- Kai (8/5): Gutes Stadthotel in sehr guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage. Bäder sauber und renoviert. Es gab frisches Trinkwasser vom Hotel, so dass man kein Wasser kaufen mußte. Harte Bettkissen, unter dem Lacken eine Plastikfolie !, auch wenn das Frühstück gut war (Spiegeleier und Crêpes im Selfservice !) wurde häufig zu langsam nachgelegt, so dass mal Butter, mal Baguett, mal Wurst fehlte.

- Emily (8/5): Lovely room except for hungry cleaning staff - The room was so cute and spacious! The location was great and felt really safe. The bed was super comfortable and we got a great sleep. We loved the Nuxe amenities in the bathroom. Only one of our coffee cups was replaced each day with the other dirty one remaining. We were told our water in the fridge would be replaced everyday however this never happened. The complimentary chocolate upon arrival mysteriously disappeared and a protein shake we put in the fridge was opened and drunk from! The hair dryer is tiny and doesn’t work very well also

- Michael (8/5): Mercure Paris Notre Dame Saint Germain des Pres, Great Location for Exploring Paris - Location in Latin Quarter. Close to Notre Dame and both Metro and RER B (airports). Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was updated and everything worked. Unavoidable in old cities. The air conditioning amenity only counts if building has switched over from heat to A/C. Room was small, but comfortable. However, it was a challenge to find space to lay open bags.

Very hard beds and pillows. Rooms extremely small (we had to re-gig some furniture to fit everything). Aircon didn’t work very well (woke up very hot in the night and couldn’t open the window because of the noise in the morning- right next to road). Good for a quick trip but definitely couldn’t have spent more than a couple of nights there unfortunately.

The cleanliness of the hotel was also very good. The only suggestion I would make is to add a coffee machine in all rooms, as mine didn’t have one. Also, the glass in the bath area didn’t fully cover the space, so some water was leaking out. With a couple of small improvements like these, the experience would be even better.

- DominicB (8/5): Welcoming and well-located left bank property - In many ways this is a typical 3* Parisian property - small set up, small rooms, small elevator, simple breakfast. That was my expectation when I booked and I was not disappointed. But more than that - the location is superb (five minutes to two RER lines, similar to Notre Dame, one minutes to the wonderful Musee Cluny). And the staff are very helpful and friendly. So I'd say this place stands out well in its class.
