peaceful environment that allows guests to fully unwind. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide breathtaking views of the sea and sunset. The facilities are perfect for families, making it an enjoyable experience for all. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's eco-friendly initiative. Although disposable bottled water is not provided in the rooms, each floor is equipped with a water dispenser that offers unlimited drinking water at any time. This thoughtful arrangement not only adds convenience but also effectively reduces plastic waste, reflecting the hotel's genuine commitment to environmental protection! The overall service and experience were exceptional, and I will definitely choose to stay here again whenever I visit Hong Kong in the future!

Not many facilities as swimming pool closed for winter and had to pay to use mini golf , pickle ball etc which should be free if unable to use pool. The high side bath , a bit old fashioned rooms. All bars not opened . Also À la carte menu which we used in restaurant was very slow and also waited 48 mins for my main course where as my nephew got his main after 7 mins then his starter after finishing main and also he got his dessert before I had any food . Long time wait for Cocktails .
• Damonwong1982 (10/5): So much fun! - I totally forgot that was supposed to send it on the 31st. It’s a pity that the fireworks were canceled, I planned to countdown on the beach. Anyway hotel's pickleball is really fun and Paddy's service attitude is excellent. My workplace would love to have such great staff like him. Uniforms should include shorts to give off more sporty vibe.

I choose the package with a variety activity of kid zone and X'Mas tree making workshop. We also having a warm breakfast buffet for the stay. All the staff provided a good service and helpful information.

The quality and presentation of the food were excellent; as a suggestion for future enhancement, we believe expanding the variety of menu choices would make the dining experience even more accommodating for all guests.

Chose a balcony room that was fabulous Getting comfortable round the lovely pool area but being turfed out at midday for an hour, no drinks allowed round the pool. Beds in our room were rock hard ! Personal preference but I like a soft bed . So waking up constantly uncomfortable. Theres a lovely bar area in the lobby….closed ! I asked where can I get a drink. Answer bars and restaurants about 1/4 miles walk 🤷‍♂️

• F1494AGlewiss (2/5): 1 Star service - 1 Star service from a 4 1/2 star hotel. If you stay for 1 or 2 days it seems great. Anything over that and you see the real hotel. Room service twice a week. I stayed for 8 days and I had to phone 4 times for fresh coffee/tea/cups. Tooth brush only 4 times no comfort items.

• mohg454 (10/5): Go meet Janet Billy they'll make your stay outstanding amazing - I stayed here for 1 night and then I left to hong kong but had a very bad experience. So I came back for 3 more nights and the reason was mainly hospitality by janet and billy on the front desk, they were really wonderful and helped me a lot in figuring out my wifi, figuring out my taxi, figuring out my places to go around near by areas and I must must say to stay here.It's very nice hotel and janet and billy are really good people they were the best to help me out in everything whatever I needed

• Bjorn (8/5): En natt i Hongkong - Hotellets läge är utmärkt kopplat till flygplatsen, bra förbindelser till centrala Hongkong med buss från hotellet och nära stranden och strandpromenad. Bra frukost och närhet till restauranger i närområdet. Baren och restaurangen på lobbyvåningen var stängd under vistelsen.
