• Calvin (10/5): - Within 7 mins to Ueno Station. Room is huge for Tokyo standard. No staff just self check in - communication was good and efficient. Can be abit hard to find in a narrow side street and no cleaning, but that’s fairly stated.

• Eunpyo (10/5): Again, it was a good stay. - It was a very comfortable, clean, and convenient stay. The location was perfect to get to the attractions in the city center. The room was spacious and the facilities were well prepared. As a whole, it was a good experience. Nothing particular.

• Graziela (9/5): Nice big room - We booked this hotel last minute as we decided to fly to Tokyo a day earlier and our accomodation in Akihabara didn't have availability. So this was just one night stay but the place was amazing, nice and big, bunk beds which the kids loved, toilet, sink and shower/bath all separate so easy for a family of 4 to get ready. Would stay here again. Can't comment too much on location as we arrived late at night and left the next morning so didn't look take trains or walked anywhere except for the local 7-11 few minutes away. As we were going to arrive late at night, I filtered accomodations with 24 hrs front desk, but to my disappointment this property didn't have 24hrs front desk and no staff on premisses during the time we were there. So listing should be updated. We had an issue with the passkey to get in but that was quickly resolved by calling the number at the door to a remote office, however someone without roaming access may have got stuck. Pillows were very uncomfortable so a few extra options would have been nice.
• Kristine (9/5): Awesome stay - Friendly staff, comfy beds, short distance to shops restaurants There was a sensor light near the hallway, that you can not turn off. Very annoying especially at night. It comes on when you go to the toilet and interrupts sleep.

Les chambres sont hypers spacieuses , le petite coin tatami est très agréable, chambre très bien équipés, tout est bien pensé. La literie est confortable, la chambre est propre. Bref rien à dire. The property itself is very hygienic, clean, comfortable and well-equipped, except that there’s no iron. Other than that, everything was amazing. The TV comes with Netflix and Youtube, and the space is quite spacious compared to other hotels or Airbnbs. The area is also very quiet and peaceful.

• Delphena (9/5): Comfortable and well equipped stay with a great location close to Ueno station! Would recommend! - Great location, great amenities, large room, kitchen available in shared space When we arrived to the property there was a sign that said they did not accept bags before check in or store after check out which was not previously mentioned and the sign said to use bag storage at the train station. Upon contacting the property they permitted an early bag drop off at 1300. After a 15 hour flight plus travel time to hotel from the airport, this was inconvenient. If this was mentioned anywhere on the website or early messaging we would not have chosen this hotel. They were accommodating as they could be but for long distance travelers, be aware.

• CHENG YU (8/5): - 地點方便靠近銀座線上野站跟稻荷町站走路大約5分鐘, 最近都站口有電梯, 方便推推車跟行李. 走路5分鐘內有Lawson跟Aeon超市, 6分鐘有7-11跟藥妝店. 床是記憶床墊很舒適, 有問題員工線上回覆算快, 英文可以通. 沒有洗衣機, 連住需要走5-8分鐘去洗衣店. 附近偏住宅, 非常安靜, 遊客偏少, 晚上走去洗衣服有點少人. 隔音真的不太好, 樓上有人走路或門外有人講話都很清楚. 雖說員工線上回覆快但都需等到隔天10點清掃人員到才能處理問題, 且清掃人員跟飯店窗口會有溝通問題, 我缺少的毛巾等了3天都沒拿到, 只好自己去買毛巾來用, 這是不太優的地方.

• Sze Wan Stephanie (10/5): Prefect for families. - Location and the size of the room was excellent (family of 6). Bathroom amenities were great and it didn’t cause any skin irritation. It would be great if there was an instruction manual on how to separate the rubbish (hope we did correctly). Communication with staff was great, messages were replied to within minutes. I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.

• Costadina (10/5): Great hotel in great location - Walking distance to everything, free coffee/tea/soup, very comfortable beds, room decent size. Loved ueno area. Didn't receive code for access to hotel and room on thre day had to call to gets codes. Saw several other guest sitting out the front on 2 occasions having the same problem.
