Rooftop pool and bar were also great for a bit of chill out time but the hotel is very close to the cathedral and port. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend stay here in Malaga.

For example the minibar was not included in the room price not even a complimentary bottle of water. Bathroom supplies were large bottles did not have shower cap, comb or toothbrush packets like other rooms I have stayed in.

Warm staff ,amazing staff and wonderful breakfast Pool only opened at 11;30 for us that was to late we like to breakfast then sunbathe for a few hours before heading out . This wasn't an option as had to waste almost all morning waiting for pool to open . As a result we only used pool once whicj was frustrating given the cost of hotel . Not sure why you need to wait until 11;30

- Linda (8/5): Lovely hotel, perfect location. - This was our second stay so we chose it for the location. The rooms in the newer part are roomy and very comfortable. Our room was near the lift and there were some inconsiderate guests who seemed to think it was okay to carry on their loud conversation after leaving the lift at midnight. I know there is nothing that the hotel could do about this. Last time we stayed we had breakfast but we were not impressed so we didn’t consider it this time and I’m glad we gave it a miss after seeing the cost!

Comfortable and friendly The roof terrace with pool was a welcome retreat from the city. We had a comfortable room double deluxe. There was no kettle to make tea. Coffee machine only. I asked to have an iron and ironing board delivered to the room… it never arrived. The TV didn’t work. We reported it but was never fixed Breakfast was uninspiring. We have stayed in small luxury hotels before which were much better than this Mostly because of attention to detail.

- Carlotta (1/5): - Siamo stati molto poco in struttura ma era bellissima Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una camera senza finestre e la cosa non ci è piaciuta affatto la mattina dopo siamo corsi via perché era impossibile rimane dentro a una stanza dove non c’era aria che circolava ,è ovviamente la Cosa ancora più assurda e che avevamo pagato quasi 300 euro per una sola notte …… ma detto ciò la struttura ci è sembrata molto bella e lo staff molto cordiale

- Anne (5/5): Le moins de temps possible dans notre chambre - Son emplacement. La gentillesse du personnel Chambre au 1er étage (demi étage bas) très sombre sur une rue très touristique et bruyante. Le patio qui sert de salle de restaurant et petit déjeuner est une caisse de raisonnance. La salle de bain est sinistre et la lumière électrique horrible. Le petit déjeuner est cher 32€ et sans intérêt.

- Yolande (7/5): Wir können das Hotel wegen der Toplage gerne weiterempfehlen. - Das Hotel liegt in einer Fussgängerzone sehr nahe an der Alcazaba und der schönen Altstadt. Wir hatten das Zimmer 147 zum Hof. Es war sehr ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Taxistand nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Die Bar ist klein, wir empfanden sie als ungemütlich und zu schlecht beleuchtet.. Die paar Tische und Sessel sind sehr niedrig. Ein oder zwei Tische sind ganz hoch und man sitzt auf unkonfortablen hohen Hockern. Die Mischanlage von der Dusche in Zimmer 147 müsste gewartet werden.

- Sarah (9/5): Gorgeous hotel, great location, wonderful staff, stay here!!!! - Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Check in staff were all so warm and welcoming - we arrived early so the room wasn’t available but we went through the whole process and were told we’d been upgraded to a suite. Once we went to the room it was BEAUTIFUL! Such a birthday treat! Large room, all needs catered for and more than clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is central, not far from the cathedral and the staff were happy to give lots of tips and advice on nearby restaurants and bars and terraces. So little to dislike, our only small complaint was that the cleaning of other rooms adjacent to ours was really loud but we were having a lazy morning and it wasn’t early!

- Eileen (10/5): Beautiful hotel very centrally located, very clean and very nice staff. - The hotel was beautiful and it was very central, it was expensive to stay but it was worth it. We did not have breakfast as we felt it was too expensive for the amount we eat, I think it was €35 pp, we asked can we get some coffee and croissant they said no that there was a bakery across the street for coffee and croissants, which would have been a paper cup and take away which we did not want to do, I do think they could also offer a smaller breakfast for around €20.

- Martine Van de Leur (10/5): Perfect location downtown, beautiful and a lot of atmosphere, very very friendly and helpful. - Very very friendly and competent personal, exceptional clean and comfortable room. Coffee in room. Location, and valet parking. An option to get a softer pillow. Otherwise really nothing at all.

- Misty (8/5): - The breakfast was expensive but food very good. I Waiting for coffee to be brought to the table was slightly annoying. Sometimes I had to repeat the order and coffee not hot. Prefer if there was option to make own coffee at buffet.

Alldeles intill Alcazaba och romerska teatern. Liten pool på taket med bar och snacks. Utsikten från rummet tråkigt men inget dom kan göra något åt med en 2 m bred gångbana utanför…

- QRoby (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Lage - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal... Die Lage war Top. Der Druck in der Dusche war schwach... und einwenig mehr Tageslicht im Zimmer wäre gut. Schade auch dass der Rooftopbar am Abend sehr früh geschlossen war.

- Todd (10/5): This historic, gracefully restored, well located property deserves a boutique hotel 5-star rating. - This hotel is an elegant oasis in a very central, high-density location. The common areas are lovely, and appear recently renovated. The staff we met were gracious, and any questions or requests we had were addressed quickly and with a smile. And the room itself (we were upgraded to junior suite) was large enough for a generous entry foyer and sitting area, with high-ceilings, contemporary furnishings, thoughtful lighting and a small balcony overlooking the busy pedestrian street below. And enormous closets if you happen to be carrying enough clothes for a Grand European Tour! A separate, less formal cafe apart from the hotel’s formal restaurant (where we enjoyed an excellent, impromptu dinner at 9pm) would have been welcome.
