• Perry (8/5): Upscale, central and tidy apartment - This apartment is bang on the Quadrilatero della Moda, in a little side street that doesn't necessarily have the glitz of the area, but certainly it's only a 30 seconds walk into it. It's only 15 minutes walk from the cathedral which is great. The apartment itself is generally clean, and it's in an older apartment building but done up inside. Again, be mindful cleaning service is not available without paying extra. There is limited hot water, and it's located in an older apartment building. The apartment itself is shared entrance with another one so there could be noise (but I was lucky enough that nobody was staying in the other room, so I didn't have this problem). While the apartment is done really nicely (probably renovated last few years) signs of wear and age is already evident across room and bathroom.

• Aaron (8/5): Great small apartment for short term trips - Situated in a nice part of the city, quiet in the early morning and late hours. Everything is pretty walking distance. Air didn’t work properly so apartment got stuffy unless you opened the window. Also not a lot of places to hang up wet towels in the bathroom.

• Adriano (8/5): - Recandomi a Milano per lavoro, ho avuto modo di apprezzare sin da subito la comodità della posizione della struttura, particolarmente vantaggiosa in quanto vicina al luogo dell’appuntamento. Pur in assenza fisica del personale, contattato esclusivamente per via telefonica, ho riscontrato grande precisione, chiarezza e cortesia nelle informazioni fornite. In particolare, avendo avuto necessità di lasciare il bagaglio in deposito, mi è stato prontamente inviato il link con le indicazioni del luogo presso cui recarmi, situato peraltro nelle immediate vicinanze dell’appartamento. Sul posto ho trovato personale cordiale, disponibile e molto gentile. Uniche note migliorabili: la macchina del caffè, che purtroppo eroga una bevanda di scarsa qualità, e i cuscini, che per le mie abitudini sono risultati eccessivamente morbidi e poco confortevoli. Non avendo riposato adeguatamente, mi sono svegliato molto presto con un forte mal di testa. Se posso permettermi un suggerimento, sarebbe utile valutare una convenzione con un bar nelle vicinanze per offrire la possibilità di fare colazione. Per il resto, esperienza complessivamente positiva.

I’ve booked a room with a balcony — it’s a nice little terrace, but the view isn’t that good (construction works on the inner yard ); the room has coffee machine and the kettle the room wasn’t very clean (in the bathroom I found some hair), also there’s a mismatch between pictures and the reality — wholes in the ceiling (unfinished lighting), construction works in the inner yard. Also, check out time till 10am is uncomfortable

• Amaia (5/5): ¡MOSQUITOS NO! - El alojamiento es bonito y está muy bien ubicado, a solo 10-15 minutos del Duomo y todas las atracciones turísticas. Tienen un gran problema con los mosquitos, ya que entran por el conducto del aire acondicionado. No hemos podido pegar ojo durante toda la noche, ha sido horrible.

It had a modern yet authentic Milan design that was extremely clean and had us excited to be there and wanting to take some inspiration home to the design of our own home! The bathroom was modern spacious and well appointed, we were so grateful that there was an electrical outlet that we could plug our USA electrical cords directly into! The location was incredible, I didn’t know much about the area, but knew I wanted to stay in the BRERA area, it was one of the most lovely streets that was safe, quiet and close to some of the most beautiful streets shops and restaurants in town! This will be my go to spot every time I come back to Milan it was absolutely gorgeous.

• Chaudhry (7/5): Not coming back. - Location is great for shopping. This apartment is in a building that is under renovations. Apartments are all redone and modern. Lack of amenities. No slippers, no tissue papers, no face towels, there is too much light from the street and linen curtains don’t block it. Room is lit up all night. There were no hooks in the wash room to hang anything. Towels are put away from shower area and this makes the wash room all messy and wet. And mosquitoes in the room were a scary discovery. They should address these genuine issues. Staff is not helpful. Just lets you in the room and then disappeared. No issues but the feeling of a hospitality establishment is definitely missing. Too expensive for the service provided.

There was a problem with the water drainage. The sink was clogged and water was flowing into the bathroom. There was a stuffy smell in the bathroom. Other than that, the location wasn’t bad. But next time, I would prefer a hotel that includes breakfast.

It was lovely and clean. Communication was good and they responded fairly promptly. The Soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work. The pillows were dreadful and no support, far to soft. Not very close to cafe for breakfast
• Suarez (9/5): Superb - We had a great stay at Della Spiga apartments. The location is perfect if you are looking for the best area in Milan surrounded by shops and 10 minute walk from the Duomo. The only thing would be the light that comes through the window at night and in the morning. I absolutely recommend staying there.

• Paulina (10/5): cosy and quiet room in a great location - I liked it very much, the room was clean and tidy. the location was ideal, the street was nice and the windows overlooked a quiet garden. the coffee available was also a plus. I didn't like the online check-in, too much sensitive data on a site that we don't know if it is secure but luckily the owner let us check in with him personally.

Klapvogn kan ikke komme igennem den MEGET lille dør til gaden, og der var ikke mulighed for at kunne bruge porten.

• Dawn (9/5): Fabulous location in Milan’s fashion district - The location was exceptional - right in the heart of the fashion district. The apartment was warm, comfortable, quiet and felt very safe. We were able to easily walk to the Duomo and other places we wanted to see. We booked 2 rooms. The 2nd of these had a bathroom and toilet that was part of the bedroom though separated by glass (which was somewhat transparent). This was tricky to navigate with self conscious teenagers. Our rooms were smaller than I expected but we were out most of the day so it didn’t matter too much.

The suite itself was a masterpiece of modern design, combining sleek elegance with all the comforts of home. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the stylish furnishings to the high-quality amenities provided. The space felt both spacious and cozy, with large windows that filled the rooms with natural light, making it a serene retreat from the bustling city outside. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring Milan. I also loved the thoughtful touches, like the Nespresso machine and complimentary toiletries, which made the stay feel even more luxurious. The staff was attentive and always available to assist, adding a personal touch to the entire experience. Della Spiga Suites by Brera Apartments truly exceeded my expectations. • Stacy (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay, but the bathroom could use some privacy - Great location in the middle of a luxury shopping area (15 min walk to the Duomo, 7 min walk to metro station which is 3 stops away from Milano Centrale train station). It’s very quiet since it’s on a side street that doesn’t allow cars which let us to get good sleep. The bed was very comfortable as well. There is no privacy when using the bathroom. The shower is constructed with a dark semi-transparent glass, and the shower door slides to double as the bathroom door. If you’re booking a single room, make sure you’re staying alone or with a partner because you will see EVERYTHING. The room included a kettle and nespresso machine, but both were too dirty for us to feel comfortable using.

Even though, there's no concierge, but we could contact the staff by WhatsApp and they helped us everything. I'll choose this place again whenever I'm going back to Milan. Plug: don't have many and some universal adapters couldn't use with those plugs.
