- Ian (6/5): - The welcome was exceptional Breakfast service on first day was very poor - the waitress was slow and seemingly disconnected - the coffee cup was chipped - this was brought to her attention and produced a shrug of indifference and an explanation that " it was the dishwasher " - we knew that but it should not have been used; The breakfast food was cold on the first day - we suspected that the food had been awaiting collection for some time prior to delivery Replacement coffee was very very slow The contrast with the second day was huge - attentive staff ; hot food and despite a problem with the coffee machine swift refills The room itself was adequate - the bathroom and toilet facilities were excellent The room size was slightly small for us and it lacked hanging and cupboard space -no desk facility

- C (10/5): A beautiful hotel and experience - A wonderful and impressive hotel - extremely customer focus on ensuring you have an amazing stay. The hotel is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for couples, great restaurant, relaxing lobby area and the room we had on the 6th floor was perfect. The hot tub in the room was great. A personal shout out and thanks to one of the members of staff who went above and beyond for us - Cleona!! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an intimate and personal experience, also main attractions are a short cab ride away - we also stumbled on some nice restaurants for breakfast and dinner locally too.

- syrus (6/5): Jacuzzi did not work - We booked the most expensive room with a terrace and jacuzzi but it did not work. We could have paid half and got a normal room. The manager did offer us free breakfast the next time we come though lol. At $700 a night those are some expensive eggs.

This hotel is very technologically advanced. Everything is controlled through the iPad in the room (light, curtains, temperature, room odor, alarm, tv etc). Highly recommend this hotel.

- David (10/5): - A Paris gem for the romantic and playful couple. A new hotel with classic touches, a small yet super delicious breakfast, ultra modern room conveniences and personal service. Everything about this hotel was considered and every detail planned. In-room diffuser, heated wall (for towels) heated bathroom floors, Japanese toilet, in-room swing (use your imagination!) selectable mood lighting, in ceiling speakers, etc etc etc. Breakfast included bringing croissants fresh out of the oven to your table. (Just so that you wouldn’t miss them warm!) It’s a little gem!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed. - Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Rented one of the most expensive suites. Room had no standard amenities, ( not sure if the cleaning crew failed here) leaving us to request toothbrushes at night. (24/7 room service supposedly) At first were told they will be up in 30 minutes. This ended up taking 1.5 hours just to tell us they couldn't find any. ( these seem to be standard amenities supposed to be present in the room , looking at the app of their hotel) A few examples no conditioner no toothbrush set, no shaving kit. No combs. And for example double shampoo instead of the conditioner. (Not sure if any of you ever used just hotel shampoo but it isnt a great experience without the conditioner) (We used the spa's one eventually and thus learned what was missing on our room) On top of that we were never told that every time you get room service there is an additional 6 euro charge. ( funny enough this is not the case in the spa ) Giving us surprise fees at checkout. Out of frustration with our experience we decided not to partake in the breakfast so in that regards no idea if its good. The saving grace of our stay was the paid spa, where the employee was friendly kind and helpful. At checkout there was also very little attention paid to the complaint about waiting that long. All in all the room isnt bad the hotel looks pretty , but the service felt beyond lacking for a newly opened 5 star hotel.
