- sheelana2025 (10/5): Great stay in a convenient location - The hotel is a small boutique hotel in a very convenient location very close to The Arc de Triomphe. It is very nicely decorated throughout and is kept immaculately clean. Breakfast is lovely, lots of fresh french pastries and cereals, yogurt, some hot food, cold meats and cheese. The only criticism of the breakfast is that when things are empty, staff are not very quick to replenish, which means you might not get what you want. But overall breakfast is good. The room we were in (33) was small but had everything needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed and well decorated, and kept very clean. It was on the 3rd floor and only one small lift- sometimes the lift doesn’t come after a long time waiting, so we took the stairs, which isn’t a problem for us, but anyone with mobility issues may have a slight problem. Overall I really liked the hotel- staff are very friendly and the hotel is very convenient and seems to be good value for money for what is offered. I would return if I visit France again. Thank you for a pleasant at stay.

Top staff , top room, top lobby, and library any time again. The room is very stylish and designed in every details, housekeeping working well, we didnt try breakfast, but it looks high quality !
- Vikram (10/5): Fantastic hotel near Arc De Triomphe - Since the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Flo. He is an amazing receptionist and the ideal ambassador for Hotel Maison Elle. He gave us a history of the hotel, and provided recommendations for restaurants, cafes and breakfast. The rooms are a bit compact. If you are used to big rooms, this is not the one. But, it was sufficient for our needs. The bathroom was quite large. This is a boutique hotel, and very close to the Arc De Triomphe and the Champ Ellysee. Every thing is walking distance. The Charles de Gaulle station is only 5 minutes walk. Room temperature is perfect and adjustable. Shower pressure is good. We had the queen bed. The lighting in the room takes a bit of learning to use. The chef bakes a cake a daily and you can help yourself to a slice. We didn't try the breakfast, but I believe its only 22 Euros per person. We asked Flo for dinner ideas and he recommended a wonderful place in central Paris. Lou, the other receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. Flo and Lou really made our visit to Paris very memorable and enjoyable. We will stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat.

The staff whilst pleasant were unable to help us with directions, were unaware that the metro line would be closed on VE Day and failed to offer us any help when we were leaving the venue on check out. There were also hidden charges which we were unaware of until we paid on our last day of our trip.
- AussieTravellers02 (10/5): Big tick for MaisonElle - We loved our stay at Maison Elle. The room was very comfortable with an opening door to a tiny “balcony” looking over Rue Bray. The bed was super comfortable and rain shower was spectacular. There wasn’t much space to spread out suitcases. This didn’t worry us but may do if we were staying for an extended period. Close to the Arc de Triomphe, major metro station, great restaurants and many shops on the Champs Elysee. We will happily stay here again when we’re next in Paris.

Staff were very friendly, and my room was fairly small but perfectly good enough for me, as a solo traveller. The shower is behind a glass wall. Our friend’s room was the same. Our room also had a vent that linked directly to room on the floor above and we could hear everything. We had to put pillows in front of the vent in an effort to block the noise. We were upgraded to a “junior suite” and I would have been disappointed had I paid full price.

The modern decor and personal touches everywhere give the space a relaxed, homely and stylish vibe, and the friendliness of the staff made the experience unforgettable. We will definitely return if back in Paris.

Flo was the most amazing host , every evening I looked forward to speaking with him when we came back from our adventures. Thank you flo for making Paris feel like home and for Elle maison for making our stay as chic and glamorous as Paris should be .

