• Pierre (10/5): - We loved our stay at the Aurora Premium hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Moon gave us many great recommendations on how to make the most of our time in Hanoi, and it was a pleasure speaking with her. You also can’t beat the location: being right in the heart of the Old Town was a fantastic experience.

Was able to shower after checkout which was perfect after a long day of walking around Hanoi and then having to take a sleeper train to Sapa. Very thankful that they held luggage and offered the shower option. Overall a great stay and would pick this location again if staying in Hanoi.

Zoe the customer service was really nice and welcoming The check in was longer than expected - the team gave us the feeling the room wasn't ready for us even though they promised it would be. It wasn't that clean - dead bugs on the walls, stains on the curtains, the shower was built so bad so water leaked from everywhere on the bathroom floor. I really don't know who rated this hotel so highly

• George (9/5): Well-kept hotel in an excellent area adjacent to the hotel with many amenities. - Wonderful breakfast provided in top floor restaurant with great views. Roof top bar is very nice too. Staff helpful and very accommodating. Our room was pretty, comfortable and well appointed, but a bit small to be called an executive suite. Massage offered throughput the day and was very good. Only one elevator, for a 12 floor busy hotel meant you had to wait a while on occasion.
• Stefanie (9/5): Gut gelegenes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück - Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig, von allem etwas. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Gut gelegen im old town. Die Musik der Skybar war leider bis in den 4. Stock hörbar, aber mit Ohrenstöpsel kein Problem.

• Katherine (9/5): Beautiful, welcoming hotel in the heart of the old town - It was the most beautiful hotel, with gorgeous decor. The staff could not have been more helpful, and were always there to greet us as we arrived back. The breakfast room was on 11th floor with big windows and there's a bar on the roof. Easy to walk out for old town eating, shopping and sightseeing. The interior rooms don't have any natural light, but that is stated on the booking.com site.

Breakfast was good We paid for a nice room and I am glad we did as some of the rooms looked very small. We walked up the stairs to the rooftop bar, the stairs were dirty with empty glasses left on them. The communal areas look tatty and not as smart as the photos would suggest. Service at the rooftop bar was chaotic and we got served the wrong drinks and given the wrong bill. The bar is tatty and needs some refurbishment and again, not as smart as the photos would suggest.

• F (7/5): Ok met korting - Lokatie midden in de oude stad paar minuten van Kiem lake. Personeel vriendelijk. De kamer is goed voor de gereduceerde prijs. Ze doen alsof ze een super korting geven maar de volle prijs van 17000k (€550) is het absoluut niet waard. Met 83% korting is het wel een goede prijs. Ook de te dure Spa behandelingen worden aangeboden met zogenaamde kortingen. Ze promoten ook hun restaurant met door Michelin gedecoreerde chef. Gelukkig hier niet voor gekozen, dit is in dezelfde ruimte als het ontbijt. Als ontbijt ruimte is het ok maar absoluut geen fine dinning ambiance. Ontbijt is uitgebreid maar niet echt goed. Koffie is bitter uit een grote kan, Egg Benedict met al voorgebakken dus taai bacon, slechte hollandaise, jus d’orange meer een limonade mix. Ook hier personeel wel vriendelijk.

• Sidney (10/5): Excellent hotel, staff and location in Hanoi! - All members of the hotel staff were extremely professional and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They took small notes about our preferences and offered helpful insights / recommendations about the area. The breakfast bar selection and rooftop views were wonderful. The hotel is also located in a prime location in the bustling Old Quarter (nearby Hoàn Kiếm Lake); moreover, we could not hear any city noise from within our room on the third floor (a really big plus). The room was on the small size, but for the price and location it's to be expected. Perhaps having a designated tray to place our outdoor shoes would have been a bonus, since the entrance is a bit tight.
• Max Fomenko (8/5): Solid hotel to stay in Old Quarter - Our room did not have external facing windows, so was super quite which is something we really appreciate! Breakfast was excellent - smth we didn't expect and were pleasantly surprised: great selection of various amuse-bouches, eggs cooked in the preferred way, fried noodles with meat, fried rice with meat, pho bo with beef, sausage, charcuterie, desserts, nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, water melon and orange juices, tea, coffee, yoghurts and many more! We have stayed in 3 different hotels within Hanoi and breakfast here was obviously the best of what we have seen in the town. Value for money was not the greatest, but it was partially our fault. Due to own circumstances - we had to book the room just 2 days before moving in. You typically can't expect a very good deal on a last minute reservation.

De receptioniste vertelde me dat de gasten van mijn kamer al uit gechecked hadden. Ik kon een early check in krijgen om half elf, tegen een speciale rate. Na een lange vlucht wilde ik dat wel. De gewone check in time is bij dit hotel om 1400 uur. Voor die 3,5 uur eerder naar mijn kamer bleek ik uiteindelijk de helft van de normale prijs moeten betalen. Ik vind dat buitensporig, er worden immers geen extra kosten gemaakt.

• Cora (9/5): - Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, tolle Begrüßung, sehr entspannt und hilfsbereit. Das Zimner war sauber, hatte zwar kein Tageslichtfenster, war jedoch sehr ruhig. Es war kein Stadtlärm zu hören, trotz der tollen Lage mitten in der Altstadt und nahe am Hoan Kiem See. Das Frühstück bot eine goße Auswahl unter anderem mit frisch zubereiteten Eiervariationen, frischem Obst, warmen und kalten Speisen, einfach lecker. Vom schönen Speiseraum aus konnten wir rundum auf die Stadt blicken.

• robertjR1062GJ (10/5): Great Hotel in the Old Quarter - The Aurora Premium is a very nice modern upscale hotel with a central location in the Old Quarter. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Street noise was minimized by dual pane windows. I was on the seventh floor and had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was good, although they could do with a pastry upgrade. The staff were great - attentive, friendly, and helpful. Moon at the front desk deserves special mention for her advice and recommendations. Highly recommended!

• Kai (9/5): Sehr gepflegtes Stadthotel - Super Lage. Extrem zuvorkommendes Personal Mitten in der Altstadt ist der Geräuschpegel einfach höher und ein Hahn kann schon mal sehr früh wecken. Aber das muss man in Kauf nehmen

The female host (with glasses) gave us advice about local tourist attractions and transportation. Definitely will recommend to friends and family if they plan to go to Hanoi.
• Edwin (10/5): Grandioos - Eigenlijk alles, we hebben hier in de maand februari 2x enkele dagen verbleven. Bij de 2 keer wachtte ons een verassing in de vorm van een persoonlijk briefje, een welcome home tekst met bloemen op het bed en daarnaast nog wat geschild fruit, erg attent. Ontbijt is uitstekend te noemen alsook de profesionele houding van het personeel. Kortom een absolute aanrader!

• Bart de Heide (10/5): Fantastisch - Ik verbleef hier een week en heb een fantastische tijd gehad in het Aurora Premium - A Lifestyle Hotel. Ik kan dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen die Hanoi bezoekt. Het hotel heeft een super goede ligging midden in het oude centrum, de kamer is ruim, modern, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is super behulpzaam en zeer gastvrij, dank jullie wel daarvoor! Niets viel tegen.
• sharim976 (10/5): Checked all the boxes - Stayed three nights. Two nights, traveled to Sapa then returned for one more night. Room was very comfortable and had great pillows! Staff remembered us and was exceptional in every way. Location is great for dining, laundry and experiencing the culture.
