- Salil (7/5): Conveniently located, would stay here only if the price was right - The location is convenient. The rooms are very small. The rooms are sort of renovated so that everything feels a little new. The rooms do not have a coffeemaker. It did get very hot in the night and I was told that the AC needed permission from the manager to put on. We never received that reply. When we booked, I thought we had air-conditioning provided.

- Thomas (10/5): Geheimtipp! - Klein, aber wirklich schön und sauber. Sehr zweckmäßig. Wunderbares Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Koffer Depot perfekt. Da gibt es nichts. Für mich ist dieses Hotel ein kleiner Geheimtipp. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

- Ianula Lavinia (10/5): Camera curată, poze reale, zona liniștită și curată, lângă metrou - Hotelul este poziționat fix lângă metrou și stație de autobuz, astfel ajungi în 20 de minute la turn cu metroul/ autobuz. In 20 de minute de mers pe jos ajungi la Arcul de Triumf și alte 40 de minute de mers pe jos până la Turn ( bifezi și Bulevardul Champs Elysées). Zona în care este amplasat hotelul este liniștită, curată și plină de restaurante, fiind fix pe bulevard. Camera a fost curată, prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic, salteaua confortabilă. Am avut posibilitatea să ne cazăm cu 1h30’ mai devreme, camera fiind pregătită. Ne vom întoarce cu siguranță la acest hotel din Paris. Nu a fost ceva care să nu ne placă.

Free bottle of water in the room. Can definitely recommend the accommodation. Not allowed to have food in the room, on a 150 euro fine.

C’est la troisième fois que j’y viens et j’en suis toujours satisfait : accueil agréable, chambre propre et emplacement pratique. En revanche, j’ai été un peu surpris par l’affiche présente dans la chambre indiquant des frais de 150€ pour toute consommation venant de l’extérieur. Je ne l’avais jamais remarquée lors de mes précédents séjours et je n’ai jamais vu ce type d’affichage dans d’autres hôtels. Peut-être est-ce simplement une formulation maladroite pour rappeler de faire attention à la propreté de la chambre.

- Elsa (9/5): - Très bon emplacement, chambre sur l’arrière ace qui permet de ne pas avoir le bruit de la rue. Entre les chambres, les parois sont assez fines, j’ai entendu le réveil / vibreur de la chambre voisine. Personnel très accueillant et gentil.

- Janis (10/5): Short but Sweet Stay in Paris - So close to the train and tram stations, very convenient to first timers in Paris. There are nearby cafes, a convenient store and a McDonald's. Room was clean and decent sized. Nothing to complain. None.

Tout le personnel est attentif, agréable , poli et souriant. Un vrai plaisir. Les chambres triples étaient côte à côte comme demandé, confortables, spacieuses. - Vasiliki (5/5): Μέτρια διαμονή με πλεονέκτημα την εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, αλλά με σοβαρές ελλείψεις στις παροχές - Το ξενοδοχείο είναι γενικά μέτριο, με το βασικό του πλεονέκτημα να είναι η πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο Παρίσι. Το προσωπικό, σε επίπεδο συμπεριφοράς, ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο, ωστόσο υπήρχαν σημαντικές ελλείψεις που επηρέασαν αρνητικά τη συνολική εμπειρία διαμονής. Κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής μου αρρώστησα και αναγκάστηκα να μείνω μία ολόκληρη ημέρα στο δωμάτιο. Αυτό μου έδωσε την ευκαιρία να παρατηρήσω από κοντά τη διαδικασία καθαρισμού, η οποία με προβλημάτισε ιδιαίτερα. Οι καθαρές πετσέτες τοποθετήθηκαν πάνω σε σεντόνια που μόλις είχαν αφαιρεθεί από το κρεβάτι, ενώ η καμαριέρα τις δίπλωνε φορώντας το ίδιο γάντι που λίγο πριν είχε χρησιμοποιήσει για να καθαρίσει την τουαλέτα με ένα πανάκι. Το πανάκι αυτό μάλιστα το έβγαλε από την τσέπη της, γεγονός που υποδηλώνει ότι πιθανότατα είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί και σε άλλους χώρους. Η όλη εικόνα δημιουργεί σοβαρές αμφιβολίες για το κατά πόσο ο καθαρισμός είναι ουσιαστικός και όχι απλώς επιφανειακός. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό και δεν δικαιολογούσε το κόστος του. Με τα ίδια χρήματα θα μπορούσε κανείς να απολαύσει πολύ καλύτερο πρωινό εκτός ξενοδοχείου, σε σαφώς πιο ευχάριστο περιβάλλον. Επιπλέον, σερβιριζόταν στο υπόγειο, σε έναν χώρο ιδιαίτερα πνιγηρό και καθόλου φιλόξενο. Τέλος, υπήρξε σοβαρό πρόβλημα με τη θέρμανση. Ούτε το κλιματιστικό ούτε το καλοριφέρ λειτουργούσαν, με το τελευταίο να φαίνεται πως χρειαζόταν εξαέρωση. Παρότι ενημερώσαμε τη ρεσεψιόν, δεν υπήρξε καμία ουσιαστική ανταπόκριση ή προσπάθεια επίλυσης του προβλήματος. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο με καλή τοποθεσία αλλά με αρκετά θέματα σε καθαριότητα, παροχές και εξυπηρέτηση, που δύσκολα δικαιολογούν την τιμή του.
