Lisa (2/5): - The price was in my budget I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a horrible, stale smell that didn’t go away. To make matters worse, the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly—there was dust everywhere and the bed linen wasn't changed. The absolute worst part was that an item was stolen out of my room during my stay.

Candice (10/5): - The staff is wonderful, the shuttles are convenient, breakfast is great, beds are super comfortable, housekeeping keeps the hotel very clean and the price is very reasonable. This was our third time staying at Buena Vista. The staff actually remembers us and treats us like family. Tamee and Robert at breakfast are particularly hospitable. They are wonderful with my kids and provide such excellent, friendly service. The housekeeping staff does a beautiful job and even made my kid's beds with their stuffies tucked in and waiting for them. We love this hotel and will be back!

Laury (7/5): Hôtel full et envoyé à l’hôtel voisin - Rien à dire vu que je n’ai pas logé chez eux mais dans l’hôtel voisin CARIBE royale Orlando et c’était bien 👍 Je n’ai pas apprécié après avoir réserver depuis plus de 6 mois et payé en avance que l’on nous renvoie à l’hôtel d’à côté caribe car l’hôtel était full c’est inadmissible surtout après avoir envoyé un msg pour dire que notre avion aurait du retard et avoir reçu un msg de leur part disant qu’il n’y avait aucun soucis et que je pouvais être tranquille, faux !!

La habitación estaba OK; muy bueno el estacionamiento sin costo, sobre todo cuando la mayoría de las alternativas en zona te cobran por eso. Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas; el desayuno deja bastante que desear; necesita un poco más de opciones, apenas cumplidor.

Maria Denise (7/5): Fiquei decepcionada - É um hotel imponente, os quartos são bons, limpos e o café da manhã é bom para os padrões americanos. Ao fazermos a reserva, selecionamos um quarto com duas camas e uma sala de estar com sofá. Ao fazermos o check-in, nos ofereceram um quarto menor, com uma cesta de produtos como compensação. Sem qualquer ajuste no preço, nos foi atribuído um quarto inferior ao que tínhamos reservado — em troca de um pequeno pacote de batatas fritas e três refrigerantes. Solicitei o reembolso do valor pago a mais por serviços que não foram prestados. O gerente me atendeu com muita educação e disse que iria devolver 15 dólares por noite(3) no meu cartão. Aceitei, embora considero o valor insuficiente. Aconselho não praticarem tal oferta aos clientes. Sempre soube de upgrades, nunca “downgrades”

Viridiana (1/5): Do not recommend this place at all and should be investigated for bed bugs - Location was okay, not far from the parks. Im beyond disappointed and disturbed by the experience my family and I had during our stay. What should have been a place to rest turned into an emotionally and physically stressful situation that we are still upset about. The most serious issue was discovering a bed bug in our room. After finding it, we immediately turned the room upside down trying to inspect everything ourselves because we were so alarmed and uncomfortable. During that process, we found dirty towels that were still folded from housekeeping, blood-stained sheets that now make us question whether they were connected to possible bed bug bites, and even a moldy piece of something left in the room. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the response from staff afterward lacked any compassion, urgency, or accountability. Being told that because their test supposedly came back negative that “it didn’t happen” was insulting and dismissive. We know what we experienced and saw firsthand. The emotional distress, panic, lack of sleep, and constant fear of bringing bed bugs home is unreal. In addition to the bed bug issue, one of our rooms was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The room smelled strongly like pets, there was urine on the bathroom floor, and housekeeping failed to properly restock toiletries. Altogether, the condition of the rooms reflected a major lack of care and quality control. What is most upsetting is not only the condition of the property, but the complete lack of empathy and follow-up from staff. At no point did we feel genuinely cared for or taken seriously. This experience caused significant inconvenience, stress, discomfort, and ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay for my family. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and properly addressed.

Tina (5/5): Worse mattress ever - Very close to Disney The beds are the worse I have ever slept on in my entire life. Hard as a brick unable to sleep so uncomfortable. Will not ever stay here again due to low quality of sleep