- CeliaC1680 (4/5): Disappointed - We booked 6 nights for our anniversary trip in Paris. The hotel is new and closed to metro / RER A with just 5-8 minutes walk to Champs Elyse’s. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning/ heating system is a disaster. They claimed that we could adjust the temperature by ourselves but we could not. The room temperature in our first night is over 27 degree… they said they used heat in winter time and asked us to open the window. But the area is quite noisy and we cannot sleep.. indeed, we don’t feel any warm or cool air coming out from the system. They provided us a fan on the second day and asked a technician to check with us in the morning of the third day. Finally, we could feel some air coming out from the system and the temperate dropped to 20-21 degree which was perfect. However, we found that cooling air coming out from the fourth day and the temperature dropped to 17 degree. Well, we simply turned out the system and used fan again. On the third day, they did offer us for an upgrade or even refund of the remaining nights if we would like to change hotel. Since we don’t want to pack all items, we declined the offer. Well, then no more follow up or even a box of sweet is given. What’s more, they don’t replace the toiletries, including bathrobe and toilet paper. We need to take it from the staff at reception. Also, they don’t change bed linen. We need to ask them to change in the fourth day. The size of Premium room is acceptable with space for opening one 28-inch luggage and one hand carry luggage. The room is modern and bed is comfortable. A bottle of still water is provided every day. And can enjoy a free lovely cake at the lobby around tea time. Some of the staff are nice and helpful, especially the elder one at evening shift.
- Shan Shan (4/5): - The hotel is new and closed to metro / RER A which is convenient. The size of Premium room is acceptable with enough space for 1 standard luggage and 1 handcarry luggage. Some of the staff is nice and helpful, especially the elder man at the evening shift. However, the air-conditioning/ heating system is a disaster. We didn’t want to pack all our stuffs therefore we declined. Then, no more offer (even a box of chocolate) and follow up with us.

- Kimbra (10/5): - The Perfect Parisian Hotel! Maison ELLE Paris provided the most pleasurable accommodations I've had while traveling. Above all, the hotel staff were extraordinarily welcoming, warm, and helpful. We enjoyed absolutely everyone we encountered during our week in Paris, but I must give particularly high praise to Flo, who was extraordinarily charming and went out of his way to help us decide what we should do, telling us the best way to do it (including travel options throughout Paris) and what he believed were the must-see destinations around the city, and offering perfect suggestions for where he thought we might enjoy eating. In addition to this, Flo gave us much-appreciated historical background for different destinations, giving us an insight we did not find anywhere else. We cannot thank him enough for making our trip so special. And what a hotel! It is mere steps from the Triangle D'or. The rooms are beautifully appointed in a modern and sleek style. The beds are so inviting one could be forgiven for wanting to sleep in. There is always water waiting in the room at the end of the day, or one may choose from beverages and a lovely cake at virtually any hour. Consider adding the breakfast package, as it is perfect, with plenty to choose from and, of course, espresso, café au lait, and gorgeous French pastries. This is my home now for every Parisian adventure.

- Michael (6/5): - Nice size boutique hotel with a great location and food options nearby. The issue I had with the hotel was electrical issues they were experiencing and the lack of alerting and addressing the issues by the staff. 1st night AC did not work due to issues. 2nd night lights did not work in my room. In both cases we had to reach out to the staff when they were already aware of the issue (in the first case) and no resolution was provided until we pressed. We were provided a room for the night until the issues were resolved but the noise from rooms above and beside us were very load. Also the lighting in the room was dim and confusing to operate. The furniture ( a side table in particular) was too top heavy and continued to fall and hurt my wife’s foot. The look and feel, location and pleasant staff were great but the hotel seems to have some issues that need to be worked out.

- Gary (10/5): - Maison Elle is a gem. It's an intimate, friendly, small hotel with well-appointed rooms and a wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better, being just steps from l"Etoile and a transportation hub both for metro and RER that can get you almost anywhere you want to be in the region.

Plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast, and many restaurants within a few minutes walking. The room itself is quite nice but has very little space to put your stuff.

- Ramzi (10/5): - The hotel has a great location in the center of Paris, rooms have a modern design and great use of space as opposed to other 4 star hotels in Paris. Staff were great and very accommodating.
- Verified traveler (8/5): nice hôtel with lots of restaurants nearby - This nice little boutique hotel was perfect for my short stay & offered the advantage of having many different restaurants in the same street. One of the only downside I noticed was the fact that the bathroom is completely transparent so not very good when sharing the room & the service was slow (but good nevertheless).
