- Martin (8/5): Fajn hotel, ale máte co zlepšovat - Poloha hotelu a i pokoje jsou fajn, i když poměrově k ceně bych očekával trochu více. Snídaně, cena snídaně není úplně malá, ale jak nabídka, tak i kvalita snídaně je hodně slabá. Např. míchaná vajíčka byla velký špatný :-(

Every single staff member was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mohamad from the service area of room 3334 — he was exceptionally kind, professional, and always helpful. The hotel offers a great variety of food options with several restaurants available, and the quality of the food was excellent overall. The aquapark and kids’ aquapark were very enjoyable and more than sufficient for families. There were also plenty of sunbeds available at all times, which made the experience even more comfortable. The sea was truly breathtaking. The reefs, corals, and colorful fish created an exceptional underwater view and made snorkeling an unforgettable experience. The staff at the à la carte restaurants were also incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The only point I would mention is that the food quality at the à la carte restaurants was average compared to the rest of the hotel, although the service itself was excellent. Apart from that, everything else was outstanding. I have traveled to many all-inclusive hotels before, but this hotel genuinely impressed me with its service quality, hospitality, and overall experience. I will definitely give a 10/10 review on both Booking and Google. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to returning next year with our family! 🙏

- Antonella (8/5): Scelta ottimale dell'hotel, sotto tutti gli aspetti. - Hoterl pulito, camera e bagno spaziosi, dotazioni complete. Vicinissimo alla linea C della metro. Da lì mi sono mossa con facilità e rapidità verso il Centro Congressi e verso il Centro Storico. La Metro è pulita, le atteseb sono brevi ed è possibile viaggiare anche di sera senza timori. Vicinissimo anche al Centro Commerciale Arkade che offre tutto quel che può servire. Non ho utilizzato il ristorante, la SPA e gli altri servizi per mancanza di tempo. Nulla

- Amod (3/5): - The hotel was in a good location, away from the busy city area, which made it peaceful. However, because of that, it also took a long time to travel to the city. Other than that, there was nothing particularly exceptional about the stay. The bathtub tap was extremely tight, making it difficult to switch between the tap and shower. I contacted maintenance, but the issue was still not properly fixed afterward. The hotel also felt quite old and in need of renovation. There was too much waiting time at reception whenever issues needed to be addressed. During breakfast, juice was unavailable, and even after complaining 3–4 times, it took a long time before it was fixed. The children’s play area was also not good and was not properly clean. The stay was too expensive for the overall experience provided. There was also a long wait to get the elevator.

- Budavári (8/5): Szép, jó, de tömegszállás! - Szépen berendezett, tiszta, kényelmes ágy, jó és meleg takaró. Esténként zene a bárban. Lehetőség a welnessre, fürdőruha mentes szaunázásra. A szállás közvetlen szomszédságában bevásárló központ, metró és villamos. Segítőkész személyzet a reggelinél. A törölközőket (ha ledobtuk a földre) mindennap cserélték a szemeteseket ürítették. A rengeteg embert és a tolongást a reggelinél szokni kell. A reggeli mindennap ugyanaz, de megfelelő. Sajnos a lift kijelző az emeleteken nem jelzi hol jár a lift, így sok a bizonytalan várakozás. Az ajtónyitó kártyát 3x is cserélni kellett a recepción, mert elfelejtette a nyitókódot. Az autó parlóban a mozgássárülteknek is ugyanannyit kell fizetniük mintha nem lenne mozgássérült kártyájuk. A bárban, étteremben a fogyasztást nem lehetett szobaszámra kérni, minden alkalommal külön kellett fizetni. A fürdőszobában nagyon nehezen működött a kád vízcsapja, szinte a letörés határáig kellett erőltetni, hogy működjön.

- A. Maiorky (10/5): Very worthy top tier stay - Amazing stay, very much worth it. Fast and friendly check-in and check-out processes. Very nice location with very close access to the Metro (both via open street or going through the shopping mall). The room was nice, with an amazing view, very big toilet and storage/utility spaces. A very nice surprise was also provided in my room as it was my birthday. I was only surprised by the fact that you have to pay an extra fee to use the swimming pool.

