- Naoko (9/5): 美しいプラハでの宿泊！ - 市民会館を窓から見ながら、毎日を過ごせました。どこに行くにも、徒歩圏内。少し遠くへは地下鉄、トラム、バスが利用でき、とても便利です。目の前にパラディウム（商業施設）があるのも、ちょっとした買い物に便利です。朝食は毎日同じですが、種類は多く、スープが３種類順番に日替わりになっていました。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。到着した日がとても寒かったというと、すぐにヒーターを入れてくれました。エレベーターは２台あり、クラシックですが十分機能的です。ホテル自体、アールヌーボーの意匠で、美しく、毎日ホテルに帰るのが楽しみでした。到着日にお水1本とチョコレート（10個）のサービス。タオル3種類、スリッパとバスローブ（ずっと同じ）、湯沸かしポット、インスタントコーヒー、ティーバッグ、ハーブティーなど3種。 タオルは毎日代えてくれ、バスタブの滑り止めマットも申請すると置いてくれます。 ゴミが落ちたままだったので、部屋の清掃をちゃんとして欲しい。シーツなどのリネン類は毎日代えられていないようだった。ターンダウンサービスがなかったこと。

- Craig (10/5): Beautiful hotel - This is my favourite hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. The decor is stunning all the way from the outside to the small details in our room, the staff were always courteous and helpful, it's in a great location right next to everything but not noisy. The slightest complaint is the same as we have for most hotels, curtains let in too much light in the morning, for some this isn't an issue, but for us we always get woken by the light and very few hotels make an accommodation for this.

Şişe suyu sadece ilk gün ikram olarak verildi diğer günler yenilenmedi. Tuvalet kağıdının yeri kötüydü.

- Christine (9/5): Quiet hotel in a central location. - Our room was quiet and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice on both hot and cold food. The 2 single duvets on the kingsize bed were always made across the bed so that the bedcover fitted. This meant that every night we had to turn them through 90 degrees.

- Jason (10/5): Luxurious, adorable stay in the heart of Prague - Absolute gem of a hotel in the heart of central Prague, right on top of transit and steps from everything you could want to do on a visit. The hotel was very charming, the rooms quite comfortable, the street views lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was served in a gorgeous room with street views like you're at a restaurant. Staff were quite attentive, would absolutely visit again. One of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere. This is hardly a criticism but a note worth making: the bathtubs are quite tall compared to what one might expect. Great for a luxurious bath but for someone with mobility issues you might want to examine that.

- Stephanie (9/5): Nous avons passé mon fils et moi un séjour fabuleux dans ce magnifique hôtel. - Très bien situé. Petit déjeuner excellent. Le SPA est superbe et nous avons eu la chance d'en profiter pleinement. Il n'y avait personne dedans et des horaires très souples pour y aller (sans nécessité de réservation et inclus dans le prix ce qui est très appréciable). Le personnel est particulièrement agréable et bienveillant. La chambre était un peu petite et devrait être refaite et modernisée ainsi que la salle de bains.
- Marisa (9/5): Great stay within a beautiful building - The hotel was in a great location close to everything we wanted to see and do with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around. It is within walking distance to the central train station. The room size was great. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was also good. It is a beautiful building. If we return to Prague we would definitely stay here again. We would have preferred a couple of English speaking TV channels that weren't world news but that's a minor issue compared to all the positives this hotel provides.

- Surinder (10/5): Wonderful staff, great breakfast with coffe/tea of your choice and to top it off there’s Prosecco and yummy beet and - Beautiful hotel,filled with great art and sculptures. Big, wide hallways and staircase - don’t miss to look around. There’s a lot of attention to detail - it almost transports you to early 20th century. It’s a minute or two to metro or tram and a big shopping center Palladium. Within 5-7 minutes walk you are at the astronomical clock and another couple of mins to the Charles River. Absolutely nothing.
