The room was well appointed and very clean with special touches like bathrobes. Balcony facing green space was nice. Close to walkways along the river. Short walk into town. Nothing.

- Ayoub (9/5): Short 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, good food, clean, friendly staff. Beautiful park nearby - The rooms were perfect, adjoining rooms for children. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices even those with special dietary needs. Large reception area with cafe services. Staff were always helpful. This is the largest hotel in Florence. The only recommendation I have would be to have irons available to bring to rooms. As it was you needed to go down to their one ironing room. Also did not realize till checkout there was a shuttle service offered, this is on me but perhaps staff could highlight this service at check in.

We were afraid it was a little out of the main old town but actually it was just a short 10 minute walk to the action. Would gladly stay here again. Nothing to complain about. - Nicusor (3/5): Very disappointing experience - Option for fresh squeezed juice at breakfast. Very disappointing experience – not a 4‑star standard.Our experience with this hotel was extremely unpleasant. - Construction works and misleading information. Initially, we were assigned a room in the south wing of the hotel. The receptionist warned us that it would take longer to reach, but assured us it would be quieter. This was COMPLETELY FALSE. There was construction scaffolding right outside the window, with workers actively working all day. On the desk, we found a note from management informing us about façade works and recommending that we keep the curtains closed after 9:00 AM. If the hotel knows guests will have builders right outside their windows and constant construction noise, WHY IS THIS NOT DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING? The answer is obvious: no one would willingly pay for such conditions, especially given the many accommodation options in the area. - Unprofessional and rude staff. We returned to reception and spoke with a man from the reception, who was extremely rude and sarcastic. He initially refused our request and suggested we simply keep the curtains closed. After we insisted, he reluctantly went to check with management. He then took another key card and left the desk without saying a word to us. We had no idea what was happening—were we getting another room or not? Why didn’t he communicate? He simply gestured for us to follow him and ignored all our attempts to ask questions during the entire walk. Completely unprofessional behavior. - Second room worse than the first. We were forced to accept the second room, even though it was smaller and looked worse than the initial one (see photos). - Very poor soundproofing and uncomfortable bed.Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. After two days, new guests arrived next door and it felt like they were in the same room as us. You can hear everything. Sleeping without earplugs is impossible. - Booking error caused by staff.

- Laura (10/5): - Totul a fost peste așteptări. Camerele spațioase, o am în vedere pe cea superioară, lenjeria de pat impecabilă, se schimba la cerere. Mic dejun excelent, complimente pentru modul în care l-au gândit, inclusiv produse vegane, lapte de soia,migdale...iaurt, produse fără gluten, multe sortimente de brânzeturi rafinate, sucuri de fructe/legume, obținute prin presare pe loc, multivitamine sau detox, la alegere, dulciuri ,prăjituri cel puțin 4 tipuri. Dar cel mai bun lucru este ca îți oferă transport gratuit până în centrul orașului, pe baza unui program oferit la recepție! Felicitări pentru implicarea lor în mulțumirea clienților! Cu siguranță este un hotel unde oaspeții se pot simți minunat! Nu am nimic de reproșat!

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower head set-up. A large overhead shower head made it difficult to shower without getting your hair wet, if you didn’t want to.

- 653juliam (10/5): A lovely place with good access to explore - A lovely hotel! Though we had a room booked with a river view!! I would say that is definitely a bit of a stretch especially with leaves on the trees!! There is also extensive work being done on the new tramline right outside the hotel and towards the city so be prepared for extra noise! Food is great and the hotel is extremely clean with great staff! One little gripe was the fact it was my birthday whilst there ,my daughter tried desperately to arrange a little surprise for the room, despite making contact in various ways no one bothered to get back to her to sort! That was a shame! There is also a free shuttle bus into town but if you enjoy walking it’s pretty flat and the tramworks don’t get in the way! Florence is beautiful!

I had 2 minor issues with our room and the hotel maintenance appeared immediately to remedy both issues. The staff were polite and helpful. A gym would be a popular and useful addition to the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent sepecially the freshly squeezed energy drinks. Staff overall were very pleasant. We enjoyed light meals in the bar area after a long day sightseeing. - 570sk (6/5): So much to warrant 5/5 but... - So much going for this hotel which would warrant a 5/5. Beautiful location a short distance from main attractions. Great rooms with fabulous bathroom. Breakfast caters for every diet including gluten free and vegan. Very friendly and informative staff. But... We slept very poorly. Walls seem very thin but, above all, our room ( 253) seems to be under or near some kind of staff or prep area ( we couldn't work out what). From 5am onwards we heard furniture or something being moved, heels on floor constantly). If i could be guaranteed a room in future without this level of noise we'd return otherwise no.

- Fränk (8/5): Morgentlicher Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Arno in einem schönem Hotel - Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Balkon in der 6. Etage war sehr schön. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut und lecker. Hervorzuheben: Frisch gepresste Säfte. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens. Rundherum auf den Straßen ist zur Zeit eine riesige Baustelle. Das wirkt sich auf einige Buslinien aus. Fußweg in die Altstadt ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu bewältigen. Das Team an der Rezeption war höflich und freundlich (Danke nochmal für den guten Tipp für die Fahrt zum Flughafen... und sogar auf deutsch!) Das Essen in der Hotelbar war preislich in Ordnung und hat uns auch gut geschmeckt. Wir können das Hotel wirklich weiter empfehlen! Nichts!

The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was also a huge plus, making it easy for us to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh options. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely choose to stay here again!