- Hana (2/5): NEDOPORUČUJI !!! - Hotel má JEDINOU výhodu a tou je to, že je hned u stanice metra. Jinak NIC !!! NEDOPORUČUJI !!!! Naprosté zklamání !!!! Velmi staré vybavení pokojů, poničený nábytek, zápach na pokoji, nepohodlné postele. Vysoká cena (platila jsem 10.100 Kč za 2 noci ), cena bohužel odpovídá maximálně částce 1200 Kč na noc. Hotel nemá úroveň 4 hvězdičkového hotelu! Prostory na snídani jsou neútulné, stoly jsou velmi blízko u sebe, takže strkáte nechtěně do židle hosta za vámi. Nábytek v hotelu svým vzhledem odpovídá cca roku 1998. Jídlo nekvalitní, patrné, že je kladen důraz na co nejnižší cenu. V Praze jsem nezažila horší ubytování než v tomto hotelu! Naprostá katastrofa za šílenou částku

- Dana (6/5): In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. - Die Lage war gut, gleich in der Nähe war ein Einkaufszentrum, die Tram und die U-Bahn. Das Personal am Empfang, das Reinigungspersonal und die technischen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wenn man ein Problem hatte, wurde es sofort gelöst. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen. Beim Personal an der Bar fehlt es manchmal an Freundlichkeit und an der Konzentration. Unsere 2.Bestellung wurde nicht gebracht. Die Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eigentlich bedarf es einer Grundsanierung. Ein Fahrstuhl ist defekt, dadurch am Wochenende extrem lange Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl. Wenn man dann verzweifelt das Treppenhaus nimmt, dann sieht es nicht schön und ansprechend aus. Die Bäder sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Badewannen sind für ältere Menschen sehr gefährlich. Zumal man in diesen alten Badewannen nur noch duschen kann, niemals möchte sich da jemand reinsetzen.

- Andrzej (8/5): - Nice and friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds, local food aisle in the breakfast buffet, availability of the swimming pool and hot tub. Slow elevator (I know there is renovation, but still), I would love to see bigger selection of vegetables (e.g. paprika) and pickles for breakfast. Also coffee is not great... acceptable, but I would expect a higher quality coffee in such a nice hotel. While the staff is very friendly I was not fully satisfied - gentleman at the lobby gave me wrong floor number (20th instead of 22nd - no biggie, but somewhat unexpected mistake; cleaning lady was not understanding even basic English - we communicated with hand gestures, she did her best and was friendly, but I never had that issue before in a good hotels. When I asked for iron and ironing board I waited for an hour and had to call reception again to get it deliver. All of these were sorted out at the end, but somewhat reduced the overall satisfcation.

- Anna (6/5): Hotelu ze względu na wysokość 24 piętra i brak sprawnych wind ( mieszkaliśmy na 22 piętrze), nie polecam. - Strefa spa, restauracja, czystość. Pierwszego dnia po zameldowaniu w hotelu wsiedliśmy do windy. Winda dojechała do piątego piętra i zaczęła spadać. Następnie wyhamowała gwałtownie i zostaliśmy na 30 minut zablokowani w windzie. To był ciepły dzień było duszno. Brak było wyłączenia windy z eksploatacji. Dopiero później zauważyliśmy kartkę przy windach napisana była drobnym drukiem, że hotel ma problem z windami. Był to duży stres dla nas, to utknięcie w zepsutej windzie. Windy generalnie nie pracowały jak trzeba i potrzebne było około 10 minut czasu oczekiwania, żeby winda przyjechała, a czasem się zacinały, lub nie jeździły na wybrane piętro. A tak generalnie ok. Pokoje czyste. Może nie super nowe, ale wszystko poza windami w normie. Śniadanie smaczne i urozmaicone.
