• Tracey (9/5): Fantastic location. - Great location for everything. Hotel had good amenities, the rooms were nice & clean. Bathroom was compact but had everything that we needed. Beds was comfortable & a selection of pillows. The staff were no nonsense, efficient & attentive when required.

• Laurence (6/5): Good location, friendly staff, would advise checking water pressure in the shower (sink was fine) - Hotel is fine, staff were helpful. I had an issue with the shower in that there was little to no water coming from it / zero pressure but as I was close to checking out there was no point in trying to get maintenance to sort it out. Breakfast was good shower or lack of! pool is a bit of a joke as it's not very big and fine for just 1 or 2 people to access so don't expect to be lounging on a rooftop pool / bar area

• Joao (4/5): The noise problem ruins everything - Clean, comfortable, good location, good breakfast. There is zero sound insulation. You can hear guests in other rooms and especially the hallway as if they are standing next to you in your own room. It's very bad at night with the noise from the other guests, and it's absolutely horrendous during the day from their own staff who shout from room to room whole cleaning. Staff should know better than that. Can't recommend a hotel if I can't get any rest there.

• SANTIAGO (7/5): No lo recomiendo por sus estrellas que dice tener. - La ubicación Dice que era suite, pero para nada con su categoría, tenía una ventana que daba a un techo,y decía sin ventana y entraba la luz del sol sin poder hacer nada solo hay una cortina. La puerta principal no cerraba bien, el peso que había en la habitación no funcionaba. Y era el baño muy pequeño.

I would highly recommend it as a small Asian boutique hotel. - The location was great, lots of restaurants and massage places on the same street. Small breakfast buffet was really good with a different Vietnamese noodle soup dish every morning that my family and kids all enjoyed. The beds were firm which was great for my back and was comfortable. There aren’t any adjoining rooms for family of 4 but they put all of our rooms on the same floor next to each other. Our shower didn’t have a curtain or glass door and so the water went all over the bathroom floor.

• Sasheen (10/5): Brilliant!!! - The location is perfect!!!! Right at the Market, 5 minutes walk away from the food court. Amazing value for money. The staff were brilliant. Clean... couldn't fault it at all. Pool was cold, but it didn't impact the holiday. Use the ladder to enter and exit!!

Non si ha nemmeno spazio per lasciare le valigie e i vestiti causa armadio minuscolo. C'è un solo sgabello, l altra persona è obbligata a sdraiarsi sul letto. Finestra presente ma che non si può aprire. E in più entrava acqua da sopra. Colazione niente di che e personale che piuttosto che salutare e fare un sorriso pensa subito a chiedere il numero di camera.

• priddle (8/5): Centrally located hotel in district one By - Great location in district 1. Good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Buffet breakfast had a good range of options. Swimming pool area is small but ok for a dip.
• freyao424 (4/5): Rude staff - Location of the hotel was good. Had problems with the air conditioning making a loud noise and stopping in the night with the electric cutting out. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk (Jenny Ho) was rude when we came to check out as we were a bit late due to the weather conditions and getting a taxi. We paid the late checkout fee however Jenny Ho was still extremely rude and sharp with us. Would not stay here again due to these factors.

Easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is through Grab app, which cost @ 90000 Dg or CAD $5 Overall a nice clean hotel with affordable price.

La toilet dans ma chambre sent mauvais. La grandeur de la chambre est ok. Le personnel à la réception sont efficaces. Le portier est très gentil.

Very noisy rooms due to the adjoining walls being thin and can hear everything on the landing and next door rooms. The area was perfect for accessing tours, shopping and restaurants. The staff were lovely. The bed was comfy.
• Hyrald (10/5): - I’m not sure if the room was already arranged prior to my arrival but when I arrived early at the hotel lobby waiting to check in I made a last-minute request as I was spending my birthday there to have a nice view, and when I entered my room, the first thing I saw was the most beautiful view of this building of a shopping mall with a picture screen of ads and palm trees on its rooftop! They also surprised me on the day of my birthday with fruit snacks arranged nicely on my bed when I returned from the markets. The staff were very accommodating and the location was perfect for everything! The only let down about my room was the lack of wardrobe space, hook and hangers to hang my clothes.

• Edwina (8/5): Conveniently located, everything needed for a 3 night stay including a great breakfast - The breakfast provided many hot and cold options. There was plenty of variety, and the omelettes made to order were very delicious. We would definitely recommend it. It was a little noisy however it was very close to the action so we understand why this was the case. The rooms are not large however no doubt a similar size to most rooms in the city.
